You woke up in your bed at the Poseidon cabin with a stomach ache. You snuggled into your blue and white blankets to try to go back to sleep. Whenever you have a stomach ache, sleep always makes you feel better. Usually you drift immediately off to sleep, but this time, your body begged to differ.
You slowly crept to the bathroom to take a nice, warm shower. Heat always helps your stomach aches too. After you took your shower, you lied back in your bed to try to rest since the steam of the shower made you sleepy.
You drift off to sleep and wake up an hour later. You look at the clock to see that it was nine o'clock in the morning. Your stomach pain worsened, and you went to the bathroom to try to make you feel better.
Right when you sat down on the toilet, you saw blood. 'Oh what a joy! Mother Nature decided to visit early this month!' You thought. You got up and got a change of clothes. You grabbed a pair of black joggers; a loose, baggy shirt; a new pair of underwear and a new bra.
You went to the bathroom to change. When you got changed, you made your way to the cabinet and grabbed the womanly supplies that you needed for the week. You washed your hands and went to go wake up Percy.
You found Percy drooling and rolled your eyes. You sat on him to wake him up. He woke up and pushed you gently off of him. You just giggled and walked to the dining pavilion to eat breakfast.
You got to the dining pavilion, and you got some fruit and coffee for breakfast. You wanted something little so you wouldn't have greater pain in your stomach.
You sat down across Percy. Percy got blue waffles, Go Figure!, and had... blue orange juice? 'Oh my gods Percy. I swear...' You thought while silently laughing.
All of a sudden, you had a sharp stab in your stomach. You silently screamed out in pain where only Percy could hear. His face showed an expression of concern and worry.
" (Y/N)! Are you okay?" Percy said.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I'm going to skip sword practice and go lie down in our cabin. I'm not feeling well." You replied back.
" I'm going to take you to the infirmary. Come on." Percy said.
" Percy, all I need is rest right now. I'm fine!" You snapped back. Let's just say, you tend to get a little moody.
" Are you sure your okay? Why did you get moody all of the sudden?" Percy said.
" Percy, I'm on my period... All I need is some rest." You whispered in Percy's ear.
"Oh...." Percy said. And with that, he ran off to go hang out with Annabeth.
You made your way to the Poseidon cabin and as soon as you got in, you went to the bathroom. You got a glass of water and took a Tylenol tablet to take away your headache.
You got in your bed and snuggled in your blankets. You were almost asleep when someone decided to knock on your door.
"COME IN!" You shouted quite annoyed.
Soon walked in your boyfriend, Leo Valdez. You were glad to see him, but you were not in the mood to hang out or do anything.
" Hey babe. Are you okay? I haven't seen you all day! I'm a little worried!" Leo said.
" I'm fine. I'm just not feeling well." You grumbled quite rudely. Leo was shocked at your harsh tone but pushed it aside because he loved you.
"Are you sure your okay? I could take you to the infirmary." Leo said while concerned.
"LEO! I SAID I WAS FINE!" You yelled, which made Leo whimper in fear.
"Are you sure you don't need anything?" Leo replied trying to be calm.
"FOR GODS SAKE LEO! I'M ON MY PERIOD! OF COURSE I NEED STUFF! AND OF COURSE I'M NOT OKAY!" You shouted back.
Leo ran out of your cabin with fear. You soon heard him shout from the Aphrodite cabin, "PIPER! THE DEVIL HAS UNLEASHED HIS WRATH INSIDE (Y/N)! WE NEED A LOT OF CHOCOLATE AND WARM APPLE CIDER!"
When you heard Leo say this, you silently giggled at his concern and fear of you. Leo soon came back with a big cup of warm apple cider and three bags of Hershey Chocolate bars. You smiled at him because he did all of this because he loved you. You loved that he didn't run away from you.
Leo sat the apple cider on your night stand and sat the bags of chocolate next to you. He went over to the tv and turned it on.
"Leo, what are you doing?" You said softly.
Leo turned to you and smiled.
" I'm putting it on Netflix and we're going to cuddle until you feel better." He said.
You were touched by this and didn't know what to say. Nobody has really cared for you as much as Leo....well, except Percy and Sally of course. Sally was like a real mom to you because your mom disowned you.
" What show do you want to watch on Netflix?" Leo asked.
"Um... Can we watch Teen Wolf?" You replied.
"The show with the werewolves and the Banshee and Chimera? Also the hellhound? That?" Leo asked.
"Yeah." You replied.
"Of course we can watch it! Anything for my wonderful, beautiful, kind, sweet, caring, generous, ama-" Leo started. You cut him off.
" Okay Leo. I get it. Start the show and come on." You replied while giggling and blushing.
Leo turned on the show and started it at season one. He climbed into your bed next to you. Leo knows that heat helps period cramps, and with him being pretty much fire, he can help.
Leo carefully wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you closer to his side, his hands resting on your stomach. You lied your head on his shoulder and he snuggled his face in your neck. You giggled at his cuteness.
You began feeling some cramps again so you opened a bag of chocolate. Let's just say, within fifteen minutes, the whole bag was gone.
Leo really helped with the cramps. He cuddled you closer and made his body temperature rise a little bit so you were warmer. He also tried to distract you from the pain.
Leo started leaving sweet, little butterfly kisses along your neck. You sighed in pleasure and rested your head on his chest. He soon moved his warm lips to your cheeks. You blushed. You turned your head to look at him and he just smiled and kissed your lips.
You were soon getting sleepy. You decided that you were going to close your eyes and take a little nap. Leo still had his arms around you. Leo saw you starting to doze off.
"Shhh... Just close your eyes and take a nap. I'll be right here if you need anything." He whispered in your ear, causing shivers down your spine while he ran his fingers through your soft,(H/C) hair.
This immediately made you fall asleep. Leo chuckled a little as he saw you drool. ' Poseidon kids must have gotten drooling from Poseidon...' Leo thought. Leo also soon began to drift off to sleep.
You and Leo woke up a few hours later to Percy yelling at you guys.
"LEO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY SISTER?!?" Percy yelled.
"Percy, we just fell asleep. I was keeping her warm because of her cramps." Leo replied calmly.
"It's true Percy!" You replied.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY 'KEEPING HER WARM'? I DON'T WANT ANY NIECES OR NEPHEWS AROUND YET!" Percy shouted.
"You know what Percy!?! You think just because I'm your little sister you have to protect me through everything. You're not my dad. You are only my brother! You do the exact same thing Leo did to Annabeth when she's having cramps! It's not fair!" You screamed at Percy.
"Percy, I think you are being a little too overprotective of (Y/N). You do comfort me when I have cramps so I don't see why Leo can't do that to her." Annabeth said. Yes, luckily to Annabeth, Percy finally stopped yelling. Percy then turned to Leo.
"Okay. But if you EVER think of hurting my sister, be prepared for what you're in for, because you will definitely not enjoy it. I will personally throw you into Tartarus myself. Got it?"
"Okay. Believe me, I wouldn't dream of ever hurting (Y/N), I love her too much." Leo replied which made you smile.
You and Leo then snuggled back up together while eating the rest of the chocolate and drinking the rest of your warm apple cider. Ever since Leo took care of you that morning, you knew Leo would always protect you and he would never break your heart.
"I love you Leo."
"I love you too (Y/N)." Leo replied.
"Prove it." You replied sassily while smirking.
Leo kissed you passionately, yet gently on the lips. His lips were warm and tasted like cinnamon and breath mints. When you and him pulled away for air, you lied your head back on his chest while he brushed his fingers through your hair. Not too long after that, you both fell into a deep, and peaceful, sleep.
