i'm at her house
drinking her tea
stuck in her bed
while she sleeps
i wonder if she's
thinking of me
but i'd hope not
there are better things to dream
i hugged her
before i got dazed
fell asleep
in the friendly haze
woke up
feeling slightly crazed
searching for you on the bed
was like a maze
i know she's over it
but she's going to be a star
in this or another world
she's getting far
she keeps trying to back down
saying it'll be hard
but with a girl like this
she deserves the world
she sees right through me
reads my breaths
don't know how she's doing it
but it's one of her strengths
knows how long to spread the story
before leaving it at an end
knows how much to confuse me
before leaving me clueless
i love her
in a way you won't get
she's the star of the world
bringing light to it
can't imagine my life
without her involvement
suddenly, when i look at her
i can't remember where my sadness went
it's her
it has always been
a simple girl
sitting in my dreams
she will never understand
how she makes me happy
but oh strange world
don't you dare treat her badly
