It's been almost 2 weeks since me and Aaliyah spoke.
All this for what exactly.
I even tried calling her no answer.
She doesn't want anything to do with me and I finally accept the fact.
Mi a real crawsis dawg.
I need to let her know how I really feel about her...I don't normally do the relationship shit but I want her.
She just don't fucking listen and it's gonna be a problem.
I finally get up and pause the movie I'm watching.
I think a drink would make me feel a little better or the gym to take this girl off my mind...laying in bed watching tv won't make shit better and I don't normally feel this way about a female.
I used to smoke every day just to ease stuff off my mind but stopped 2 years ago.
A spliff in the morning , evening and night was my go to.
Do I regret every money I spent on it? No...because it made sense to me.
I'll just visit the restaurant been a while since I've been there.
It took me 15 minutes to shower and finally get out.
I get dress and look at my reflection in the mirror.
My hair needs to be done.
I never know what to do with this , Soon cut off it bloodclaat.
I normally get it cornrow but the lady that does is out of town but It doesn't look too bad because I keep a lineup.
I exhale and rub my hands down my face before picking up my 40 and putting it in my waist.
I pick up my Porsche keys as well and head downstairs.
I haven't driven it in a while so I'll use it today.
" I don't have time for this I want someone I can talk to "
Can't believe one gyal deh pon mi head suh long.
I chuckle to myself and drive off.
It took me 20 minutes to reach the restaurant.
As I get there I walk over the bar.
" One a di new drink dem mi fada " I say to the bartender.
"Boss yuh good ?" he ask maybe sensing my mood.
I nod to him not bothering to say nothing.
He comes back with the drink seconds after.
"Respect" I say.
"Yuh wah mi serve dung suh later on ?" He ask.
"Yeah if yuh wah extra work" I say.
I'm already gonna have a bartender there but it's okay.
"A you enuh boss , anything a anything " He says walking away getting back to work.
I know it's gonna be packed and I'm sure Gina invited all her friends.
I told Leah she's gonna be the first one to see the restaurant when it's open back so maybe I'll try to get Gina to take her.
Probably she won't even come.
Shit.
I look around the place.
I need some more waiters but the interviews I did weren't professional at all.
"Hey" One of the waiters say passing me.
I nod at her and sip my drink .
I sit on one of the stools at the bar.
" Can I have one of those tropical whine spritzer thing " A female says beside me.
I look up from my phone and our eyes meet.
I look away back to my phone.
She stands there and sips the drink in her hands from the straw still looking over at me.
" I do hair if you would like me to comb all that" She says.
I would love the opportunity but no.
"Oh" I say not bothering to look at her.
"Nice watch" She says smiling .
"Thanks " I say now getting up from the stool.
I make my way out to the entrance seconds after.
As I enter the car I check my phone.
2 missed calls.
I check my messages.
I click on an unsaved number that messaged me.
*When can I see you 😩*
I scroll up on the rest.
*Can't believe your doing me this*
*Zaidan please*
*Miss you*
I stop reading and let out a sigh.

Leah's POV
Thursday
5:15 pm
I'm back at Gina's salon because I really liked how she did my nails the last time.
"What color your going for hun? " Gina ask.
"Let's do baby pink today" I tell her.
"Same for my toes" I add.
"I like your bracelet" She says.
She knows her brother got it for me it's obvious.
"Thanks" I say smiling .
"Everything is going good with you both?" She ask.
"Yeah" I lie.
"Kool " She says.
I bet he's with some other girl right now, I don't care tho because I don't want anybody that just wants me for sex.
It's going on to 2 weeks since we spoke....He called me on the day after we argued non-stop like he cared about me.
I feel like I need to heal first honestly.
"You're doing your nails for later on?" She ask.
Later on?
"Huh" I say confused.
"Zaidan didn't tell you?" She asks applying the polish to my nail.
"He opened the other restaurant today" She tells me.
That's good to hear.
"Oh" I say not bothering to ask more about it.
"You can come with us" She says.
I don't know about that.
"They're gonna be strippers there too , you should definitely come " She says smiing.
"Maybe" I say chucking nervously.
"You want gems?"
"Nope" I say.
It took about 45 minutes for her to finish on my pedicure next.
I always get white so I tried pink today.
"Thanks" I say hugging her.
"I'll text you the location for the new restaurant" She says.
I already know it.
"No problem " I say.
I paid her and we had a 10-minute conversation during her free time talking about alot of nothing.
"Bye babe" I say taking up my bag.
"Later , we'll talk " She says.
As I get in my car I pick my phone up once I enter.
It's so hot jeez I should've bought it with me.
I turn the air on to cool down in here a little.
Zaidan maybe doesn't even want me at his party.
Nope I'm not going.
I know Candice is going for sure but I'm staying home.
I can tell them I'm sick or something.
My hair and nails are freshly done but...
No.
I let out a sigh and start the car before driving off.
7:30 pm
My phone starts ringing and I answer and puts it to my ear.
"Leah" Gina says and I hear music in the background.
"I forgot I had plans with somebody today I can't make it babe " I lie to her.
"Okay just checking if your still coming " She says.
"Oh" I say.
"Okay babe " She says before hanging up.
Jada , Candice and Shelby are all there but it's best I stay home tho.
*Hey, how are you * A message comes in from my co-worker Eric.
* Hey eric , Yes I'm okay just been working from home...I hope everything is going good with you as well*
I send him back a respond.
* Alive and well thinking about you*
Interesting.
* Oh , Is that so ? *
I hit send and click off his chat.
As I'm on Instagram a post pops up that was posted just now with gina at Zaidan's party.
I click on her story and it's a video of somebody's hand showing off a familiar ring I saw before.
It's not Zaidan's hand tho for sure.
I click off and throw my phone down.
I'm just gonna finish cleaning and head straight to bed.
