Castiel started climbing over the seat when the door to the drivers side opened. He shrieked and fell down sideways onto the seat below.
"Surprise."
"I hate you." He said pulling himself back together and situating himself in the passenger seat like a normal person.
"You told me to come out here..."
"Yeah but I also told you it was scary, so maybe like a heads up would be great."
Dean laughed as he turned on the car, the loud engine roaring to life as Castiel mumbled random things in the seat next to him with his arms crossed.
"So where to princess?" Dean said rolling his head over towards Cas.
"Um..." Cas looked down at his hands for awhile and then back over to Dean. "I don't know."
"Do you want me to drop you off at your dorm?"
"I share an apartment with Gabe. And well..." Cas shook his head trying not to think about what would happen if he saw any of his family tonight. "I just can't go back there. So I guess just like..."
"Enough said. You're staying with me." Dean said putting the car in drive.
"Dean you don't have to do that... you don't need any more..."
"Shhh... don't worry about it. You're my problem now."

"Nope. It's settled."
