It was the next day and Daddy left with Rick Glenn and T-Dog to get Merle back.
Every since daddy left I stayed in our tent. I dont want to see anyone. Carl and Sophia both came in to check on me and try to talk to me but I'll just ignore them.
"Chloe sweetheart dinners ready, come and eat!" I heard Lori shouted from outside. I didnt say anything as I continue to play with Emma.
"Chloe!" Lori shouted again, I looked at the tent door and give a sigh before I went back to play with Emma. I dont want to eat or see anyone, I want my daddy and my Uncle that's all I want. As I set there I heard the tent door open but I didn't look up.
"Chloe?" I heard Lori as she took her seat next to me but I continue to play with Emma. Lori give a sigh.
"Listen your father and your Uncle Merle well come back." She said placing her hand on my shoulder.
"How would you know? Your not with them." I said not taking my attention off of Emma as I went grab a pencil that I had a found in the r.v. I also grabbed a piece a paper and started to draw.
"I don't but your dad is very brave. He'll do anything to get back to you." She said, I stopped drawing and looked up at her. She right Daddy would do anything to get back to me, so would Uncle Merle. I nodded my head and put away the penile and paper.
"Let me put Emma to bed." I said, Lori nodded her head as I went to my sleeping bag and put Emma under the blanket. "Goodnight Emma." I said kissing her head. I got up and so did Lori. I grabbed Lori hand before walking out.
"Im sorry Lori. I never been away from daddy and Uncle Merle this long." I said, looking to the ground as we walked to the group that sat around the fire, eating dinner.
"Its okay sweetie." Lori said picking me up and sat me on her lap as she took her seat. Carol handed me a small plat of food.
"Thank you." I said, taking a bit. It tastes like fish. "Is this fish?" I asked, taking another bit out of it.
"Yes, Andrea and Amy count them today." Carl said as Amy got up from her seat.
"Where are you going?" Andrea asked, looking up to her little sister.
"To the bathroom jeez." She said making every one laugh. I looked over to the r.v. to see Amy coming back out. Behind her I saw something move but it was to late. The monster took a bit out of Amy neck.
"Amy!" Andrea yelled, running to her sister. I screamed when one the monsters come closer to us. Lori picked me up, I buried my head in her neck, there was screaming and gunfire everywhere.
"Shane!" Lori screamed, I couldn't see anything all I hear is gunfire and screaming.
"Lori I'm scared." I cried.
"I know sweetheart I know. Daddy well be here." She whisper to me.
"Lori! Carl!" I heard Rick yelled, I know his name because Carl told me earlier whenever I was in my tent.
"Chloe!" I heard Daddy, I didn't move my head. I dont want to see anything.
"She here!" Lori shouted she holding me tight. As the gunfire and the screaming stopped I felt myself being handed over to Daddy. I kept my eyes closed and buried my head in his neck as I cried.
"Shh Im here baby. Im here." Daddy whisper rubbing my back.
"Thank you." I heard Daddy said to Lori as he continued to rubbed my back.
"Daddy?" I asked getting his attention as I realised we where in the r.v. with Sophia and Carl.
"Yes baby?"
"Can I go and get Emma?" I asked as he sat in booth.
"No you stay here. Ill get Emma." He said kissing the top of my head. I smile at my daddy before he left the r.v.
"Chloe,, Want to play gold fish?" Carl asked as him and Sophia took a seat across from me.
"Sure but can we wait for Emma?" I asked. Carl nodded his head.
"Sure while we wait me and Carl are going to play one game of gold fish." Sophia said, I nodded my head as Carl and Sophia played gold fish.
"Do you have an.....eighths?" Sophia asked, Carl shook his head.
"Gold fish." Carl said, Sophia nodded and took a card out of the deck.
"Do you-" Carl was cut off when the door to the r.v. opened showing daddy walking in with Emma.
"Emma!" I said happily as I got out of the booth and ran to the door and grabbed Emma from daddy. "Thank you daddy!" I said hugging him real tight.
"Your welcome sweetheart. Stay here until one of us comes and gets you." He said, I nodded my head and went back to the booth. I looked to Sophia and Carl and nodded my head.

Me Sophia and Carl are walking around. Daddy and the rest of the adults are talking about burying the dead and Jim who had gotten bit.
"Chole! Sophia! Carl! Its time for the funeral!" Lori shouted, I quickly took off running to Daddy.
"Daddy!" I shouted getting his attention. He turned cauching me as I threw myself at him.
"Hey baby girl." Daddy said with a smile. I giggled as he put me down and grabbed my hand as we walked up the hill.

I was standing at the truck waiting for this funeral to started. I looked down at my baby girl, she looks so much like her mother.
Her mother died dearing birth. I promise her I'll stay strong for our baby girl and now she has to live in this world. A world where no child has to live in. I pray to whoever would produce her.
Merle help me look after her. He even stop doing drugs so he could be around her. Chloe tugged on my hand and I knew exactly what she wants. I chuckle and picked her up holding her close.
"Daddy?" Chloe asked, she layed her head on my shoulder.
"Yes baby girl?" I asked, watching the group lower bodys of the people they love into the ground.
"I love you." She said, I chuckle and kissed the top of her head.
"I love you to baby girl more then you'll ever know." I whisper.
"Thats a lie." She said making me look at her confused.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"You said you love me more then I'll ever know." She said, I nodded my head confused. "Thats a lie because I love you more then you'll ever know." She said with a laugh making my laugh, she is my daughter.
"Baby girl once we get back to the tent I want you to pick everything okay." I said once the funeral was done.
"Why? Are we leaving again?" She asked, I nodded my head and set her in the truck next to me.
"Where are we going?" She asked once I started the truck.
"Some place safer." I said, driving down the hill. Once we reached the camp Chloe got out and ran to our tent with me following.
"Daryl?" I heard Rick.
"What?" I asked.
"I need your help." He asked. I stopped and turned around and faced him.
"No." I said turning back around and continue my walk to the tent.
"Daryl I really need your help on this. I can't do it alone" He continued, I stopped and faced once again.
"I said no. Right now I want to be with my baby girl and there is-" I was cut off by I high piercing scream coming from my tent.
"Daddy help!" I heard Chloe yelled from our tent.
"Chloe!" I yelled and ran to my tent to see a walker holding her arm about to take a bit.
"No!" I yelled looking for mt crossbow but I couldn't find or my knife. Shit I must've left in the truck!
"Daryl!" Rick yelled, tosting me a knife. I quickly count the knife and stapped the walker in the head. I drop the knife and picked up my baby girl.
"Shh baby shh." I said claiming, looking to the group to see them watching me but right now I really dont care.
"Oh my god! What happened?" Lori asked, runing to Rick.
"Walker attacked her." Rick answered for me.
"She didn't get bit did she?" Carl asked, I shook my head no looking to the walker.
I looked one last time at the group before walking into the tent. I set down on my sleeping bag and held my daughter close.
"Daddy I'm scared." Chloe cried.
"I know baby. I know." I whispered rubbing her back. "Do you want to sleep?" I asked, pulling her back so I could look at her. Her eyes are red and puffy, her hair is a mess but I guess that's somthing I'll have to get use to.
Chloe nodded her little head. I nodded my head before lying her down on my sleeping bag. She closed her eyes and fell alseep. I give a sigh and begin to picked our stuff.
Once I was done picking. I picked up all of our stuff and walked out with it in my hands. I walked to my truck and put all of the stuff in the back. When Lori walked up.
"How is she?" She asked.
"She fine a little scared but she fine." I replied, I looked to Lori who was looking at my tent. Lori nodded her head and walked away. I let out yet another sigh as I walked back to my tent.
It's time to go to the CDC where hopefully it's safe.
