The rain of blood continues to pour over the Adumfor Capital as Elijah was standing and looking at UltraX as he was terrified, his manifestation was nerfed down to 10% of it's full potential and now he can't even turn himself into electricity to escape.
However, Elijah could still fight physically though... This rain does not nerf physical strength, so Elijah runs towards Ultra and then he blocks Eli's punch and then blocks the other one and then both back away from each other and then both run at one another, but when Elijah tries to punch his opponent vanishes and then Ultra appears from above and kicking him which knocks him a little bit, but still not down, Ultra vanishes again and appears infront of him and kicks him again in the face this time which knocks him back and then he vanishes and appears behind Elijah and he kicks him in the back and then does another kick in the shoulder and then barrages him from behind for 2 seconds and then makes him slip down on the ground, Ultra backs away and sighs.
UltraX: I may not be in the best physical form, but I have not lost my touch as much, sure the festival of challenges, arena challenge or the so called tournament in Adumfor was a reason to train and all, but I only train a lot cause of my girlfriend.
Elijah gets up and coughs a little.
UltraX: By the way, you still standing even after that does say you haven't been slacking off either, guess you were keeping up with your girlfriend's needs and maybe you are not as bad, but you are still lying to her.
Elijah: S-Shut up!
Elijah turns around and attempts to punch Ultra, but his fist gets caught by his opponent.
Ultra sighs and then uses his left fist and punches Elijah in the guts twice and then pushes him back and then Elijah runs towards Ultra and then both of them clashed like 3 times before he gets kicked back and then Ultra jumps him with a beatdown of kicking and punches for the next 7 seconds and then he finishes Elijah with an uppercut and then sends him in the air and then he gets grabbed by telekinesis in the air and thrown back down to the ground and then let go.
Elijah gets up and despite being weakened, he sends a 10% shot of electricity through a electric bullet from a finger gun at Ultra and instead of hitting, he just slides to the side and it hits a destroyed electric box.
UltraX: That was one close call, huh?
Elijah attempts again and Ultra dodges and then UltraX runs towards him and attempts to punch him, but Elijah blocks the punch and then attempts his own punch against Ultra only to be met with another block and both continued to try and hit each other, dodging or blocking and this continues for the next minute before they backed away from each other, the rain of blood continues to pour as it seems... Elijah was right, there is no time limit until Ultra cancels it himself or if he is taken out.
Elijah stops for a moment as he waits Ultra's next move to figure out what to do next, but he was not moving and that confused Eli, X usually moves around and is very aggressive with his plays and always leaves some kind of opening, what is so different now?
Ultra sighs and then he throws a rock at Elijah, he prepared to catch the rock, but then UltraX claps his hands and suddenly was infront of Elijah and punches him, but instead of knocking him back he clapped again and swapped places with him and then caught him in a 2 second barrage, before starting to kick barrage him for 2 seconds and then slams him at the ground and Ultra picks Elijah up and punches him in the guts and then throws him away and then he throws a rock up and claps one last time to swap that rock with Elijah and then grabs him and slams the floor with him again and then let's go and backs away from him as he gets up again and coughs a little bit of blood.
UltraX: Quite the endurance you got there. If you ask, the console sure allows you to use many teechniques once you master them or perhaps a 3 time use with a simple command, usually pulling the console out on an instant and to type a command without anyone even a reader could notice takes practice. Sure you could say I'm that guy, but I wouldn't slack off in a fight.
Elijah coughs again.
Elijah: Yeah sure... Well either ways this island is doomed, even if Ms. Control failed her plan... Oh well, what are you gonna do, I'm the only one with the power enough to seal her back to the Eclipse! What are you gonna do?
UltraX: Does it look like you are the only one? Last I checked, Elaina is kinda above you in terms of strength and durability and even capable of using the cursed energy in her in such a way that you only started training recently I bet.
Elijah holds his fist tight.
Elijah: Do not compare me to the likings of her, she is merely a half-breed, only capable of cheap tricks like the rest of them. Of course, you would see anyone else stronger then me, underestimating my talents everytime.
UltraX: You overestimated yourself, humans evolve, train to resist the pain of any kinds... You are a half-breed, you are not like Elaina nor you are above her. You're walking down the path of the dark side, all about power, all bark, but no bite.
UltraX chuckles.
UltraX: But like, have you ever noticed how Rayoma managed to escape that same electricity control thing or whatever you call it? I mean she taught me, even if me and her do fight and she is a little bit corrupt in her own sense. Even though you cannot adapt to it, that is just an old saying with manifestations these days, that thing can become very possible that you can build up or obtain immunity towards electricity.
Elijah: You... You're a fucking liar... You only say that cause you cannot survive a 500m bolt,I gurantee if that blood rain was not here, you would've lost!
Ultra snaps his finger and then the blood rain stops.
UltraX: Okay then, go ahead.
Elijah felt his power going back to normal and his cursed energy output as well and then he was already infront of UltraX and tries to hit him with electricity punch, but he dodges the attack like it was nothing and then Ultra just kicks his arm and then throws a smoke bomb that explodes right away after it reaches Eli's face.
Ultra then grabs Elijah and looks him in the eyes.
UltraX: This ain't the first time ya know, I remember the time when your sorry ass family tried to hurt Mina and Nats. All cause both were accused of doing something they didn't, well atleast one of them.
Elijah: I did what was righ-
Ultra punches Elijah in the face.
UltraX: Then again, the person she killed was a corrupt hero who nobody besides both of them and me suspected, a person you called a best friend was just another money hungry fuck. Let me be real, you had the intend to kill them for stopping another one. Just shows how easily manipulated you are like the rest of them, either a victim or a culprit, there is no inbetween for you.
Ultra punches Elijah in the face and then the guts quickly and then blocks a kick from Eli and then headbutts him and drops him on the ground.
UltraX: The world sure hates true justice, the government wants power and to make sure villains are not death, those who even deserve the death penalty are let go. How come you work for them, people who let evil go?
Elijah: They are doing the righ-
UltraX: So it is right to let a person who kills 1000 families in one night to live in prison instead of executing them for their actions?
Elijah makes Ultra slips and then hits him with a weak electric punch and pins him to the ground.
Elijah: If you kill them, what better that makes you?
UltraX: You killed K's girlfriend when he was a teenager and you dare to ask? You hated her for no reason, you were too jealous cause all that attention went to her, of course he did not find out and you used it to your best.
Ultra grabs Elijah by the throat and chokes him for a bit turning the tides as he kicks him in the guts and then let's go of the throat to push him away and gets up.
UltraX then vanishes and appears infront of Elijah and punches him in the face and then kicks him and uppercuts him up in the air and grabs him with telekinesis again and then punches him in the chest and that leads to Elijah being let go and Eli tries to punch X, but he dodges and he gets pushed further back with airforce.
Ultra walks forward and then stands in place waiting for Elijah's next move and he sighs.
UltraX: However, if I get caught that I suddenly have a wanted woman apparently that is accused of such uncanny crimes, which people believe are true... I'll be screwed. However, Mina is innocent and despite the hard times, it seems people are getting off her case besides your family who in the world hero meeting salways suggests to be handled with high caution.
Ultra sighs.
UltraX (Thinking to himself): Of course, he will not admit to it and even if he wanted to say some lie, he knows he cannot say much. I wonder why is the Kanomato family so fixated on her?
Ultra then stands next to Elijah and before Eli could do anything he is grabbed by telekinesis and then he is thrown in the air.
UltraX: Air cutter, 15%!
The wind suddenly became sharp around Elijah and it started to do somewhat medium sized cuts all over her non-fatal spots for 20 seconds and then it stops as he gets pushed back with airforce a couple times as he runs towards Eli for the next minute.and then before he could even land on the ground he gets caught in a triple punch and a uppercut and then a kick that sends him back.
Elijah goes through a building and crashes on a street away from the destroyed arena, he coughs and gets up.
Elijah (Thinking to himself): Cursed Energy Devil doesn't know that Makima was thrown away out of the island and the plan has backfired, if the plan really went according he would've been here by now.
Elijah breaths heavily and looks around, remembering that this street there might be some demon food he can use as a way to activate his weak level regeneration to recover some damage.
Elijah (Thinking to himself): Even though sure he somehow resists the impossible avoiding any electric damage to his brain and as it seems he can just stop the "brain working against yourself" situation with ease, is it his manifestation that only few know?
Elijah then senses and quickly dodges a slash which was so close and then he looks to see Ultra having his scythe out and then he quickly runs towards UltraX and then he creates an electricity blade with his right hand and then does a flip and sends an electric slash at X with high speed which he dodges with ease and sends his own slash at Eli which also gets dodged, but it was a close call.
Then Elijah gets close and attempts to cut Ultra in half, but it only fails cause he does a Quick Draw: Sword Style with a scythe and then he moves out of the way which sends Elijah back and further back with airforce, but Eli lands on the ground with a slash that didn't do any fatal damage, but dealt damage that still hurted.
Ultra then throws his scythe in the air and it vanishes and then he teleports infront of Elijah and then Eli tries to use his electrictiy blade on his right hand to cut him in half, but it fails as he dodges and kicks Elijah in the head and then punches him in the chest and then backs away dodging a random slash from the blade and then Ultra sighs and thinks about something as Elijah runs towards him and once close enough does a slash which gets dodged and makes the blade disappear and then he slaps and barrages Ultra for 2 seconds and then kicks him back.
Elijah: Alright I had enough with you!
Elijah then uses both of his hands and does some small thing with it as the electricity starts to be drawn from nearby electricity sources that are still intact or still working around a part of the city.
However, around the same time... Ultra had his body in a certain position charging something...
UltraX: This is it, time to do it!
Ultra smirks as he charged something he saw from an anime, but then wanted to make something similar to it. As it was charging, both were charing it on an output of 60%, then to 70% up to 80%... However, Ultra was only lowered his to 50% as Elijah imbued his thing with cursed energy to buff it and then once both were done they...
UltraX: Wind style ~ Wind Beam!
Elijah: Final Beam!
Both of them send their beams, despite the wind one being easily overun it suddenly stopped at the halfway point as the wind goes around Elijah's beam in a circle and only stops as Ultra struggles against Eli's beam for a bit, but then suddenly Elijah felt like he was cut in the back and his beam weakens as the wind beam splits into beams hitting and pushing Elijah up in the air and further in the air and then Ultra does another wind beam and shoots it at Elijah and then he was send flying away as the beam ends.
UltraX: I kinda copied him but with the so called airforce, but uh... The government needs to fix it to wind manipulation or something.
Ultra sighs and turns around with him fearing that he is late so he vanishes
As he vanished after that, a man flies above the air, the demon aura that is way more demonic than normal...
???: Finally... After so many years...
