December 31st 2023, it was time for UltraX to meet Elena Alexova and he arrived after receiving a letter from her again for a new destination... It was out of the city, in the field of the country.
Elena Alexova arrives and sees UltraX sitting on the field looking up.
???3: Ivanov.
Ultra heard that and got up, turning to her and looking at her.
???3: I suppose you already knew where this is going...
UltraX: Of course.
Both of them got ready...
???3: I consider to say you may have figured out my identity, why not say it?
UltraX: I will say it... Once...
Ultra vanished.
???3: W-Wait a second how-
UltraX: Once I win!
It came from behind, but before she could do anything she was kicked in the head and then he made Elena slip and he hit her hard with his right arm sending her back and he runs towards her and punches her again and sends her down to the ground.
UltraX: You might ask, how am I able to teleport...
Elena gets up and looks at him.
UltraX: Yeah... I've gained a power up years ago after the Vidin Incident... Moderation Access, the manifestation console that allows you to do a lot like a video game moderator or whatever that is. Of course the access is limited as I am just a moderator for it, not an admin or possibly an owner, some commands are still locked away. However, just like every manifestation it has an evolution and more to awaken with that power.
Elena pulled out 3 knives and looked at him.
???3: Damn, you'll be so useful to the third order and yet you are working side by side with the heroes...
UltraX: You know, I always wondered who are you really and then I used moderation access to get more info, but it turns out I need some kind of higher role for that info, not only that some commands, passives & power-ups are locked behind a higher rank... It turns out the information of certain people is also locked out.
???3: ...
UltraX: But hey, I figured out how to unlock the admin access... However, enough talking about it.
UltraX prepared and...
???3: Let's get straight to the point.
Elena threw all 3 knives and runs towards Ultra, he dodges the 3 knives and an uppercut attempted attack by Elena and then he kicks and lands 2 kicks on Elena. It was clear to X that she lacks physical combat experience.
UltraX then attempts to grab her, but she suddenly was gone...
UltraX: Huh-
???3: Not impressive enough.
A knife hits UltraX in his right arm and then he was pushed away, as he pulled out the knife and turned around... He began to be combo attacked by Elena with barrage & some knife slashes. He pulled out the kunai he was carrying and stabbed Elena on her right arm and then he proceeded to pull out the kunai and attempted to attack again, but the kunai clashes with her knife.
???3: You sure wanna kill me, huh?
UltraX: What does it look like, no of course not... However, you are pushing my buttons.
They continue the fight clashing one against other, kunai vs knife and so on. Of course, soon enough the clash breaks as Ultra makes Elena slip and then kicks her back and throws the kunai at her. "This is it-!" He thought to himself, but suddenly his instinct made him turn around and he manages to catch her and he punches her in the face and then barrages her and throws her back... He was confused, but he teleports and picks back up his kunai from the ground and teleports back.
UltraX: I'm surprised, you can teleport too?
Elena was surprised, it seems like she was 2 seconds late and he reacted quickly.
???3: Your instincts, reactions... Guess you are as great as those heroes say you are.
UltraX: Of course they praise me, I mean my speed is on a whole other level.
UltraX sighs and prepares... He thought to himself: "She must have the ability to time skip... However, maybe she could have full on time manipulation manifestation..."
Elena runs towards him and he runs towards her and both clash again with the knife and kunai. Then both of them proceeded to attempt to try and cut each other, but Ultra kicks her and she drops the knife and then before he could hit her with a punch she catches it, Ultra tries to use the kunai, but she prevents that from happening.
UltraX: Finally getting serious? Guess you be taking me out to lunch after I win. Hehe...
Elena proceeds to headbutt Ultra and then punches him a couple times and kicks him back away, she picks up her knife and...
???3: Enough!
Suddenly time stopped and the only one who could move was Elena.
???3: He is Powerful, Issy was right... I wouldn't be able to take him head on. If I don't use my time stop, I would be dead.
Elena sighs.
???3: 2 seconds... Out of 9. I gotta make this quick before the order sends another newbie to their death...
Elena prepares to throw the knife aiming for the neck... Such a Dio move, woman. She prepares and hesitates for 5 seconds and then throws the knife at the 8th second.
???3: 9 seconds... Time shall finally resume.
Time resumes and the knife hits... Ultra's left arm, he seems to have saved himself on time once more. Elena was surprised, he pulled out the knife.
UltraX: You're also fast, impressive...
Ultra threw the knife that stabbed him further away and he puts his kunai away and opens the bag he was carrying and puts a bandage on the spot the knife hit him and he puts it back in the bag.
UltraX: Anyways, I suppose this was your last knife?
???3: Not quite... But I forgot the rest of them at home.
Elena sighs and looks at UltraX wondering how was he able to react, the knife was this close to hitting him and suddenly he blocked it earlier... She recalls something Issy said to her...
Flashback loads...
Issy: The last owner of this manifestation was defeated due to a blood related person who is from their family being able to see and move during time stop for 2-3 seconds top. Higher if they have obtained more training.
Flashback ends...
Elena looks and notices UltraX was infront of her and he attempts to punch her, but she reacts quickly and blocks the punch and she dodges the incoming kick. She thought to herself: "Is it possible for him to move during time stop?" She then backs away and he rubs towards her again and she dodges a punch and kicks him in the stomach and then she does an uppercut and grabs UltraX, she then throws him back and suddenly time stopped again.
???3: It can't be true, can it?
Elena pulled out more knives and threw them all right at UltraX... She looked at him as seconds passed and noticed at the 8th second that his left eye and right hand finger moved and the 9th second hits and time resumed and he vanished and appeared behind her. She turns around attempting to punch him, but he catches her fist.
???3: ...
UltraX: Your mastery in range combat is so high, guess you really want me dead huh?
She was surprised, so he could move during stopped time. She knows Willow and Luke can't, but all of the sudden Ultra can? She questioned that...
???3: Y-You were just playing me?
UltraX: Playing you, bout what? I already knew you can stop time. I just waited for you to figure that I already knew that.
He then grabs her fully and spins her around and throws her back away. She lands on her legs and Ultra menacingly walks toward her.
???3: Your coming closer?
UltraX: Of course, can't beat the shit out of you otherwise.
???3: Well then...
Elena holds her fists hard and starts walking forward towards him.
???3: Come as close as you like~
Meanwhile Issy was watching on the side further away...
Issy: Damn, she is actually losing her cool... I did warn her that she could've waited for Yurimo or ???1 and we could steamroll UltraX, but she chose to learn the truth the hard way.
???6: I know right.
Issy: Oh hey, didn't see you coming by Bulgaria this year.
???6 sits down.
???6: The order is on vacation so I decided to drop by and see what's up, the power levels here are insanely high for a quiet field.
Issy: Well ???6, X is a serious threat as you suspected. He turns out to be a menace in development if you ask me.
???6: Oh so he is on par with Elena?
Issy: Apparently in physical combat he is stronger, but it seems he is able to invade her realm.
Issy sighs and ???6 was impressed.
Issy: What about Elijah and Vlad?
???6: Yurimo defeated Elijah, but she wants a real fight with him so he is spared for now. Vladislav, I think ???9 or someone else went after him. I swear ???1 underestimates Vladislav that much sending a weaker third order member to deal with him.
Issy: I'm not surprised really, ???1 was a major dick for a reason.
As both talked and looked at the direction, the fight continued on, Elena was actually doing better this time as she caught X in a combo. She continued beating him down and then she throws him away again, she runs towards him to continue the combo, but he quickly spins and lands on the ground and teleports behind her slamming her with airforce frying pan and then kicks her down on the ground.
???3: Damn, even the dirty signature move of Luke...
He attempts to kick her again, but she dodges and makes him slip down to the ground and she jumps him and punches him on the face 3 times and then before she could punch him again, X grabbed her by the head and headbutts her and then pushes her away and grabs her again and throws her further away. Before she could land, Ultra kicked her and then before he could grab her, Elena backed away and then runs towards him again. X was gonna dodge, but he moved a second too early allowing Elena to barrage him, then punch him twice in the face and resume the barrage finishing it with a kick and time suddenly stops again. Elena walks up to him and pulls out a knife. She attempts to stab him in the back, but he suddenly turned around and punched Elena before she could do it and he stopped in place.
???3: Damn you-!
Time suddenly resumed and Ultra rund towards her and dodges a knife attack and punches Elena in the stomach and then he manages to steal the knife out of her hand and slashes right in her right arm, leaving a bit of a cut and kicks her back and throws the knife, time suddenly stops again. She proceeds to take her knife and throw it back at X. Time resumes after that and Ultra quickly grabbed a rock and throws it at the knife making them clash and both rock & knife fell on the ground.
Elena thought to herself: "I have to find a way to defeat him fast before Issy could call the shot."
UltraX: What's the matter, scared?
Elena looked at X.
UltraX: Scared of me, I can tell that.
Elena tries to pull out a knife, but realises she is actually out of knives... Ultra starts running towards her and suddenly then time stopped again. Elena quickly picks up all her knives on the ground and throws them all at X from all directions and for finishing touch, she picks up that rock and throws it at Ultra. Time resumes and Ultra quickly dodges most knives, but the rock hits him on the left arm leading to some of the remaining knives to cut through him on soms spots and one knife managing to hit right in the left shoulder. X falls on the ground.
???3: Not a big talk now ay?
Elena prepares a last knife to throw and finish him off. X pulled out the knife off his left shoulder and threw it a bit further away. She threw the last knife and it misses by a few inches.
UltraX: ...
???3: ...
Ultra got up quickly and teleports next to Elena and punches her and then grabs her and teleports with her.
Issy and ???6 wondered where did they go just now?
???6: So...
Issy: Yeah we gotta find them, quickly.
Issy and ???6 got up and moved away. Meanwhile at a abandoned city in Germany...
Elena and UltraX appeared and she pulled out a knife from her pocket and manages to slash and land a hit on X's right eye. After that she pushes him away.
UltraX: You... Ow my right eye...
Ultra had blood coming from the spot he was hit... It wasn't enough to kill him though as he looked at Elena. He gets in a fighting pose and prepares again, she does the same thing.
???3: You took us somewhere else, surprising you know this location and place in Germany...
UltraX: Oh shut it already...
Ultra runs towards her and of course both dodge each other's attacks for sometime until he lands a punch on Elena and grabs her teleporting again. Appearing at Adumfor at Kazuna's base continuing the fight with kicks and punches and Ultra manages to get Elena's last knife away from her hands and on the ground and then he grabbed her again teleporting away...
Kazuna saw all of that...
Kazuna: Damn, X.
Meanwhile, Bulgaria Plovdiv. Issy and ???6 arrived to the closed off football ( ⚽ ) stadium and just in time as Ultra & Elena appeared and Elena got kicked in the face and then grabbed and thrown down to the ground.
Issy (whispering): How did you know they would end up here?
???6 (whispering): I have my ways, just as how you were able to clear your criminal record.
???6 grins and both her and Issy continue watching the fight.
???3: Augh... Damn you...
Elena gets up again... She thought to herself: "We have been in Germany, some random base, Paris in France, London in United Kingdom, Texas & New york from USA and even to Baba Vida back in Vidin... Damn, he was able to cancel my time stop by punching me and was able to move for atleast 4 seconds now..."
UltraX: Well damn you too, my right eye hurts a lot more then the damage you took!
Ultra looked around and noticed Issy & a woman that looked familiar watching... He suspects Elena is unaware of them watching, but is surprised.
???3: Oh you... I will take you out in one blow, Ivanov-!
Before she could move, she felt more pain and falls to her knees. Ultra teleports next to her and looks at her.
???3: Huff...
UltraX: So you're giving up or?
Elena looked at him as he gets on his knees.
???3: No way...
Elena tries to punch him, but even though she hits... It was a weak punch and then she falls down to the ground.
???3: ... I can't...
UltraX: Well I did say I will tell your identity since I figured you out.
Ultra pulls out from his bag the first aid kit he had and more bandages.
UltraX: Amelia Ivanova, you are under arrest... You have the rights to remain silent and anything you say now can be used against you in court.
She was surprised to actually hear that name again, guess it really did took that long for him to figure that out...
???6 tried to walk up to them, but Issy stopped her.
Issy: Let her go, she wanted this to happen herself... Amelia was either way surrender to her own brother.
???6: But she is our member-
Issy: It's her wish, we have to respect it. Come on let us leave before he decides to lock both of us up.
Issy and ???6 left...
As it is, someone from the same family if their sibling has time manipulation ability, the family member gains automatic resistance from it without any experience, but that resistance is heavily weak and grows stronger with each time manipulation usage.
