Katy's P.O.V
I set a alarm from last night to set at 10 and I wake up.
I look to my right and John isn't there so I get up and go to Graces room to Hopes crib
" now someone's awake"
She giggles and I carry her
" happy birthday bee" I whisper to her ear and she giggles
" MOMMY PARTY!" Grace screams for behind
" yeah now come down and help daddy and I get things ready"
We walk downstairs and John is putting the plates napkins and everything on the big table so they could be ready for later tonight
" good morning girls"
" good morning babe"
" daddy!" Grace runs up to him
" hey kiddo"
" John I don't know what to wear my clothes are getting smaller"
" wear my baggy shirt"
" I mean for the party"
" yeah wear some jeans but not too tight and one of my baggy shirts and just tuck it in and out your hair down and don't straighten it, it'll look cute"
" wow thanks"
He winks
3:30
" time to get dressed!"
" help me mommy"
" yeah baby I'm coming to your room"
I walk from our room to Graces room and help her choose a light blue dress with dark blue sandals
" crocs no sandals"
" I'll put them down so you could wear them when you go to the backyard and don't come in the house without wearing any shoes"
" ok mommy"
I change hope into a dress similar to Grace's
After both girls are ready i go back to our room and change into what John told me to and left my hair down then put some light make up on
John walks out the bathroom
" Kate you look gorgeous"
" thanks" I blush
" where are the girls"
" Grace's room"
He smiles
" what are you smiling at"
" just that all the kids ages are close to each others "
" oh yeah and John"
" what"
" no more kids after this one"
" ok I'll try and hold myself"
I laugh
The doorbell rings
" I'll get it" we say at the same time and laugh but John ends up going
Someone knocks on the door
" come in" it was Shannon
" hey Katy"
" hey Shan "
" woah someone's gained weight"
" shut up"
" wait are you, KATY YOURE PREGNANT"
" you got it right" I say standing from where I was
" let's go get your bumblebee from her room"
" yasss"
We enter Graces room and she's on her couch watching Disney Chanel and Shannon scares her
" boo!"
" auntie Shannon! I miss you"
" aw how are you I miss you too bumble bee "
" good" she hugs Shannon and wouldn't let go so Shannon ends up carrying her
I carry Hope and we go downstairs and the family starts arriving then some friends
All the kids were in the backyard and Hope didn't walk cause everyone would just carry her
" Katheryn you've spoiled your kids really well" my mom tells me
" no I haven't mom" I laugh
" yeah yeah" she says pointing to the Chanel bags that's I've bought for Grace and Hope
" Katy you look different" my dad says
I don't know what to say so I just give him a awkward look
" something you want to say?" Shannon says and I playfully punch her
" I'm pregnant" I spit the words out
" oh congratulations" my mom congratulates me and so does everyone else
I get the piñata out and hang it up and the kids start hitting it and gather all the candy
I go back to the kitchen to get some bags then suddenly trip from a bag of candys
I get back up
" now you hang in there baby" I rub my belly
I get the bags then go back out and stand next to John then clutch down to my stomach
" ouch"
" are you ok" he puts his hand around me for support
" yeah just help me in"
" ok"
I sit inside and the pain doesn't go away
" are you feeling better"
" yeah" I lied
" ok let's go back out"
We go back and the party goes on and John holds Hope's cake and I get Grace's cake and everyone sings " Happy Birthday"
9 pm
The party goes on and the pain just keeps on getting worse
I go to the backyard where everyone is sitting by the pool and sit next to Mia and Johnny then Grace comes up to me and sits on my lap
" Katy she looks just like you"
" yeah" I smile
" Katy when are you going back on tour" Johnny asks
" November or December just gotta talk to some peeps at the record label "
" oh ok have you got any ideas"
" yeah I'll text them to you later
" ok cool"
" mommy where's Stella" Grace asks me
" She's with Grandma and Grandpa" I say pointing to where she is
She hops off my lap and goes to Stella
"when are you due" Mia asks
" October"
" nice"
12 am
Everyone left and Angela left after helping us clean around
Grace was jumping around not feeling tired at all and Hope was in the living room with John
" mommy your purple"
" I'm wh-" I loose balance and have no idea what happened to me
Johns P.O.V
I hear a bang from the kitchen and run
I see Katy on the floor and Grace crying which is probably cause she freaked out
" Grace get me a water bottle" she runs and gets me a water bottle and I pour some water on Katy
She doesn't wake up
" Grace you know how to carry your sister right" I say as I carry Katy ' bridal style'
" yeah"
" ok go get her and come to the garage "
She runs to the living room and follows after I get my car keys and Katy's bag
I lay the car seat down and buckle Katy and quickly buckle Grace and Hope
Then drive off to the nearest hospital
We get to the hospital just minutes later and I quickly run in and seconds later two nurses come out running with a bed and rush back in with Katy
I unbuckle Grace and Hope and carry Hope then go in as fast as I can
After asking the nurses where Katy is we wait I'm the waiting area
The place was so crowded and there weren't any seats left that Grace had to sit on my lap with Hope
15 minutes later a doctor comes up to me
" Mrs.Mayers wife?" He asks
" yes"
" well I'm doctor AJ, I haven't checked your wife yet cause this place is crowded she's just in a room for now"
" where is she and this is and emergency"
" don't worry she's in a stable condition I just need to ask some questions"
" ok just take me to her"
we get to the room Katy's in
" what happened to her" he asks
" I was in the living room and I hear a bang and when I got there she was on the floor "
" has she had any pain before that"
" she has some bad morning sicknesses and later just hours ago she said her stomach was hurting, and she's also pregnant"
" oh that might be trouble, I'll have to get the ultrasound machine"
He goes and comes back with the machine
I pull Katy's shirt up and hand Hope to Grace on the couch she's sitting on
The doctor puts some gel on Katy and begins the ultrasound
He writes some notes down from the ultra sound and takes her blood pressure and everything else and so many things I can't count
" I'll be back in a bit"
A hour later Grace and Hope sleep but I'm up worried thinking about everything
Should I text Angela? I don't know it's too late
I think I should
I take Katy's phone out of her bag and go out to the hallway and call Angela
" hello"
" Hey Angela "
" hey what's up"
" Katy she's in the hospital"
" what!? What happened!? Tell me which hospital she's in"
I tell her the hospital were in and what happened
" ok I'll be there in 10 minutes"
" see you" I hang up
10 minutes
I wait in the hallways and Angela walks towards me and her face looks red from crying
" where is she"
" there" I say as I walk to the door and open it and Angela starts crying
Minutes later
ThI doctor comes in
" no need to worry, she is not in a coma or anything but from what I see it's just that she's sleepy my because of what hit her head though she is totally fine and will be released tomorrow"
" ok thank you"
The doctor leaves
" John I could keep the kids at my place for a week or a couple of days if you'd like"
" that would be great thank you"
" oh no problem just give me a call once she's up"
She carries Grace and Hope then leaves
I put a chair close to Katy's bed and sleep with my head resting next to hers
The next morning - Still in the hospital
I feel someone's hand on my head
" K-Katyy?, since when were you awake"
" hours ago"
" why didn't you wake me up um are you ok"
" you were sleeping peacefully and yeah but what happened"
I tell her what happened and Doctor AJ comes in
" well good morning"
" good morning I reply"
" well I've got some news"
" which is"
" you've had a miscarriage, I'm so sorry for the terrible news. Maybe try again, you're released now just leave your information on this paper and hand it to the nurse"
" ok"
Katy's P.O.V
I turn bury my head into a pillow and cry
Why did this have to happen
Oh gosh I'm so stupid I should've seen where I was going when I tripped from that bag
John rubs my back
" it's ok Katy"
I ignore and can't stop crying
Doctor AJ comes back rushing in
" OH IM SO SORRY"
" what?!" John asks
" because of how crowded it was last night I got your files mixed between the Mayors family"
" huh" I stop crying
" you're baby is 100% fine, just be careful"
" oh thank you so much" John says and the doctor leaves
" no need to cry" John says and I laugh
" where are Grace and Hope"
" Angela picked them up and they're at her place"
He then takes out his phone and calls Angela saying that I'm ok
I get released from the hospital and John drives off home
We get home and John parks in the garage
" mm what time is it" I say as I stretch
" 12 am"
" I'm gonna take a nap"
" I'll join you"
We walk up to our room and change into pajamas
I get in bed and lay my head on John and he rubs my belly and we both ended up sleeping.
It was more of a long nap
