"I do." Dylan repeated after the minister officiating your ceremony.
"I do." You repeated, smiling up at your soon-to-be-husband.
After repeating your vows to each other, the minister finally ended the ceremony, "you may kiss the bride."
"Finally." Dylan grinned, before he kissed you.
He'd finally taken the next step, he wanted to wait until he knew you were both ready and then he set up a beautiful candle-lit dinner with the help of his best friend Tyler.
That was the night he proposed to you, he couldn't wait any longer to marry the girl he loved, and only a couple of weeks later here you were getting married surrounded by your closest friends and family and of course your two dogs that you shared.
Dylan knew you were the one since the day you met, and since then he couldn't wait for this moment.
As he helped you into the car he'd hired to take you both to the airport for your honeymoon, you waved to your best friends Shelley and Tyler before throwing her your bouquet, "you're next!" You smiled as Tyler grinned besides her, everyone knew he was ready to propose and hopefully this would give him the push to do it.
"I can't believe I'm finally married to the woman I love." Dylan said in awe as the chauffeur began to drive you both to the airport. He pressed light kisses against your cheek and your neck until the driver cleared their throat.
"Leave it until the honeymoon, lovebirds." The chauffeur said.
Dylan pulled away and smirked, "sorry."
You laughed quietly as you intertwined your hand with his before resting your head on his shoulder. You couldn't wait to spend the rest of forever with him.
As soon as you got to the airport, fans and photographers were waiting to catch a glimpse at the newly-weds. Dylan sighed, "ready, Mrs O'Brien?"
Hearing him call you that made you feel butterflies in your stomach, "I'm ready."
Once the door opened and you both grabbed your suitcases, the screaming and yelling began.
"Oh my god it's Dylan!" One of the fans squealed as she took photos of him with her phone whilst the other fans tried to reach over the barriers to touch him.
The paparazzi's lights were blinding, "Dylan, Y/n! Over here!"
You both walked past them, smiling with joy yet hiding a little annoyance that they were there on your wedding day. Once inside the airport it was quieter and you were able to quickly head to the bathroom to change out of your white wedding dress and into something comfier— jeans and a t-shirt.
Reuniting with Dylan, he was wearing jeans and an old band t-shirt, "I'll never get over the fact I can now call you my wife." He grinned, kissing your cheek. Lately he'd been into showing a lot of public affection, mainly because he didn't care who saw anymore— he just wanted to show you and the world that he loved you.
"And I'll still never believe I get to call you my husband." You smiled, taking hold of his hand as you headed through the airport security and bag checks until you finally reached the waiting area for your flight.
There were a few stares and fans that came up to Dylan, but most of them were more respectful and congratulated you both on your special day.
The flight number was called out and once your seats were called you headed on to the plane that would take you to your dream Honeymoon vacation in Hawaii where you'd be doing nothing but laying by the pool, eating everything the hotel had to offer at their buffets and being alone with Dylan for three whole weeks.
The flight was only a couple of hours and when you finally arrived at the hotel it was the most beautiful place you'd ever seen.
"Can we move here?" You asked in awe as you looked around the hotel after dropping off your bags in your room, Dylan had booked the 'honeymoon' suite which made you laugh at how cheesy the both of you were but it was an amazing room nonetheless.
"You know I would in a heartbeat if I could, y/n," Dylan said softly, his voice reminding you that his work and commitments were in Los Angeles, "but we can come here as much as you want."
"Sounds perfect." You smiled.
Before looking around you'd both changed again into your swimwear, Dylan walked around in his cute swimming trunks whilst you wore a bikini covered with a see-through shawl.
Dylan couldn't take his eyes off of you the whole time, "how did I get so lucky?"
You smiled, "I'd like to thank the universe for making this happen," Dylan laughed as you continued, "you make me the happiest, Dyl, and these three weeks will be the best time of our lives."
"I think the rest of our lives, together, will be the best time." Dylan corrected, his honey-brown eyes glinting under the Hawaiian sun.
"Agreed." You nodded before you spotted the ocean in front of the hotel, you dragged Dylan with you and you nearly squealed when you spotted dolphins in the water.
"Look, babe, dolphins!" You exclaimed, the excitement in your face was enough for Dylan to fall even more in love with you— and he couldn't wait to keep falling for the rest of his days with you.
"Beautiful." He said, wrapping his arm around your waist, his hand resting on your side lightly.
You turned to look up at him but he was already looking at you, "can I kiss my beautiful wife now?"
"You may, Mr O'Brien." You smiled as he kissed you. His lips were soft and tasted like a mix of strawberries and the complimentary champagne you'd received on the plane. He was heavenly, and sometimes you couldn't believe he was real. But he was, and everything was perfect as you ran your fingers through his messy brown hair, pulling it lightly as he let out a slight moan.
His lips twitched into a smirk as he held you closer to him, "maybe the lovebirds should take this to their suite?" He purred.
"They definitely should." You replied as you trailed kisses along his jawline.
The rest of your trip was perfect, and everyone at the resort complimented on how in love the two of you seemed— you were the epitome of 'goals' and everyone could see that. Even after the honeymoon ended you acted like newly-weds all of the time.
You were in love, real, down-to-earth love that only comes along once in a lifetime. If you find that love make sure to treasure it with your whole heart and live every moment of it.
