First of all before I start I would like to thank all of you that have read, voted, and commented on this story. Always makes me happy when I see the number of views go up, I also love seeing that people have voted and truly enjoy reading people's comments. I have a few things before I can let you enjoy this chapter, first a message from my editor,
Hello everybody I'm TheRookieGamerherookiegamer and not many people know this but I am Azazel's editor in a sense, and I just want to say thank you to all the people who are reading this book because they find it interesting as honestly so do I and there will be plenty more interesting stuff it the future in this book. So once again thank you for reading Azazel's book and I hope you enjoy the rest.
Now for my announcement, I have said in the past that I was going to post a new chapter 2-3 times a week. Unfourtnitly that won't be possible anymore with my current obligations. My new plan is to update once every week or two as I'm usually taking a week to finish each chapter now. I hope that's fine with everyone. It's been a week since Ash and Serena spent there first night together they were both on cloud nine, life was just so perfect for them right now. For starters, Ash beat the Cyllage gym and earned a cliff badge. As for Ash and Serena's date, it went off great, Ash found a nice cafe that they found out when they arrived was having karaoke night. So after dinner they got to have some fun singing songs together. After leaving the city they started to head to Shalour city so Ash could earn a rumble badge. Ash has also captured a Hawlucha while passing through a forest and Serena's Fennekin evolved into Braixen during some training. As for Ash and Serena's relationship, they have been getting closer every day. Since the night they slept together in the tent, they have started to always chose to sleep together now. Whether they are sharing a bed at a Pokemon center or arranging there sleeping bags to they can sleep together. As for in public they have no problem showing public displays of affection showing the whole world they are both taken.
Currently they are taking a break from walking, Bonnie is playing with Dedenne and Clemont's Pokemon, Clemont is working on lunch, Serena is reworking her performance routine to account for Braixen evolving, and Ash is off aways training. Ash learned to make sure there was plenty of space for training to avoid breaking anything or hurting anyone since training was pretty intense. Now he's focusing on Hawlucha's training as he is currently having a practice battle with Frogadier to help Ash access his strengths and weaknesses. After the practice battle Ash looked at his Pokemon as they were all tired and resting under a tree. "Alright guys great training today. Now how about we head back to camp, I'm sure lunch will be ready soon." With that said everyone cheered at the thought of getting some food and headed back to camp.
As they entered the camp the saw, Clemont still working on lunch while Bonnie and Serena were setting the table. Ash then had an idea, while signaling to his Pokemon to stay quiet he started to make his way to Serena. Just as he got behind Serena she had just finished setting the table. She looked up and saw Bonnie struggling to hold back her giggling, "Bonnie what's going aaaahhhhhhhhh." Bonnie now bust out laughing as Ash picked Serena up bridal style and spun her around completely surprising her causing her to scream at first. Once Ash set her down they were all laughing, until Serena wrapped her arms around his neck and brought Ash into a deep loving kiss. Unfortunately Serena's scream was heard by someone else, that someone was the last person Serena ever wanted to see.
After breaking there kiss Ash and Serena sat at the table with Serena sitting on Ash's lap. As they ate Ash and Serena would occationaly feed each other a bite of food, which Bonnie thought was the cutest thing ever and would comment as such. One time even telling Clemont that is he had a girlfriend he could do things like that. Which resulted in Clemont asking Ash if there was a way to get Max into the Kalos region, causing Bonnie to blush, and get mad at Clemont.
After swallowing another bite of food Ash brought Serena into another kiss which Serena happily returned. As they kissed Serena thought to herself how perfect this was and how nothing could ever ruin it, until......"SERENA WHAT THE HELL!" Everyone turned and looked towards the source of the yelling and saw a boy about there age with black hair, a red hat, and a long sleeve black jacket. Before anyone could speak the boy spoke again, "what do you think your doing and who's that looser. Get off his lap now." "You don't tell me what to do Calem. And for your information this is my boyfriend Ash and he is far from some looser," replied Serena with a voice full of rage. Serena had a complete mood swing, nobody thought it was possible for the sweat girl to make such a change so fast. This just showed them that whoever this Calem person is is no good and has to go, now. Ash decided to speak up, "listen Calem, I don't know who you are and at this point I don't care. All I know is that you just being here is upsetting Serena, so leave now before I have to make you leave." Now all eyes where on Ash, as the normally happy, good natured teen essentially just threatened a person. Serena looked at Ash with hearts in her eyes as she saw Ash become her knight in shining armor once again. This didn't go unnoticed by Calem who was now even angrier at Ash, "do you even know who I am, I'm Calem Xavoir coming in the top four in the Kalos league three years ago. Now you get away from my girl." Ash looked unimpressed, "so is that it, only one league attempt? I've competed in five leagues finishing in the top four in two of them. In my eyes that isn't any better from what I've done. As for Serena, she's not a possession she's a person who can chose who she does and doesn't want to be with." Ash was standing up now, "for the last time, leave before I make you." Calem glared at Ash, "come try and make me." Ash sighed and started to take his jacket and shirt off as we walked to Calem and spoke, "Clemont cover Bonnie's eyes, this isn't going to be pretty." Once Ash had his shirt off and saw his muscles Calem realized he didn't stand a chance. Thankfully for Calem he quickly thought of a way out, "how about this instead, a Pokemon battle. You win I leave, I win Serena leaves with me." Calem smiled as he was fully confident in his battling ability and that he could win. Ash normally wouldn't agree to terms like that, but after he used his aura to sense how strong Calem's Pokemon were he smiled, "deal." This shocked everyone especially Serena. Ash realised this, and walked over to her and explained why he agreed. Serena understood and had full confidence in Ash and gave him a long kiss before he turned around to battle. During the kiss however Bonnie saw Ash's body and commented to Clemont, "You need to start training with Ash. Do that and you'll have a body like his. Then you'll have no problem getting a girlfriend." Clemont smiled and said only one thing, "Max". This caused Bonnie to shut right up.
Clemont stepped up, "I'll referee. This will be a one on one battle between Ash and Calem, battle begin." Calem was first, "Absol time to battle." Ash smiled as he had the perfect Pokemon for this, "Primape I chose you." "Absol slash." Absol started charging at Primape. "Primape, catch it." Absol swung it's horn at primape expecting to send it flying, but instead was stopped in its tracks as primape caught it's horn, holding it still until, "now Primape, close combat." Primape released absol and began to hit it repeatedly with the last hit sending it flying, landing at Calem's feet with swirly eyes. Calem was shocked, he knew his Pokemon weren't unbeatable, but to loose with just one attack was unreal. He looked at Ash and saw Serena's arms wrapped around his neck with his around her waist as they kissed. This took Calem back from shocked to furious. He then charged at Ash with his fist pulled back, ready to punch Ash in the face. Ash saw Calem charging at him soon enough to move Serena out of the way and dodge the punch. While doing so punching Calem in the stomach, causing him to drop to the ground as he struggled to breath. The others stepped away from Calem and there Pokemon stepped up between there trainers and Calem, ready to do anything to protect them. Once Calem recovered he glared up at Ash with his arms around Serena in a protective manner. Calem reached for a pokeball and released a talonflame and mounted it. "This isn't over", Calem yelled as he flew off.
They all gave a sigh of relief as Calem left. Ash then looked Serena in the eyes, "Are you ok?" Serena nodded, "I'm so sorry about all this...." Ash didn't let her get another word in as he pulled her into a comforting hug. "You have no reason to be sorry, this was in no way your fault," Ash said with a gentle tone that cause Serena to melt in his arms. Clemont then spoke up, "I hate to ask, but what's up with that guy?" Serena sighed and explained her history with Calem, after which Ash told her, "Don't you ever worry about Calem, I'll protect you from him no matter what." "Thank you, my knight in shining armour", Serena said before kissing him.
After this they gathered there things and continued on to the Pokemon Center. Upon arriving and eating dinner, they split up to there respective rooms. Ash was laying on his and Serena's bed in his shorts while Serena was changing in the bathroom. Serena then called out from the bathroom "Ash, I want to thank you again for getting rid of Calem and protecting me." Ash smiled, "You don't need to thank me, I'd do anything for you." "You don't understand Ash, I really want to thank you", with that the bathroom door opened revealing Serena standing in the door way wearing only a black bra and panties. Ash's face went bright red as Serena walked over to him, her hips swaying side to side. When she got to the bed she climbed on and startled Ash, then she spoke, "I think it's time I show you how we kiss in Kalos".
