I made it to Embers street as I was walking I notice a group of guys I got scared as fuck because it was night time so I just kept my head down and speed walk

"I'm about to go outside real quick to talk to people let me know when you're ready to go." She said and disappeared into the crowd

"I feel you one of my homies died while I was in jail last year and nobody don't want to say nothing cause they scared."

NaShaé felt like he been through somethings when it look like he was about to shed a tear he let go of my hand and walked back to the party when five of his homeboys ran down the sidewalk holding big guns yelling get down
Soon as we hit the corner to see a black car started shooting but Marshawn fell on top of my back when I seen his homeboys shooting from the ground and Marshawn getting off me running to shoot back but the car got away

While in the car Shaé was silent, Marshawn was talking to his momma and I just had hung up with Ember when he got in the car and one of his friends bend down to my window to talk to Marshawn

Shaé seen the lights in the house was on and the screen was closed but the door was open now she knew she was in trouble
Shaé knocked on the screen door and Melody opened it and hugged her "Oh thank god we heard shooting for a long period of time so we assumed..."
Momma was saying when Dad cut her off

"OK Demarco baby she's had enough for tonight."Melody said getting between Shaé and Demarco backing him to the stairs but he moved Melody to the side and came into Shaé face again
"Look and Listen and Understand me you have two more fuck ups on the third strike you're done I won't let your mistakes drag this family down with you like Hakeem did . He said angrily the went upstairs then slammed the door
NaShaé was stuck on when he said Hakeems' name when her mom and Kami looked shocked; Shaé wasn't....she hated her daddy.
