"What are you doing here?" He asked. My jaw tensed in nervousness as I hadn't seen Noah properly for the past week.
"We came for the party," I said as I turned around to face Zach, Christina, Isla and a swollen Luke, "Erm, you guys go, I'll be there in a bit." They nodded and left but fear crossed Christina's face.
"You need to warn Sienna and Sebastian that he's here." She whispered into my ear before leaving, At her words my face went pale and my jaw clenched, before Noah could enter into the hallway I had ran off to go into the garden, attempting to get there swiftly and avoid bumping into everyone.
Turning behind me to see if Noah was following me, which he was, I placed a chair within my path to slow him down, "Willow!" He cried out but I didn't look back. By the time I had finally reached the garden, I scoped my surroundings to find the pair, I glanced into the corner of in which I had earlier encountered them and thanked God when I saw that they were still there. I rolled my eyes when I saw Sebastian whispering and biting into Sienna's ear while she giggled and Tyler in the corner drinking; running up to them ensuring Noah wasn't behind me, I barged Tyler out of the way, hearing him say 'what the fuck' which I ignored.
"Can you stop caressing her boob!" I panted.
Sienna narrowed her eyes at me probably wondering why I was here, while Sebastian smirked and replied, "Do you want me to 'caress' yours instead". In reply Sienna and I both rolled our eyes.
"Noah's here." I stated icily as they registered my word their faces changed from calm to panicked
"Willow?" Noah cried out as he near approached us, the sound of his voice caused the pairs eyes to widen making them get up hastily to conduct themselves. I turned around the face Noah as he approached and smiled at him. "Why were you running?"
Trying to hide my heavy breathing I pretended to look at him confused, "Running?"
He looked at me like I was crazy, "Yes, running. Just now. You were at the door and now you're out here... in the garden."
I smiled sheepishly at him as I changed the subject, "Have you seen Sienna?" I said as I moved my body to show the trio behind me.
"Hey babe." Sienna approached him with a kiss on the lips to which he returned, I shielded my eyes at the scene and took the advantage to brace Sebastian and Tyler to act normal.
Tyler looked as baffled as usual while Sebastian shook his head in agreement - on his way to myself and Noah he whispered in my ear, "Tyler doesn't know." I paused in my steps nibbling on my bottom lip and twiddling my thumbs. "Hey bro, how've you been?" Sebastian said greeting Noah with a handshake to which Tyler followed.
"What are you guys all doing back here?" Noah enquired.
Oh shit.
Sebastian cleared his throat, "We've been trying to get Willow and Tyler together." He smiled at both of us.
"YouWhot?" We both blabbed our words together in surprise as a response to his story. Turning to face Tyler while he faced me we both took a long look at each other and shuddered.
He was not the man I imagined having 5 kids with let's get that right.
"Oh, but Willow I thought-"
"Yes." I cut him off before he could finish his sentence.
"Right..." The air in the 'room' which was the garden was now thick with awkward tension, "Could we talk for a bit. Your mom said I could find you here."
Sienna but in, "You came just for Willow," She pouted; which was probably her real emotion due to the fact that her 'boyfriend' had come for me instead of her, I smirked at her expression, "I thought we were finally going to spend time together." She said hugging him tightly.
"I know, and we will. I just need to clarify some things with Lilo first."
"Lilo?" She scowled in response while Noah took my hand to drag me away into a corner; I cackled towards and stuck my tongue out.
When we arrived at the corner, another beanbag was placed. I wish I could say I was placed on the nearby stool but rather I was shoved into the beanbag for the second time of the night. "Hey!"
"Shut up a second," He said as he paced near the food table. I creeped my hand onto the table to steal some cocktail sausages, mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings on a plate. Successfully completing the mission, Noah turned around to greet me with a stuffed face. "Really?"
I answered with a stuffed mouth, "Hey, I love cheese and I love spicy food. The sausages are just a bonus." I playfully winked at him. His tense expression went as he heard my sentence, he smiled and rolled his eyes at the same time. Bringing up a stool he sat down next to me and took one of my mozzarella sticks.
"Hey!" I playfully hit his arm, he laughed and called me 'gorda' - fatty.
"I'm thinking of running away." He stated forthrightly. I choked on my food at his sentence. The pepper seeds and the sauce from my wing spread around my mouth causing it to burn like someone had lit it on fire with one of the tiki torches. The more I coughed the worse it would feel.
"Water," I said holding my throat; Noah looked at me like I had just transformed into a pigeon. "Water! Hurry!" Standing up speedily he brought a big pitcher from the table. I glanced into the pitcher before drinking making sure it was clear of any impurities.
Taking a gulp of it I drowned my mouth. I paused at the peculiar taste of the water then sniffed it. I narrowed my eyes at Noah. "Come here," He approached me slowly. "Sniff the water." He did and a sheepish look overcome his face.
"It's spiked."
"It's spiked!" I deadpanned.
"Well, how was I supposed to know, you were dying so I grabbed the water."
"What kind of idiot spikes water!" I burst out laughing, "Oh I'm going to be so drunk tonight..."
"Keep eating the greasy food, it should help." I raised an eyebrow at him, already feeling my eyes twitching, "I've been drunk before, I know what works."
"What do you mean you're running away?" I sat there defeated.
"Nah I'm not running away I just said that to get a rise out of you." He chuckled and I hit his arm again. "I'm just scared you know."
I blinked twice at him, "I'm starting to think this whole bad boy persona is just an act." I placed my hand on my hips, "I mean you're not an ass, you actually have emotions. You do well in schvool." My speech slurred. "You weirdo."
"Meh, it could be." He shrugged, "Or it could just be you I'm not an ass to." He shrugged again.
I blew bubbles unconsciously in the spiked water, "Why not me? I threw up on you... I'm probably going to do it again if I keep drinking out of this pitcher."
Removing the pitcher from my lap, "I think this conversation is best done sober." He replied as he got and carried me over his shoulder like a cavewoman.
"Can I keep the vater. It tastes like pineapples." I gurgled.
"Come on you." Noah walked over to the wolf pack. "I'm taking her home. She's drunk as a skunk."
Sebastian scoffed, "Lightweight."
To which the sober part of me replied, "Dick." Followed by a raspberry. I 'whispered' to myself as we left them, "Bad bag people."
"What?" Noah asked.
"Nothing." I sang as we soon approached the car outside with my friends waiting.
"What happened to her?" Isla cackled.
"Pineapples." I soothed as I stroked her hair.
"She drank some spiked water. I'll drive you guys to hers and explain." He said as he took my car keys out of my rompers pocket.
"Hey! Only we can touch her butt." Christina said hitting Noah on the arm.
"Yeah!" Both Isla and I joined in before I passed out.
