Madhu was going to college, she was thinking
Today is the last day for my exams. It is the last day in this college. I feel that my first day was only yesterday. Many things happened to me in these years. I had good times. I got friends and then they betrayed me. I got good teachers. But the best and the worst in the same time was Dr. RK. He turned my life to hell. But he helped me the most. Without him I would lost. He was so cruel with me. But he helped me reach my goal. And I can't forget his favor with Deepali and Dr. Mehol mater. Then she remembers what happened back then

Madhu enters RK office in her second exam
"Yes Ms. Malik" RK
"I came here to take my exam" Madhu
"But why here? You go and take it in the exam hall" RK
"You said I will take my exams here because of cheating incident" Madhu
"Yes but now you can go and take your exams there with your colleagues. Because you are cleared and Deepali and Dr. Mehol expelled from college" RK
"Really, you mean now I'm cleared. You proved that I'm innocent from this cheating accusation" Madhu can't believe herself
"Yes now you can go and take your exams. Or you will be late as always" RK
"Ok doctor thank you so much" Madhu running happily from his office

He really helped me a lot I owe my future to him. Now I need to go and take my last exam and I will be free from this college.
She did well in her exam and she was very happy that at last she finished her studies. She is free from college and free from Dr. Nightmare. Who she will never see him again. When she was sinking in her thoughts, someone hit her and brought her out from her dreams she just realized what happened and find that she lost her bag. A thief hit her, snatch her bag, and ran with it. She started to run after him screaming thief but none helped her. She noticed that she is in empty street and started to get worry. She decided to stop running after the thief or she will get lost. So she went back to her bus station. Then she realized that she has no money or even mobile to call for help. She doesn't know what to do. Suddenly an idea hit her mind. She thought in her head
"What can I do now? I have no money and no mobile to call my mother or anyone to help me. And every students left the college now. There is only one person who can help me. He was always there when I need help. I think he will help me. Although I didn't want to see him again. But I'm helpless. I have to go to him. I hope he still in his office" at that thought, she went back to college and to RK office
Knock, Knock
"Come in" RK
"Hello sir" Madhu
"Hello. Why do you still here in college? Everyone left" RK
"I need a favor" Madhu
"OK" RK confused it is the first time she asked him for help
"Can I use your mobile?" Madhu
"Here you are" RK gave her his mobile
Madhu dialed her mother number and didn't realize that RK saved the number with the name Mom
"Hello son" Padmini
"Not son your daughter" Madhu
"Madhu, what is wrong?" Padmini worry
"Thief stole my bag; I have no money and no mobile. Can you please come here to pick me up" Madhu and before she hears her mother answer RK took the mobile from her and he talked to Padmini
"Don't come here" RK
"Will you bring her back" Padmini
"Yes" RK
"Take care of her" Padmini
"Sure" RK
"Maybe you need to know that Madhu skipped her breakfast in the morning" Padmini
"Ok we will manage" RK laughing naughtily
"So I expect you after 3 hours" Padmini
"Ok bye now" RK
"Bye" Padmini
Then RK turned to the angry Madhubala
"I was wrong to think that you will help me" Madhu
"Why is that?" RK
"You prevent my mother to come and pick me up. How can I back to my home now?" Madhu
"Mom has many things to do. And where will she leave your brother and sister alone?. It is not fair to bring her all this way just to pick you up" RK
"Mom! Whose mom?" Madhu confusing
"Your mom. Not mine" RK
"Ok tell me now how can I go back home? I has no money" Madhu almost crying
"Easy I will take you home" RK
"You?" Madhu
"Yes me. Do you have any other option?" RK
"But I don't want to disturb you more. You helped me a lot in these years" Madhu
"And today is the last time we will see each other as a student and teacher. So you will not accept my last help for you as your teacher?" RK
"Ok thank you for your time and your help again" Madhu
They headed to his car and he toke her to a restaurant. She tried to refuse but he insisted and then he ordered her favorite food, which amazed her. Then they started eating and chatting a little
"So tell me. Did you decide which hospital you will join for your internship?" RK
"Not yet. There are few hospitals I want to work in" Madhu
"Why don't you join us in Kundra hospital?" RK
"No" Madhu replied quickly that RK face dropped down
"Why?" RK
"Nothing but I know it is a big hospital and maybe they will not accept to train medical student like me" Madhu trying to fix what she did
"But I'm sure Dr. Mohan will accept you. Or you don't want to work with us?" RK feeling disappointment from her
"No not at all. I'll be honored to work under Dr. Mohan supervising" Madhu
"I know I was hard on you. And you can say that I was cruel sometimes. But do you hate me too much to work with me or see me again?" RK feeling hurt
"No please doctor don't say that, I owe you everything. You are the best teacher I ever had. Yes you were cruel with me. And you gave me worst nightmares. But you taught me a lot. You helped me reach my goal. So please don't say that" Madhu feeling guilty that she hurt him but in the same time she was lying because she really didn't want to see him again and he is the reason she doesn't want to work in Kundra hospital although it is the biggest hospital in the city
They finished their meal and drove to Madhu house without saying any word. When they reached home, Madhu noticed that he got out from his car.
"Are you coming?" Madhu
"Yes I need to talk to mom" RK
"What?" Madhu
"You will understand everything later" RK
In Madhu house
"Hello Rishabh. Come Madhu" Padmini
"Mom?" Madhu
"Go and freshen up Madhu" Padmini
Madhu left there confused when her mother calling him Rishabh and he calling her mom
"Mom I think you can tell her everything now and ask her opinion" RK
"Will you bring your parents first to see her? Padmini
"No mom. Madhu respect my father a lot and she can't refuse him anything. If she saw him here asking her to marry me maybe she will accept for him. I want her to say her opinion freely without any pressure from anyone and when she accepts me I will bring mom and dad here to fix the wedding date" RK
"Ok Rishabh as you like my son. But Rishabh I need you to promise me one thing" Padmini
"I promise you mom I know what you will ask. And I want the same promise from you. We will still mother and son no matter what is her decision. You will still my mom and I will stay your son. And this family will always be mine. If she accept my proposal, I will be very happy to have her as my wife. And if she refuse I will be her brother. Who will support her and help her for the rest of her life. Is that ok with you mom" RK
"Sure son. You are the best man any mother want to her daughter." Padmini
"Now I have to go and I'm waiting for your call with her decision" RK
"Ok Rishabh take care dear" Padmini
"Bye mom and take care of yourself and Madhu" RK
RK left Madhu's house and Madhu came out from washroom
"Mom can you tell me what is happening her? Why you calling him with his name. And why he called you mom?" Madhu
"Because soon I'll be his mother in-law" Padmini
"What!" Madhu shouting surprised
"He is proposing for your marriage" Padmini
