My camera roll was full of pictures of Calum and I. We both looked wasted.
I zoomed in on my eyes and they were droopy and a little red.
"Did we get high, last night?" I asked.
"Why do you say that?" Luke asked.
"Look at this group photo," I said and showed them my phone.
"I don't remember smoking marijuana," Michael said.
"All I remember Is eating those really good brownies," Calum said.
Something clicked in my head.
"The brownies!" I slammed my fist on the table. "They had weed inside them!"
"Is that even possible?" Ashton asked.
"Yea," I replied.
"I got a video," Michael said.
"Sent to you?" Luke asked.
"No, I think I recorded it, I don't fucking remember," Michael replied.
We crowded around Michael and he held his phone in front of him. He turned up the volume.
As soon as he pressed play, screaming, cheering and music blared from the phone's speaker.
"THIS ONE'S FOR THEM HOOD GIRLS, THEM GOOD GIRLS!" A girl screamed.
She was standing on the bar and singing along to Uptown Funk.
"Who is that, she's a mess," Calum said.
"I don't know, maybe some drunk, crazy, chick," Ashton said.
I leaned in the get a better look of the girl. I saw her face and it was...me.
"Helen," Luke, Michael, Calum, and Ashton said in unison.
I danced across the bar until I slipped and fell off. Everyone continued cheering once I got up and signaled a thumbs up with a drunken grin.
I saw myself take two more shots of a light pink liquid.
"What the fuck was that, Helen?" Luke asked.
"I told you I get crazy when I get drunk," I replied.
The video was unbearable.
Ashton and I ended up having a chugging contest.
We each held a bottle of Corona beer. I was leaning against the bar counter. The green, red, purple, and blue lights illuminated the crowd.
"GO!" A muscular guy yelled.
Ashton and I both pulled the bottle to our lips and began pouring down the liquid.
"Did we seriously do that?" Ashton asked.
"Obviously," I replied.
Ashton finished his drink and I followed.
"WOOOO!" I hollered. Ashton and I gave each other a high-five.
I can't believe I did that.
Michael even recorded me grinding against Calum. I felt my face get hot.
"Getting a little comfortable, there, Helen," Michael joked.
Calum was trying not to laugh.
The video ended. I sighed in relief.
"Do you have anymore videos?" Calum asked.
"Yea, I have two more," Michael replied.
Mike pressed play on the second video and his drunken face appeared on the screen.
"So, we're at a New Year's party. Its epic," Michael slurred. "Here, with The Hemmings Twins, Ashton, and Calum."
"Get me a round of your best drink," Luke told the bartender.
"Make that five shots," Calum said.
"Coming right up," The bartender replied.
"Getting drunk," Michael said into the camera.
"Best party ever!" I yelled and squeezed my face next to Michael's.
The bartender set five shot glasses in front of all us, filled with a red liquid.
"It's called Dragon's Blood," The bartender said.
"We drink on three," Ashton said.
"2...3!"
We threw our heads back as we poured the liquid down our throats. We slammed our glasses back down.
"Another," Luke said.
The video ended.
"One last video," Michael said as he swiped to the last video.
He pressed play, there was a lot of cheering and screaming.
"1..2..3..4..SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS! EVERYBODY!" Everyone screamed out and jumped up and down.
"YEAAA!"
The video was only 39 seconds long.
"That's all I got," Michael said.
"Man, that screaming is not helping my headache," Ashton said and rubbed his forehead.
I nodded.
"Oh I found a video," Luke said.
We all migrated around Luke.
"Don't have the volume all the way up," Ashton groaned.
Luke tapped the screen.
The familiar beats of a song came from the phone's speaker.
I realized it was 'Jealous' by Nick Jonas.
"I don't like the way he's looking at you, I'm starting to think you want him too," someone slurred.
The phone was lifted into the air to get a better view of who was singing. Above all the heads I saw a red haired boy holding a mic and singing.
It was Michael.
"I still get jealous," he raised his voice so it was high pitch.
The entire video was Michael singing along to Jealous.
When the video ended I burst out laughing, I couldn't hold it in.
"Oh my god," Michael said.
"Don't feel so bad Michael, we all did stupid shit," I said and patted his shoulder.
"My twitter notifications are blowing up," Calum said.
"Everyone is sending me a picture," I noted.
I scrolled up and someone tagged me in a picture of a tall guy who was naked. I only saw his backside, mooning the camera.
The caption read, 'Your boyfriend was streaking past the neighbors house.'
My mouth flew open. But i started giggling.
"What is it?" Luke asked.
"Calum have you opened the pictures?" I asked.
"No, I'm scare to find out," Calum replied.
"Didn't know you were this confident," I laughed and showed him the picture.
The guys burst out laughing, but Calum stared at it in horror.
"Please don't tell me they got my penis," Calum said.
"Don't think so," I replied.
"And I thought Helen was the crazy one," Ashton said.
"Well, Helen, you were right about one thing, we did do stupid shit," Michael nodded.
I opened the fridge and it was nearly empty, so were the cabinets.
"Who ate all the food?" I asked.
"I dunno," Luke replied.
"I think we did, I mean we were the only ones here last night," Calum said.
"Maybe we got the munchies," Ashton said.
I nodded, "Now what do we eat?"
"Let's get some pancakes," Michael muttered.
We all agreed. Before I stepped outside I slipped on some black sunglasses and went outside.
The sun practically burned my eyes, that didn't help my hungover self.
"It's so bright," Calum complained.
I nodded.
"Let's just hurry up and get the food," Luke said as the locked the door behind him.
We all got in the car and Michael volunteered to drive.
During the drive I rested my head on Calum's arm and watched the world pass by.
A couple of minutes later Michael parked Luke's car in front of the diner. We got out and walked towards the door.
"What time is it?" I asked realizing I haven't checked the time since I woke up.
"3:37," Calum replied.
"What the fuck, seriously?" I asked as we entered the restaurant.
We all ordered our food, pancakes, egg, bacon, and cinnamon rolls.
I plopped down in a seat and slid to the edge. Michael sat next to me, Calum was across from me, Luke was next to Calum and Ashton was next to Michael.
We searched through our social medias, trying to figure out what else happened, as we waited for our food.
"I've been to some crazy parties, but last night was insane," I said.
"Told you we party pretty hard," Luke mumbled.
I nodded.
A waitress came and set our plates in front of us.
I began devouring my food. I was hungry.
No one spoke as we ate our food, trying to remember what happened last night that made us forget almost the whole night.
