Diara and Nyan, siblings for life both walking two different paths with the same goal to control the world.
However, what made them change was one cruel event by the Adumfor Kingdom back in the day.
It was a beautiful day, two teenagers (young folk) of the age of 16 with the names Diara and Nyan were back home at night.
Diara: MOM! WE ARE HOME!
After shouting, usually it plays the way it is that the mother would come, however, she was not here this time around.
Nyan: Mom, are you sleeping?
Both looked around the house and couldn't find her, obviously they were worried about her. Their father works often as an elite guard and that leaves their mother as the only parent to take proper care of them.
They go out of the house and close the door and move downtown in the capital in search for her, they asked everywhere and no result, but as they walk down to the window of the castle to the throne room, they did try to ignore it, but they heard shouting and got curious so they decided to take a peak and to their surprise, it was their mother...
Nyan (Whispering): M-Mom is there...
Nyan whispered in disgust as he heard gagging noise, Diara was down though as she did not looked.
Nyan (Thinking to himself): ...The king...
It was illegal to do this to a woman that is not married to you, to have sex and cheat on your husband/wife in Anicent Adumfor... However, the king was king, above all... Nyan could tell he never really liked him and Diara, despite their special potential and strong demon abilites, he seemed annoyed...
Nyan watched in disgust and fear as his own mother was being used and she was... Weak...
Diara (Whispering): H-He is doing what?
Nyan helps Diara up to see for herself, her expression is filled with disgust and shock.
Nyan (Whispering): So, this is why mom usually came in after we got home... She...
Nyan had a tear falling down his left eye as he finally found out why she was really late, while Diara had a tear coming down from her right eyes.
Diara (Whispering): ...Does Dad know?
Nyan (Whispering): I don't know-
They heard the noise more and more and quickly ran off away from the place... They were scared, but knowing this fact it leads to them to reconsider what they currently know about their mother and family relations with the kingdom.
They were back home after minutes and closing the door behind them, both of them run upstairs in their room and close the door... What they saw has traumatized them...
However, sometime later the same day their mother came back late again as usual, she was confused... Usually her kids are down here waiting for her and greeting her...
The name of their mother was Cara Hanoha, now the readers know the last names of Diara and Nyan as well.
Cara (Thinking to herself): Where are they?
Cara sighs.
Cara: Kids, I'm home-!
Then she realises, the kitchen's lights were on and she goes there to check and sees a table with the usual food she cooks every now and then and their kids are here sitting.
Diara: Mom, there you are...
Nyan: Yeah, come sit down with us!
Cara smiles, despite thinking that they do not know where she was, it was only her thinking unaware of them actually seeing her in the castle. She walks to the table and takes a seat on her usual spot.
However, the mood changes quickly as Nyan stops her mother and sister from eating.
Cara: Honey, what's wrong?
Nyan: We wanted to talk to you about something and ask... Where were you today?
Cara: I-I was in the other town doing business...
Nyan: What kind of business?
Diara knew her mother was trying to lie about it.
Diara: Was it you being deepthroated by the king?
Cara turns to Diara in a state of shock and couldn't process how they found out about it, it was supposed to be kept secret from them and yet they knew... This is the point where everything changed, from a happy Hanoha family to a dark future for them for the next few years...
Within the time, the family was not doing any better, the father of Nyan and Diara was hanged for crimes he never commited and Cara is well continued to be toughed and the children finished school and enrolled to their jobs that they always wanted... However, they were not happy with that knowing that... They lost their father to the current system so they decided to leave the capital and take a few days off to explore the island in search for an ancient cave that leads to an underground maze, as they searched eventually they find the area and was unexpected to see no guards in there at all.
Nyan: Wow, first time to see the king not guarding that forbidden source.
Nyan sighs, as he is filled with hatred for the Adumfor Kingdom for what they are doing, obviously as it is... He was ready to destroy the kingdom, but he knew he needed to get powerful and obviously his sister only wanted justice for her parents, not what Nyan has planned so he decieded to manipulate and trick Diara into his cause.
Nyan was vengeful as he and her now shared a goal, takeover the kingdom by any means... Their lives really did go downhill, from what it is known their jobs are also not going so well as the king decreased pays to these certain jobs on purpose.
Both of them soon enter the cave and find their path down underground which as the legends said, they were true... This was a maze, both of them talk and agree to split up as both go their seperate ways and eventually after dodging multiple traps and doing puzzles both end up back together in the treasure room.
Diara: Wow, didn't know our kingdom was this rich...
Nyan: Yeah, I knew we had riches, but this is a whole other level...
They were amazed by it as they looked around, they noticed the middle there was a dark red stone and Diara was curious.
Diara: Isn't this the demon stone, the one from the legends?
They inspected it and soon confirmed it was the powerful demon stone which grants a god-like level of power, it can also be split into two so two users can use it.
Diara: So... You said both of us can use it?
Nyan: Yeah, that is why we came here... Hours before the big speech.
Nyan grabs the stone and then before splitting it both notice a tablet, but the writing was unrelated to the stone and yet Nyan ignored it, but Diara read it in her head...

Diara was impressed and then sighs.
Diara: Ok, let's do this brother.
Nyan splits the stone and gives Diara the half and both do as the legend says, they soak the gems in their respective spots and as it is...
Nyan: The effect will happen once we start using our abilities against them, now come on let us get out of here.
Diara: Alright.
Both of them then go and run, 2 hours later...
They reached the location of the big speech and both stay on the roof above as they did not wanna get spotted, then the king comes out.
They then see the king coming to the podium taking his place and he sighs, he looked diappointed, it was unusual... The crowd watched as he begin to speak.
???: My name is King Yordan Thorns, today...
He sighs again.
Yordan: Today I bring bad news, my daughter has been found death in her room early morning as well as the loss of Cara Hanoha. Those other pesky demons seem to have gotten to them, my elite guard and my daughter both death...
Everyone looked a little sad as they listened.
Yordan: However, my other daughter is safe and she will take the throne once the time comes with her future husband soon. The other news are that our flow of materials has decreased as it seems, our supply ships have been attacked and they came back damaged with so little supplies so we sended an expedition team to explore the other world.
Citizen: Also, who is gonna replace Cara as elite guard?
Yordan turns to the citizen.
Yordan: Nothing to worry, we will find another one. I have my ways either ways...
Nyan and Diara were not surprised that the one who caused the death of their mother is not the king, but it is still someone in the kingdom... Obviously she was raped and forced to work for the king as a maid and then elite guard after their father died.
They had their abilities prepared... Just waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
Diara had the power to turn other demons into a puppet, but with the half of the demon stone... That ability can now straightover corrupt any demon with the only consequence is that once they get knocked out, they will lose control over them.
Nyan had the ability to float/fly, he could use other demons as a body suit, but the cooldown of the demon suit ability is long, he also could use cursed energy as he was one of the few who went to that camping trip and with the half of the demon stone all his abilities (expect float/fly) have been buffed and his control of cursed energy is far greater.
Obviosly as the King finished his speech after sometime, they struck then and it went as chaotically as it did, the kingdom fell apart and everyone was going insane, Yordan was killed by Nyan and the place was destroyed...
Obviously, it was also the day of an Eclipse and soon enough if you know, their terror is stopped by 1 demon and 2 humans and Diara was sealed in the Eclipse as Nyan was grabbed by one of the fighters and they were gone...
Nyan falls on the ground inside a temple and coughs as he gets up, he then sees the guy and attempts to attack them and both fought with only punches and kicks and as Nyan got caught and then hit hard in the chest he spills blood as he felt like something happened to him that changed and then he was thrown inside a small room.
He tries to get up, but he could only stay on his knees and Nyan sees that he had a temporary mark that disables all his abiltiies, it only lasts an hour from what he could tell as then he watched the guy... A human... Nyan was being sealed away...

As the gate of the castle opens in the present, Diara sighs as she was standing there.
Diara: I thought you were gonna take atleast an hour to get here, Nyan.
Nyan: Not really, I stole a demon's body that can teleport around India and used his flesh as a suit, clearly my abilities became way too busted with this demon stone half.
Diara: What were you doing in India?
Diara looked at him with a little disappointment.
Nyan: Uh-
Diara: Nevermind that, did you atleast find that revival demon family or do they exist at all in this country anymore?
Nyan: They are here, but location is unknown.
Nyan sighs.
Nyan: Let's just get this over with.
