Sasuke's P.O.V.
It's been a day since we've been at Itachi's house and currently me and Naruto are at my place while Aika is with Tenten.
"So what are we gonna do?" Naruto asked.
"We need to find a way to get into Itachi's house. He has to have a key somewhere." I said.
"Maybe in his office where he works at?"
"Yeah let's go look there but first I want to look for Sakura. After what Tenten said I think Sakura might have more information and plus she has the ring I gave (y/n) that I need to get back."
"Alright then but Sasuke I was thinking that maybe we should be asking information from one of (y/n)'s closest friend."
"I know but her closest friend was...Ino." After Hinata told us about the dead female body they found in the canal there was no clue on who murdered her.
~flashback~
Naruto, Hinata, and I ran to the scene where someone found a dead female body in the canal.
'It can't be (y/n)'s body...it can't be. Please don't let it be her...'
Once we made it to the scene we watched paramedics and officers pull a body out of the water but I don't think it looked like (y/n) but who could it be?
An hour or two after we found out that the body belonged to Ino.
The police did more investigation about her death and confirmed that she was murdered.
But who murdered Ino was still a mystery.
~flashback end~
"Alright here's what we're gonna do. Naruto you need to find a way to get into that building, the only way you can get in is by sneaking in or using the badge that the workers have to unlock the doors while I try to look for Sakura." I said.
"Ok but doesn't (y/n) have an extra badge at your place I can use to get in?" Naruto asked.
"No they only gave her one."
"Alright I'm gonna a find a way in there then. I'll text you if I made it in or not."
I nodded.
Once Naruto left I called Tenten and asked her to give me the name and directions to the coffee place that she said Sakura always goes to. Hopefully she's there.
Naruto's PO.V.
I looked up at the rather large building that (y/n) works at.
'Now how am I gonna get in there?' I asked as I looked around. Then I spotted Deidara about to walk inside.
He was about to pull out his badge before I stopped him.
"Hey Deidara!" I walked over to him while he gave me a confused look.
"Do I know you?" He asked.
"It's me Naruto! We meet when (y/n) brought me over here to show me where she works at."
"Sorry I don't remember you. Have you seen (y/n) by the way? We've all been wondering where she's been." He asked with sadness.
"No...I haven't. That's why I was wondering if you could let me inside so I can see if she left any evidence in her office of where she might be." I said.
Deidara thought about the idea for a bit then looked back at me.
"Whatever can get (y/n) back. Just try not to take too long in there I don't want to lose my job." He started to unlock the door with his badge.
Once it opened he looked around before opening the door wider for me to go in.
"Thanks Deidara! I won't take long!" I started walking fast to her office.
I tried to open the door but I forgot that I need a key.
"Shit! How could I forget!?" I leaned my forehead on the door.
'Wait Sasuke said to go to Itachi's office but I'm gonna need a key to get in there too.'
There were people outside of their desk that are too busy with their work to notice me.
I walked to where I think was the way to Itachi's office.
That's when I caught a quick glimpse of him.
I quickly moved out of the way so that he doesn't see me.
When I peeked over my shoulder I saw that Itachi was about to walk out of his office door.
When I couldn't see him any longer I looked back to the door that was closing slowly.
My feet ran over and quickly stopped the door from closing then I slipped inside and closed the door quietly.
Hopefully no one saw me.
I looked all over his shelves and desk for his house key till I checked the top shelf.
I had to lean up a litter higher to reach it but when I did I immediately felt two keys.
I pulled both keys down and observed them.
The first key color was bronze with a key ring that had a keychain with a picture of Aika inside.
'This is (y/n)'s key.'
The other one was silver. There was no other keys around so I assumed this one belonged to Itachi.
I walked out of the office with both keys and quickly ran out of the building.
I got in my car and tried to call Sasuke then my phone died!!!
"Come on! Are you serious right now?!?" I yelled.
I can't wait any longer right now. I'll charge my phone in the car while I go to Itachi's.
~with Sasuke~
Sasuke's P.O.V.
I looked around the coffee shop trying to find Sakura.
I spotted her sitting at a table next to a window with a coffee in her hand.
I walked up to her and she was surprised when she saw me.
"Sasuke?! What are you doing here?" She asked while trying to fix her hair thinking that will make her look better.
"I came to talk to you." I said. I sat in the chair across from her. My eyes looked at my wife's ring on her finger.
"Tell me about that ring." I said.
"Well actually it was a gift! Pretty isn't it?" She smiled while touching it with her dirty fingers.
"Are you stupid!" I yelled at her.
"W-what?"
"Don't play dumb! That's my wife's ring I gave her!!!"
People started to stare.
"I-"
"I know you stole it from Itachi's office. Now tell me why her ring was in there in the first place." I demanded.
Her face turned to anger. "How should I know? Why do you want to know anyway? Aren't you glad she's gone!? Now we can go out again like we used to in high school! She wasn't even a good mother or wife-!"
I slapped her.
She froze then slowly brought her hand to her cheek.
"Don't you ever talk about my wife like that again! She's a hardworking mother and a beautiful wife! Me and you will never be together again after what you did to me in the past!"
She had nothing to say as her eyes started to water.
"I'll have my wife's ring back now." I held out my palm.
She nodded then slowly took the ring off and placed it in my palm.
"Is there anything else you know about anything that happened between Itachi and (y/n)?"
"No I don't."
I walked out of there and sat in my car. I tried reaching Naruto but I think his phone is dead.
I sighed then looked at the ring remembering my proposal...
~flashback~
"Look Sasuke! This looks like a good spot." You pointed to a shady spot under a tree.
"Mhm." I nodded.
"Sasuke can you please get off your phone?"
"Mhm."
"Hey! Are you listening?! Heh your probably talking to other girls aren't you!"
I looked up at her. "Yeah I am."
"I knew it!" She turned her back to me.
I chuckled. "I'm kidding. You know I wouldn't do that. For goodness sakes we already have a kid together." I pointed to Aika who was still sleeping in her seat.
She laughed too. "Ok ok I believe you."
I smiled at her. We helped each other set up our little picnic as the sun was starting to set.
When we finished we sat down with Aika in between us and watched the clouds pass by.
Then I looked over at her.
She kept watching the sky with her big (e/c) eyes as her (h/c) hair blew softly behind her.
'She's so beautiful...how was I so lucky to have an amazing girlfriend like her and an adorable baby she gave me...I...should ask now...' I thought. I pulled out a tiny blue box that kept the ring I was gonna give her.
'Ok here it goes...'
"(y/n)?"
"Hm?" She looked at me.
"Look I don't know how to say this but...you already know that I love you deeply...I want to ask you if you would be...my wife...I wouldn't want any other woman to be the mother of my child...I want to spend the rest of my life with you so uh what do you say?" I said as I opened the box that showed the ring inside.
She was very shocked until she started to cry.
'Shit is that a bad sign?'
Then she nodded.
"Yes..."
"Really?"
She nodded again then she pressed her lips against mine. I happily kissed her back.
"Yes Sasuke. I wouldn't want to marry any other man. I love you." She smiled as she still continued to cry.
"I love you too (y/n)."

I smiled thinking about the happy memory.
After a minute I started the car and I was gonna go to Itachi's by myself.
'Don't worry (y/n) I'm gonna get you back no matter what it takes.'
~with Naruto~
Naruto's P.O.V.
'Please let this be the key...' I pushed the silver key into the door lock of Itachi's house.
My hand twisted the door knob and just like that it opened.
"I-it opened." 'Thank god it worked!'
I walked inside then I saw...her...standing a couple steps away from me.
Your P.O.V.
I got to leave the room again but only because Itachi blocked the windows with some metal plates.
I was cleaning the laundry well only because if I don't I'd just get beat up again like always.
It was nothing new.
But when I walked passed the door I heard it starting to unlock.
'What!? No way! It's too early for Itachi to already be here! I-I haven't even finished cleaning!' I thought as a rush of fear ran through my body.
But that was all gone when I saw Naruto.
He was the one who opened the door to this house.
I dropped my basket of dirty laundry as I stared at his blue eyes.
"N-Naruto? I-Is that r-really you?" I asked.
"(y/n)..." He spoke softly.
"Naruto!" I ran into his arms. I could hear him starting to cry.
We pulled apart then he stared at my partially bruised face and scars from previous incidents with Itachi.
"(y/n)...I'm so sorry..." He kissed my forehead.
"It's ok. I'm feel better now that I have seen you." I smiled at him as tears dropped.
"Hurry lets go find Sasuke." He said.
I nodded.
But all of a sudden I see Naruto's chest bleeding. The red color staining his shirt quickly.
"Naruto!!!" I screamed.
His body goes limp and drops to the floor.
"Naru-!" I feel someone grab my arm and pull me away from his body.
"Itachi! What did you do!?! Naruto didn't do anything! Why...why did you have to kill him too..." I sobbed.
"Shut up before I kill that baby growing inside you too!!!" He yelled as he held on tightly to the knife in his hand.
"What?" I heard another familiar voice coming from the entrance.
I looked to the door and saw...Sasuke!? He stood over Naruto's dead body and looked at him with sadness but mixed with anger as well.
He looked over to me then Itachi.
"You got her pregnant!?!" Sasuke yelled.
"Of course. Why wouldn't I? She's beautiful." Itachi smirked.
"You fucking bastard!" Sasuke ran to Itachi and punched him on the side of his face causing Itachi to let go of me.
The two started to fight until Itachi threw a quick punch to Sasuke's face and stomach. He pinned Sasuke to the floor and tried to stab him but Sasuke held tightly onto Itachi's hand to prevent the knife from touching him.
I cried as I watched Sasuke starting to give up as the knife inched closer to him.
I can't let him get hurt...I-I don't want to cause another death...I need to help him.
I got up and ran to the kitchen where I found more knives in the drawer. I grabbed one and remembered the last time I tried to use this on him when he took me out of the room.
In the end I couldn't kill him. I couldn't kill a human being but this time...not this time.
I walked up behind him when Sasuke noticed me. He was struggling while mouthing a 'no' to me.
But I ignored him and jabbed the clean knife into his back.
Itachi screamed in pain while I kept hitting him as I screamed in anger.
A couple more stabs then he was gone. I looked at his dead body then looked down at mine.
I dropped the knife. My hands grabbed at the sides of my long dress skirt that was now covered in blood along with my arms and hands.
Sasuke was still on the floor breathing heavily as he stared at me in shock.
The blood and dead bodies around me made me want to throw up and I did.
I ran to the restroom and threw up in the toilet.
When I finished I washed my hands then looked at the mirror. I saw the blood again and decided to wash my arms and legs too.
I cried heavily as I washed the blood off me.
Sasuke walked in and watched me with sad eyes.
I could feel my body getting tired. I started to fall down onto the floor but I tried holding on to the counter to pull myself up but I was too tired.
I was sitting on the floor as I sobbed into my hands.
"Sasuke...it's my fault...it's my fault for getting you in danger and*sob*g-getting Naruto and Ino killed." I cried louder as I looked towards Naruto's dead body.
Sasuke kneeled over me as he threw his arms around me.
He hugged me tightly. I could hear him start to cry then more harder sobs came from him.
"I-its not your fault. You hear me? It was his ok?" He said.
He paused then I felt him hug me tighter.
"I'm so sorry (y/n)...I'm so happy your alive." He cried.
"Your safe now...so please...get up so we can go home...our daughter is waiting." His hand cupped my cheek as tears streamed out of both our eyes.
I nodded.
He helped me get up from the floor.
We walked out together while Sasuke grabbed his phone to call the police while he took the both of us to the hospital.
Before we entered his car I looked back at the house I was kept in for a month.
A month may not seem bad to others but to me...it was hell...especially with him. But...I'm free now...I can go back to a normal life............hopefully.
