KéShaun POV 🖤
The ambulance rushed Ember to the hospital and let Jaceon come with; Na'Shaé couldn't because her emotions didn't mix well with her being drunk and I wouldn't let her.
I was trying to get Shaé to calm down and call her and Embers people before the hospital calls them first.
An hour later, Shaé and I were sitting in the waiting area; getting her sober while Jaceon was standing up with bloody clothes looking out the window.
Ember's people haven't came yet and I wasn't trying to be here when they did but Shaé was starting to falling asleep I tried to get up quickly and quietly when Sasha came tapped my shoulder "I need to talk to you." She said
I sighed then continued to try to move Shaé slowly when Shaé grabbed my hand so I leaned down, kissed her forehead
"I'm coming back." I told her; she laid back down while me and Sasha went around the corner from everybody
"What's up?" I asked as I saw she was jittery so I slapped her hands and she looked at me
"What's wrong Sasha?" I asked again and she looked at Jaceon as he was looking out the window with tears in her eyes
"I noticed these cars following me and Jaceon on the way to the club." She said and my eyes got huge
"Sasha-..." I said
"I know...I should've said something but I wasn't thinking until it was to late." She replied
"Calm down did you get a good look at the cars?" I asked and she shook her head and I rubbed my head in frustration
"No, it's all a blur." She said
"Look, don't say nothing to anybody until you remember more then tell me okay?" I said she nodded then walked away and started to rub Jaceon's back
When Ember's doctor came out and Sasha tapped Jaceon, "Is she Okay?" He asked when Kami came in with family
"Shaé?" Kami said as Shaé got up and hugged her and a woman grabbed the doctors arm
Sasha POV🍂
I tapped my son's shoulder as the doctor came up and he began to talk when a group of five came rushing in
When a lady grabbed the doctors arm "Where's my daughter!?" She asked
I recognized all of them except for one, I was taken back I put my hand on my chest then looked at Jaceon he rolled his eyes at me then I looked at KéShaun he said nothing

"How did my Ember get shot; y'all were suppose just have a party at-..."
I was saying when Malik grabbed my wrist, I looked at him and looked in the direction he was looking and thought all this had to be dream I was seeing things
When Malik got in Jaceon's face "You had something to do with this?" Malik asked as I grabbed his arm when DeMarco got in his face
"Answer the fucking question." He said
Jaceon stood his ground not saying anything when we heard a familiar voice say "Baby?"
Everything got quite as we heard Shaé's footsteps walk across the room
"DeMarco?" Melody said when DeMarco didn't respond until I grabbed his arm to look he looked away from Jaceon
His eyes said it all and he wasted no time he reached in his the back of his pants and held a gun towards to whom he thought was the devil
Strangers began to flee the waiting room as the doctor tried to step in "Sir please put it away!" He said a security guard came in
DeMarco didn't even acknowledge them he looked at his daughter "Get. Away. From. Him." He said as everybody looked at Shaé and she didn't move
DeMarco took the gun off safety "I SAID MOVE!" He said and Shaé got in front of KéShaun
DeMarco looked at Melody as his eyes were full of tears and confusion "SIR, PUT THE GUN DOWN NOW!" The security demanded and he didn't
"SIR!?" He yelled again when Melody ran over and lowered it for him and gave the gun to the security guard he took it, put in his holster and began to arrest DeMarco
He took Demarco out the room and Melody and Kami followed as me and Malik stayed with Shaé to talk to the doctor

Jaceon POV💕
After we got everything got calm down the doctor told us that Ember was in surgery and that we could go see her in a hour or two after the surgery
When Malik and Denise asked the doctors not to let me see Ember after they found out that me and Ember were a couple and that I threw her a party at the club
My momma didn't like it she tried to argue that Embers my girlfriend and that I was the one covered in her blood but the doctors didn't care
They told me I couldn't see her and we had to leave after we gave the police our statement about the shooting and what happened with DeMarco
Denise POV👿
After we got Jaceon and his slutty ass momma out of the way all I could do is stare at how KéShaun was holding Shaé so close and she hugging him back it bothered my soul
"You like the view?" KéShaun asked
"Keep it on the playground." Malik said
"Look like he's been doing that." I said looking at Shaé and KéShaun laughed
"Where did you meet him?" I asked Shaé and she said nothing
"How did Ember meet Jaceon?" I asked and still nobody said anything
So, I got up and went to the restroom I couldn't take all this
KéShaun POV😈
Denise got up and left then kissed on Shaé the lips then whispered something in her she nodded
I got up and went outside when Malik yelled "AYE!?"
I laughing as I kept walking to my car
"What the fuck is the rest of this about?!" He asked and all I was look at how scared he was
"Wheres Sly?" He asked
"What's the matter Malik, not what you asked for is it?" I said as pushed him off me and got in my car
"I didn't ask for this either." I said and drove off as I looked in the review mirror him crouching with his head in his knees
Na'Shaé POV💖
I was the only one in the waiting room drunk a little but not fully aware of what was happening I was numb thinking about Ember
When Ember's doctor came to me "Miss?" He said "You can go see her." I got up and he walked me to her room
"Is she up?" I asked
"She's in and out but she can hear you and if she wakes up and try's to move tell her to stop or just call the front desk." He said I nodded as he opened her door for me
I walked in and seen my cousin hooked up with needles plugged up to her I began to cry softly as I went to hold her hand
"Everybody was here for you they was getting ready to air this bitch out." I said laughing when I seen her patches
"If that bullet would've took you...I don't know how I would cope with losing Hakeem and you right after each other so I'm grateful." I said
I wiped my nose and pulled up a seat to her bed and held her hand again "I'm drunk sis." I said laughing
Then started crying when I looked at my right hand "The big five." I said and rubbed Embers hand where we suppose to get a tattoo
"Me, you, Kami and Keem, Kim; together that was it...we should've been a family nobody understood and still don't it's like we lost our parents now their not around I never understood why you, Kim and Keem didn't want to get the tattoo after we talked about it."
I said when Denise walked in and looked at me "I want a moment with my daughter alone." She said; I gave Ember a kiss on the forehead and walked out as Malik was coming in the room he shut the door in my face
I looked in the window and Ember was looking at me when I got a text I wonder did she hear me when Denise closer the blinds

"Come outside."
KéShaun texted I wasn't in the mood and I was confused but I went anyway.
I got outside; seen KéShauns car and went to him as I was getting in he was hanging up his phone
He tried to kiss me but I moved my face and I looked at him "What?" He asked and I slapped him
He held his face as we looked at each other in silence "You knew Hakeem and didn't tell me shit!" I said
KéShaun cranked the car and pulled off "Why didn't you tell me that you knew my brother?"
"Did it matter?" He asked
"Listen you still drunk we'll talk about this later." He said when I grabbed the wheel
The car swerved a bit and people started to blow their horns; he pulled on the side of the road got out and came to my side of the car
Snatched me out the car, slammed the door then hovered over me against the car
"We were best friends so what!" He said
In my head Késhaun was shady in some way but the crazy thing about it is that I'm falling in-love with him
"Why did you lie...are you hiding something from me?" I asked calmly
"No." He said without hesitation then he looked at my lips then eyes I turned away avoiding eye contact
I was pushing him off but he pushed me back up on the car "You believe right?" He asked kissing my chin then my neck
He made me feel weak and I had no strength to push him off so I let him kiss on me when he whispered in my ear "Come home with me." He said; I wanted to say no but couldn't I got in, he shut the door and we went to his place
We got their and my phone was blowing up as we were having sex and I went to sleep still thinking about can I trust KéShaun
