"I don't want to me his fucking momma." Ember said when Na'Shaé walked past the bathroom door and stopped
"I'll call you back." Ember said hanging up the phone "Who was that?" Shaé asked
"Nobody." She answered
"Had to be someone important enough for you to tell them you don't want to meet your boyfriends momma." Shaé said sipping out a glass
"Are you drinking?" Ember asked
"Why don't you want to meet Sasha?" Shaé asked
"Because I don't know if I want to see him again he acts different around y'all but when it's just me and him I feel the love." Ember said
"I get it no need to meeting her if y'all not gone last." Na'Shaé replied
"Exactly."Ember said as Shaé took another sip of her drink when Ember sniffed her drink
"Tequila tonight; I thought it was me who was going to get lit first."Ember asked putting her make up
Na'Shaé tossed the drink back a put the glass on the sink as Ember looked her walking out the bathroom
"Well happy fucking birthday to me then." Ember said looking in the mirror

It just had turned eight o'clock when Jaceon pulled up to his momma house and knocked on the door
"Hey momma." He said trying to give her a hug and a kiss when she pushed him away and Jaceon laughed
"Whats wrong ma?" He asked coming and closing the door
"Why I can't just meet her the regular way instead of a party?" Sasha asked grabbing her purse and jacket
"Because this way you meet my baby and everybody we know." He replied as Sasha rolled her eyes
"Sorry how this about to come out but I don't give a fuck who y'all hang around, you don't never listen to me anyway so I'm going to meet this girl you so in love with and then I'm coming home now come on." She said walking out with Jaceon, locked the door and they drove off

Ember and Na'Shaé made it to the club they parked in the back "I'm about to see if Jaceon got our sections."
Ember said getting out her car and ran to the back door and knocked three times when a big dude opened it and they started talking
When Ember's phone started ringed; Shaé recognized the number and wonder was that who she was talking to earlier and not telling her but she left it alone as Ember came to her

"We Good come on, lock the car up for me." Ember said running inside

The club was packed tonight Jaceon and Sasha haven't arrived yet
I was having a great time with my friends when seen Shaé was dancing up on her the fourth random guy tonight she was with him for a while drinking
I peeped that KéShaun walked in the club with his cousin and Martin; I rolled my eyes when Martin instigating ass pointed at Shaé dancing with a guy
KéShaun walked up to the section and leaned to my ear "Did she come here with that nigga?"
He asked me "Leave her alone; don't ruin my birthday please." I said to him but he didn't listen at all
He walked off a made his made through the crowd grabbing her arm

Me, my cousin and Martin arrived at the club late for Embers birthday we greeted a few people at the door
When Martin tapped my shoulder for me took look at Shaé grinding and drinking with a nigga I look around to see Ember
Sitting and look at me so I went her way and ask her did Na'Shaé come here with the nigga she gone tell me don't ruin her party
I ignored that shit and made my way through the crowd and grabbed her arm she turned and mean mugged me
"What the fuck is you doing!?" She said trying to talk over the music
"Get lost bruh!" I said to nigga behind her he ran back off and Shaé watched the nigga leave and looked back at me

Me and momma walked in and the first thing I see is Na'Shaé and KéShaun rushing pass us
I didn't have time with their bullshit
"Who is KéShaun chasing?" My momma asked
"That's Embers friend." I replied
"He looked angry." She said
"Don't worry about them; just go get a drink and meet over here." I said pointing at our section
"Hey birthday girl." I said kissing Ember but it felt different
"You straight?" I asked
"Yeah why?" She answered
"No reason but anyways my momma here?"
I said when Ember rolled her eyes and drinker her drink "Aye what was that for?" I asked and she started walking towards the restroom
So yeah I followed as she rolled her eyes at my momma she tried to run in the bathroom but I yanked her hand
"Why you acting like this?" I asked
"I don't see the need to meet her." She replied
"Why not?" I asked and she shrugged
"Just don't see the need to that's all." She answered; I looked at her confused because she said it so coldly

"STOP!" I yelled as she stopped by the stop cross lane
I walked to her and looked at her she was crying; I was confused "Why are you crying."
I asked; when she wiped her nose and said
"So, you and Ember fucking, huh?"
"What?" I said
"D-D-D-Don't play fucking dumb I seen y-you call her earlier!" She yelled
I knew she was drunk so I walked slowly to her
"Move." She said putting her finger in my chest but I kept trying to hug her
"Getthefuckoutofmyfacebitch," Shaé said, tumbling over her words then slapped me
Then I slapped her glass out her hand and she started to launch at me slapping and punching me "Ihateyoupieceofshit," She said
Then I grabbed her by the neck and pushed her against the car I kissed her as she wrapped her legs around me as I had her on the hood of somebody car
I smelled the liquor on her even more now that I was on top of her smelling it on her breath she tried to undo my pants in
I moved her hand out the way when we heard a car tires and gunshots we got up quick people in the front was screaming and running to their cars as I heard shots continued I grabbed Na'Shaé behind a car
"Listen to me stay here." I said to her getting up when she grabbed my hand
"Baby-..."
"You stay here don't fucking move!" I said grabbing her face then got up and ran to the front when I seen a crowd in a circle
I walked through as I heard Jaceon yelling
"CALL FOR HELP DON'T STAND THERE!"
As I made it to him Martin and my cousin came right behind me then I heard Shaé's voice
"What's going on?" She asked a person when the crowd opened up she screamed "EMBER!?!?!"
I grabbed her as she fought me to get to her she went to her side as we heard the police and ambulance coming
Some people started to run as Jaceon and Na'Shaé was crying as she wasn't moving at all with blood all on on Jaceons clothes I crouched holding my head down
Thinking " What the fuck."....
