Trust Issues - Drake ft. Justin Bieber & The Weeknd
(ITS SO GOOD IM SCREAMING)
-
Daryl quickly broke apart from me as we watched Rick walk upstairs as fast as he could.
"Leave." I ordered Daryl.
Daryl left without a word, slamming the door behind him.
I raced upstairs, finding Rick pulling out sweatpants and underwear out of his dresser drawers.
"He kissed me, he wouldn't let me go. I didn't even let him in." I rushed, scared that he would hate me even more.
"You know how to fight. You could've fought him off of you if you didn't want him." He replied, pulling his shirt off.
"No. Do you see my wrists? Do you see my throat? His hand print is on there. He's stronger than me." I replied.
"Bullshit. I've seen you fight off a guy triple your weight." He replied.
I furrowed my eyebrows, watching him walk toward the bathroom.
-
I walked out of the bathroom, my hair still dripping wet as I pulled on my sweatshirt before throwing my wet hair up in a towel.
"Oh my gosh, Sam! Curt likes you." Maggie rushed, running into my living room.
"You say that about every new guy, and then they try to kill me." I replied.
"Anyways, rehearsals are today." She replied.
"Rehearsals?" I asked.
"Yeah! You're my maid of honor, remember? Wedding? Hello?" Maggie asked.
"Oh, sorry. What time?" I inquired.
"In about an hour, at the church." She replied.
I nodded, quickly running upstairs to get ready.
-
I gave Maggie the meanest look I could once she paired me with Rick.
He had some choice words with me after our fight last night, and he's the last person I want to be in a arm lock with.
"Before you part ways, you men will kiss the lady's cheek." Maggie announced.
I looked at her again, Rick and I failing to complete her orders.
"Rick and Sam, you'll be first before Rosita and Abraham." Maggie replied.
"Listen to me, please!" Maggie pleaded, making me loop my arm around Rick's.
"This entire thing is stupid. You both know you love each other, you don't need a wedding." Rick stated.
"Um, what my woman wants, she gets." Glenn sassed.
"Of course she does." I replied, smirking.
Maggie gasped before slapping my arm and walking back up to the front of the church.
"You're going too fast." Maggie stated as Rick and I began walking down the aisle.
"Maggie, it's rehearsal." I replied.
"Okay, fine." She replied.
Rick and I parted ways, before Maggie started having a hissy.
"Stop being little bitches!" She yelled, pulling her jacket off.
"Do it again, and Rick grow a motherfückin pair, please and thank you," Maggie ordered, pulling us back to the aisle.
I could tell Rick was antsy, and so was I.
As much as I love Maggie, I wasn't in the mood for this rehearsal shit.
Right before Maggie had another fit, Rick grabbed my cheeks before pressing his lips to mine.
"Hot motherfückin' damn!" Tara screamed from behind us.
"Wow, you didn't have to go that far." Maggie laughed.
I walked over by Rosita who nudged my arm before Maggie began yelling at Tara and Aaron.
-
"Where are we going?" I asked Maggie.
"Dress shopping." She answered.
"Where?" I asked.
"We're going into the city." She replied.
"Where's the other girls?" I interrogated.
"It's just us, Glenn and Rick." She answered.
"Ugh, why?" I inquired.
"They have to get their tux, and besides, we need guy opinions." She replied.
I got in the passenger seat, Maggie getting in the drivers side.
"They're coming." She replied.
"Maggie, you know I love you, but why are we doing this?" I asked.
"My as well have as much fun in this world as we can." She replied, starting up the car.
Rick and Glenn got in the back, and Maggie began driving down the road.
-
I opened the door to the dress shop, three walkers coming at us.
I took the one closest to me before Glenn and Rick got the other two.
"Clear." Rick declared after a few minutes of searching the store.
"Oh, Sam! Look!" Maggie exclaimed, motioning me to follow her to where floor length dresses were hanging.
"Try this one on!" She ordered, throwing the dress at me.
-
After hours of trying on dresses, I stood in front of the mirror, actually happy and pleased with the dress I was wearing.
"Damn, Sam." Maggie mumbled, standing behind me.
"You like it?" I asked, looking at the beautiful sweetheart neckline, gray dress that was on me.
"I love how it touches the floor. , and it looks amazing on you. We have to get these for all the girls." She replied.
I nodded, looking at myself in the mirror again.
"You look beautiful. Oh my god, I'm gonna cry." She replied.
"Maggie!" I laughed.
"Let's show them." She smiled.
"Okay, this is the one!" Maggie yelled before leading me out to where Rick and Glenn were sitting on the couch.
"Doesn't she look gorgeous?" Maggie asked.
I smoothed out the dress before looking at Rick and Glenn.
"Yeah. I'm just glad that this is the one." Glenn groaned.
"Beautiful." Rick replied, his eyes locking with mine for a brief second.
"Yay!" Maggie squealed.
I walked back into the changing room before pulling back on the outfit I had before I changed into fifty dresses.
"Now my dress." Maggie mumbled, scanning the room.
-
I stepped out of the shower, wrapping the towel around my body.
I cursed, realizing I didn't bring my stuff into the bathroom with me.
I walked into Rick's bedroom, quickly digging through my clothes.
Once I found some sweats, and a tshirt, I walked back toward the bathroom.
I quickly turned around, Rick clearing his throat.
Running back into the bathroom, I pulled my clothes on before walking back out.
"What?" I asked.
"Nothing." He replied, a stupid smirk on his lips.
-
"Tomorrow is the big day, people!" Maggie yelled, clapping her hands.
"Chop chop!" She rushed, walking around ordering people.
I stepped up on the ladder, almost all the way to the top.
I reached up, hanging ribbon from the ceiling when I felt a hand on my leg.
"You're done already?" I asked, looking down at him.
"Maggie said me and you can leave." He replied.
"Thank God." I mumbled, stepping down the ladder.
"But she wants you to go help Carol cook, and me to supervise." He replied.
I sighed, walking out of the church.
-
"I gave everyone presents, but I wanted to come to you last." Maggie stated, holding out a gift bag.
I motioned for her to come inside before we sat down on the couch.
"Where's Rick? I need to give him his." She replied.
"Right here." He replied, walking out from the kitchen.
"Yay!" She exclaimed, handing him the other bag.
"I'm sorry if it's too much." Maggie stated.
"What do you mean?" I asked, opening the bag.
"I went back to the prison a few months ago, and found some things. Special things." She replied.
I looked into the bag, finding a picture frame and some other things I couldn't make out.
I pulled the frame out, finding a picture of Shane and I inside.
"I found your entire photo album." She replied.
My eyes scanned the picture, causing tears to pool around my eyes.
Shane and I looked so happy, like nothing like this world would happen.
We had our future to live together, we had plans.
I might've ruined that, but we got back together.
Even if the damn apocalypse hadn't have happened, I think we still would've got back together.
"I'm sorry, I should've known it'd make you sad." She mumbled.
"No, I love it!" I exclaimed, blinking back my tears.
"Glenn was quite the photographer." Maggie joked as I pulled out the next frame.
It was me and Rick standing side by side, our backs facing the camera, with the sunset in front of us.
"How did you get it so big? I thought he had a Polaroid." I replied.
"He did. One of the women used to be a photographer and editor, and I asked her if she could do it." She replied.
I nodded.
"She's taking pictures at the wedding tomorrow too!" Maggie continued.
I reached into the bag, pulling out a black lace lingerie set.
"Maggie!" I gasped, dropping it back into the bag.
"Shh." She hissed, before turning to Rick who was smirking.
"Open yours, jackass." She ordered him.
I watched Rick open his gifts, before pulling the last item out.
"That's from Glenn." Maggie stated, Rick holding a box of condoms.
Rick shook his head before leading Maggie to the door.
I followed, before stopping her and thanking her for my pictures.
-
I walked into Rick's bedroom, finding him shaving in the bathroom- shirtless may I add.
I looked over to Judith who was splashing water everywhere from her spot in the bath tub.
I sat down on the edge of the tub, watching her play with a rubber ducky.
"You know what's weird?" I asked Rick.
"What?" He asked, turning his head to face me.
"Curt. He wouldn't quit following me and Tara today, and it was the creepy kind of following." I answered.
"I put him up to it." Rick replied.
"What? Why?" I asked.
"That kid has the hots for you so I told him to follow you around all day and that it turns you on, and that you love it when guys shave their head for you." Rick answered.
"Rick!" I yelled.
"What?" He asked.
"First of all, it creeps me the fûck out when people follow me and hide behind bushes all day. Secondly, his hair is beautiful and you're jealous so you're trying to get him to shave his head." I replied.
"Good thing you don't catch me following you." He replied, joking.
"It's not creepy when you do it." I teased.
Judith poured water on my back from her cup and I fell back into the tub.
I gasped, landing in the water.
Judith began laughing, causing me to laugh.
"Need some help?" Rick asked, smirking as he wiped the shaving cream off of his face.
