Chapter 15

Johns P.O.V

I carry Grace in and as I walk up the stairs I hear some noise coming from the living room and it's Katy and her friends.

Grace takes a shower and I wait as she gets done then I tuck her in bed then go back down

I get to the living room and Katy's there just with Johnny

" I'll see you later" he waves goodbye and leaves

" so what were you two talking about" I ask as I sit next to her on the couch and she lays her head on me

" tour and ideas you know"

" so what have you thought of"

She shows me a picture she drew of a triangle which I don't really get but she then explains it to me

October 25th

It's Katy birthday and instead of just surprising her with her birthday I've decided to make it both a baby shower and a birthday celebration all in our backyard with her friends and family

She's been at Shannon's yesterday cause I told her to and Shannon begged her to sleep over really just so I can get the place organized.

A couple hours later I get the whole place organized and I check my phone for the time "11:30"

Everyone's gonna get here in no time so I make sure Grace gets a shower and Hope is ready then I take a quick shower and get ready and minutes later all guests started to arrive

Most guests are here but Katy and Shannon aren't

" Hey John where's Katy at" Angela asks me

" I don't know but I'm sure she'll be here any second now"

I wait by the door and Shannon's car shows up

I run up to her car and open the door for Katy

" so what's this surprise"

" HAPPY BIRTHDAY"

" oh right I forgot, thanks" I laugh as she blushes

We walk to the backyard and everyone surprises Katy and jumps surprise when she gets there

Katy's P.O.V

" thank you guys" I blush

This truly is a wonderful surprise cause I get to spend it with the ones I love the most but then
I start to feel a bit dizzy and tired so I sit in a couch and John follows

" haven't seen you for a day and you look like you're about to explode " he whispers to my ear

" oh shut up" I playfully punch his arm

" happy birthday mommy!" Grace scares me from behind the couch

" Oh my goodness you freaked the shi-"

" language" John says and I roll my eyes

Grace runs around the couch and I give her a hug

Angela comes up to me with Hope on her hip and I put Hope on my lap

" Katheryn you look huge "
I roll my eyes at her

"'Ouch" I say as I feel some shark pain

" what's wrong" John asks worried

" ah I don't know just some sharp pain"

" oh ok"

We all spend the night in the backyard as John barbecues. Everyone stays late but I excuse myself and go up to my room cause I felt just too tired

I lay in bed after changing into pjs and theres a knock on the door

Ugh who now

" come in"

The door opens and it's Grace with her teddy bear

" mommy can I stay here" she says as she yawns

" yeah come here"

I play with her hair till she falls asleep then I slowly drift off to sleep

Hours later

" Katy are you alright" John wakes me up

" yeah what time is it"

" 1 and are you sure you're alright cause you didn't open your gifts"

" I'll open them tomorrow and yeah I just felt tired" I say as u lay my head back and John goes to the bathroom

I start feeling some weird pain and every second it gets worse. Oh shit it's happening

" John! John!" I call but he can't hear me probably because of the water coming from the sink

I grab the pillow next to me and throw it to the bathroom door not noticing John opened the door and threw the pillow at him by accident

" what was that for" he says with a confused look

" get your ass here and help me to the hospital"

" WHAT!? IT HAPPENING"

" JUST HELP ME UP" he helps me stand and walk down to the living room till he quickly gets Grace and Hope

John P.O.V

I get so confused and drive as fast as I can to the hospital near by and they rush Katy in as I stay out with Grace and Hope

" daddy why's mommy there is she ok" Grace asks me as she looks up to my eyes

" mommy fine you'll see her in a bit"

" what about the baby"

" you'll hopefully see the baby too"

She smiles and minutes later the doctor comes out

" hello Mr Mayer is it?"

" yes!" I stand up

" well congratulations you have a little girl!"

My face turns red and I smile

" that's great! When can I see my wife"

" just when she's up in her room" the doctor says as she tells me the room number and I carry Grace and Hope running to the elevator

We get to the room and Katy's there in the hospital bed looking quite exhausted

I put Grace and Hope on the bed and go up to her.

" heyy it's a little girl" I say as I stroke her hair and a tear slips down her cheek

" yeah I know"

" so what do you wanna name her" I ask as I wipe her tear away

" I don't know, Grace"

" yeah mommy"

" what should we name your baby sister" Katy asks her and she just shrugs her shoulders

" I GOT IT" I scream and Katy jumps cause I was loud " oh sorry I scared you but Faith! Grace, Hope and Faith"

" yeah I like Faith" she smiles and the nurse comes in with our tiny baby in her hands and I take her into my arms

" welcome to the world Faith" I whisper to her ear and kiss her cheek
