Y/n's POV.
You were sitting curled up in the sofa in the lounge, reading a book. Or well at least you tried, but loads of different thoughts were spinning around in your head, making it basically impossible for you to concentrate on the book. Thoughts from last night still bothered your mind, it had all happened very quickly. You hadn't spoken to Yoongi since the incident last night, since he had been having a terrible hangover and had stayed in the guest room that Jungkook had managed to force him into. You had to admit that you had been rather relieved about it, since you were still a bit shocked about what almost had happened. And Jimin had been acting rather distant since you spoke to him this morning, it was like he were avoiding you.
While you were deep in thoughts, with your head still buried into the book. You didn't notice as someone made their way down the stairs. It wasn't until your name were being spoken from behind you, as you woke up from your thoughts and a bit startled turned around to face the owner of the familiar voice. Behind you stood Yoongi. He were still dressed in the same clothes as he had been wearing yesterday, and his hair were standing out in every direction. He looked tired and some dark circles were showing underneath his eyes. It looked like he just had woken up. You followed him with your eyes, as he came to sit on the edge of the sofa. Not letting your guard down entirely, you watched as he shyly fiddled with the hem of his shirt. His eyes were focusing on his hands, but then they slowly rose and met yours. A hint of sorrow and regret were shown in them as he opened his mouth, and stuttered
"I-I'm s-so." he began but then cutting himself off and cleared his throat and tried again, this time not as shaky. "I'm sorry for what happened yesterday...y/n I wasn't thinking clearly." he sighed while breaking the eye contact with you, and instead looked out of the dark window. It has already become dark outside, since the evening was already approaching. You looked at him, he looked like a mess. A vulnerable lost mess. It made you lower your guard. Seeing the guy you cared about so much or did you even dare to say love, look so sad really hurt your heart.
"Yoongi." you said with a calm voice, making him once again look at you. "I'm not mad at you, you were drunk last night. But that's not an an excuse for what you almost did." Yoongi once again looked down at his hands, a guilty expression fell over his face.
"I know. What I tried to do was wrong, very wrong, I'm such an idiot." he said, sighing once again and buried his face in his hands. You put away the book that you had been trying to read before, and moved closer to him. As you sat beside him, you laid a comforting hand on his shoulder.
"I forgive you." you said shortly but still calmly, which made Yoongi look at you.
"You do?" he said holding his breath
"Of course I do! I really like you Yoongi, I really do. But I'm not sure if I'm ready for that yet, so please take it gentle with me." you said gently grabbing his hand and holding it in mine, while you looked into his eyes. Yoongi let his long fingers intertwine with yours, before he said in a soft and a bit calmer voice.
"If you're not ready, then I will respect that. You shouldn't be forced into doing something that you aren't ready for yet. I promise to take it slow with you y/n." a small smile spread across your face. Yoongi's mouth corners also started pulling upwards when he looked at you. He slowly leaned in towards you, and planted a soft kiss on your forehead. Then he embraced you into his arms. You buried your face in between his neck and shoulder and closed your eyes. The two of you sat like that for a good few minutes, before pulling away from each other.
"Hey, wanna watch a movie? We can watch it in bed, if you want." Yoongi asked as he looked at you with a cute grin on his lips. You returned the smile back at him and nodded. He smiled a little brighter and got up from the sofa, reaching out a hand at you. You grabbed it and he pulled you up from the sofa.
"Min Yoongi, you're such a teddy bear did you know that? You always tries to play tough and edgy, but behind that you're such a considerate softie." you said giggling. Yoongi turned around and looked at you with a frowning expression.
"Did you just call me a softie?" he said with a playful tone in his voice.
"Maybe I did. A fluffy teddy bear to be exact." you replied quirking your eyebrow and looked at him in a amused way.
"Take it back."
"Never!" you shouted, running past him and towards the stairs.
"Come back here you little! How dare you calling me fluffy?" he immediately started chasing after you up the stairs. With a loud giggling scream, you hurried upstairs with Yoongi close behind. You reached the door to your room and opened it, and quickly closed it behind you. Leaning your back against it, you heared Yoongi who tried to get it open from the other side.
"Yahh! Let me in!" you giggled and said to him through the door.
"I'm sorry, but that's not the right password sir."
"Password? Can't I bribe you instead?" he said, continuing to play along in your little game.
"Hm okay, but you better not play any tricks." slowly you peeked the door open, and you see Yoongi standing outside looking at you. But as soon as you opened it, Yoongi grabbed the door handle and pulled it open. You blocked the doorway and crossed your arms across your chest, trying your best to look like a frightening bouncer. He chuckled at how serious you tried to look and tilted his head to the side.
"You must be the smallest bouncer I have ever seen." he said teasingly and then he smirked at you "And perhaps the cutest one too." he took a step closer to you, so that it was just a small space between the two of you. You looked up at him, and shook your head.
"Sir, are you mocking me?"
"What are you gonna do if that's the case?" he raised an eyebrow, looking down at you still smirking and wrapped his arms around your waist. He were extremely close to you now.
"I think I will have to teach you a lesson from being so cocky sir." then you grabbed the collar of shirt and pulled him down towards you, and kissed him. You could feel how Yoongi smirked in the kiss and started to kiss you back. You hung your arms around his neck, and he started to push you into the room until your back was against a wall. He pulled away for a moment, panting for air and you did the same. Your eyes met and both of you chuckled for a moment.
"Let's watch that movie, shall we?" you said smiling and tried to walk past Yoongi, but he immediately grabbed you wrist gently but firmly.
"Not until I get some snacks to the movie." he said and smirked again, and leaned in again and kissed you passionately. Without breaking the kiss, the two of you slowly made your way over to the bed. Where Yoongi pulled away and pushed you into the bed, before laying down beside you. The two of you turned your head to look at each other and chuckled again. You turned to the side so that you faced him entirely and he did the same. Your faces were just some centimeters away from each other, as you stretched out your hand and gently caressed his cheek. Your fingertips stroke across his soft skin and a tingly feeling filled you, causing you to smile. Yoongi's eyes were watching your every move and took time to admire your facial features, before giving you a soft peck on the lips. "Movie time?" he said softly. You nodded and said
"Movie time."
You and Yoongi were laying in bed watching a movie. His arm were around your waist, while you were resting your head on his chest. It was almost pitch dark in the room, the only source of light was the TV. A romcom were playing on the screen. You snorted as the male main character said a cliché line to the female main character.
"C'mon dude, who even says that?" you said, speaking to the guy on the TV. A chuckle from Yoongi made you look up at him.
"I thought you liked this movie?" he said
"Nah, I just chose it because you suggested it. I'm not really into cheesy cliché movies." you responded. Yoongi raised his eyebrows in surprise and shook his head while chuckling.
"And I suggested it because I thought you liked these kinds of movies." now both of you started to giggle. No one of you had wanted to reject the other, but instead ended up choosing a move that neither of you liked.
"Aw how caring of us." you giggled, and snuggled into Yoongi's chest even more. He chuckled softly and took the remote, and turned off the TV. Then he gently stroke his long slender fingers through your hair, which made your eyelids feel heavy.
"Goodnight y/n, I love you." he whispered. But you had already drifted off to sleep, and didn't hear his little confession.
