I know I hurt her. I never wanted to. But I had no option. I can't live with her normally like any married couple. I can't give her my feeling knowing that she will leave me one day.
Maybe she has feeling for me. Maybe she used to have me in her life. Maybe she is now comfortable for being close to me. She even comfortable for my touches and having sex with me. But she will leave me when she finds her love again.
I know she is faithful wife. I'm sure she won't do anything wrong. I trust her completely on my honor. But I can't trust her on my heart. I can't give her my heart. She will hurt me again. She always does. And I can't take it anymore.
I must stay detached from her. What happened was just for saving her. It won't change anything between us. She is still my wife but not my love

Say whatever you want to say Rishabh. I know that you love me. I'm sure of that. You forgot that I was conscious sometimes. I saw how you were so worry about me. I saw the fair in your eyes of losing me. And I felt your love in your touches.
You love me madly and unconditionally. I don't know why you are still hiding you feeling. I don't know why you keep lying about your love.
Don't worry Rishabh. I will be waiting for you. I will wait until you open your heart to me again. I will wait for you to show me your love again. You waited for me when I didn't love you at all. I will wait for you when I know you love me but you are just keeping your love in your heart. No matter how hard it is. No matter how much you hurt me with your words. I will wait for you. Because I know, you love me.
Days passed and they both were at the same routine like before. Working all day at the hospital and at night, they sleep in separate rooms.
After a month
RK was getting ready to go to medical conference. And he was going out of the house. Madhu came to say him goodbye.
"Did you check your bag? I backed everything you need. But you should check it if you need anything else" Madhu
"No everything is there. Thank you" RK
"Please take care of yourself. It is cold there now. If you will go out at night please wear heavy clothes" Madhu
"Don't worry. I will take care. You too take care of yourself. I didn't want to go and leave you now. You didn't gain your health completely. I noticed you were dizzy yesterday. Please don't exhaust yourself at work. You should stay here and don't go to the hospital" RK

Madhu was sitting in her bed reading a book when her mobile rang. She answered it at the first ring
"You still awake?" RK
"I told you I won't sleep until you call me" Madhu
"Well I reached the hotel's room now. Sleep now you need a rest" RK
"Was your journey comfortable?" Madhu
"Yes" RK
"Did you eat?" Madhu
"Yes I ate in the plane" RK
"Is your room good?" Madhu
"Yes it is good and comfortable. Is your investigation over?" RK
"Investigation? I just wanted to make sure that everything is ok" Madhu

"I called Mami Ji to tell her that I landed safely. She told me to call her. But she didn't answer the call. She must be sleeping. Will you please call her in the morning to tell her that I'm ok? I didn't want to sleep and she will call after 3 hours wakes me up" RK

Madhu called her mother like RK asked her to do. She took a blood sample from her arm and sent it to the hospital's lab
"I want complete blood picture for this sample" Madhu

"Listen tell them to make pregnancy test too" Madhu

After thirty minutes, Madhu went to the lab to take the results. Madhu looked at the results and she got shocked
