That Girl Is Gone

I'm a murderer,

I killed the girl who I use to be.

The girl with hopes and dreams,

The one who wandered off from reality.

I was happy, alive,

Full of fun.

The one who made all the jokes,

A source of entertainment for everyone.

I'd walk in with a big smile,

I'd exit with one too.

I'd make new friends all the time,

Who make me happy when I'm blue.

Now that girl is gone,

Her smile is no more.

Now I enter with a frown,and with no expression,

I walk right out the door.
