Criminals who robbed the Bulgarian bank got away, however 6 hours after the robbery, 2 of the criminals were found death while one was gone, the 2 criminals were found in an back alley in Montana around Bulgaria, but however... That is just the beggining.
Meanwhile in the Vans Mansion in New York, Vlad has gotten a message from Elijah saying that he will be coming back to new york in 4 days with the son of the Ivanov Family, Vlad replied with ok as he did not think much of it for now, he was on a patrol with Elaina around New York hunting down clues to find Garou or the threat known as The Gun Devil.
Elaina: So you know about how many ware houses exist in texas and new york right?
Vlad: Maybe...
Elaina looks at vlad with unamazed & disappointed look.
Elaina: I take that as a no... Well then.
Elaina: Garou was first in Texas, then he moved. His real base is somewhere in new york or Las Vegas, it really depends on. I heard they might sent that annoying sassy brat if Elijah fucks up.
Vlad wondered who, but as they moved they heard the bank alarms seeing a criminal escaping with 2 big bags of money, then he jumps infront of the criminal and starts creating 5 small life energy balls from somewhere and he shot em at the criminal, with 4/5 of the small life energy balls hitting the target, The criminal then fell over, dropping the two bags full of money.
Vlad: Seriously, I though criminals gonna learn their only chances of successes is to work with villains or some kind of corrupt hero.
Vlad smirked and after few minutes, the criminal was handed to the police and the stolen money were back in the bank, Elaina came back with popcorn.
Elaina: Good job, Vlad.
Elaina pulls thumbs up.
Vlad: Were you seriously just... Eating popcorn instead of chasing that criminal down?
Elaina: Yeah, sorry... It is just a force of habit ya know that~
Elaina eats popcorn while talking to Vlad.
Vlad: Yeah, Yeah... Now come on we need to continue our patrols.
Then Vlad & Elaina took off again, getting down to the south of New York city, stopping another criminal from robbing a car, quite the boring Patrols for Vlad, in the next few days Vlad & Elaina arrived at Las Vegas at night, their new patrol area for the next week. They both were standing on top of a building looking over the city, they have begun their patrols in the city, small back alleys, clubs, casinos even banks & jewery stores. No criminals have been found, surprisingly Las Vegas criminal activity was lower then usual, last month it had high activity while this month it was low. They decided to rest by a bar inside the Wynn/Encore Casino.
Elaina: God, this casino is expensive... But we are billioners at this point so...
Vlad: You are billioner who took me in their mansion. Either ways why did ya decide to stop here... Why exactly?
Elaina drinks her water.
Elaina: Eh, if we cannot find crime outside around the city, maybe in the casino we will have some, I heard there is a floor for vips, luckly...
Elaina pulls 2 vip cards.
Elaina: I saw a very cool looking red haired chick in that vip room, she seems suspicous. So do we go after her?
Vlad drinks his water and starts thinking for a moment. On one hand he would agree, but on the other it may sound like a trap for them...
Vlad: No thanks, tbh it sounds sketchy.
Elaina: Oh well, I will go there, you can change your mind and come too.
Elaina leaves one of the vip cards to Vlad, stands up and leaves him alone. Elaina arrives infront of the vip area, shows her vip card and enters in, she saw the red haired woman sitting on a table with a random man, the man was acting a bit off, Elaina then decides to hide somewhere and listen in.
Man: S-So... I do this for you in exchange for anything?
Woman: Yes, correct. If you fail, the punishment will be pretty horrible for you~
Man: I won't fail you ma'am.
Elaina was curious at the moment what they are talking about, as she notices 4 other mans coming into the vip room and started discussing some other topics unreleated about early, Elaina stayed put and listened trying to get something out of this. Hours later, Vlad was outside the casino, as Elaina comes out.
Vlad: Well, anything useful?
Elaina: No. Either ways, we should go.
Elaina and Vlad walked away chatting, as someone else came out of the casino, it was the red haired woman
Woman: Hehe~
Then the woman walks away. Vlad & Elaina were at the train station after 7 minutes and have gotten tickets back for new york, after that both of em go on their train and take their seats, waiting for the train to move.
As they waited, they saw a red haired woman entering and going to the back of the wagon and sitting in the last seat where rarerly anyone sits, Elaina knew who she was, but taking the same train as the Vans... There must be some coincidence. Vlad & Elaina then proceeded to start chatting about a random topic while waiting for the train to move, then Elaina got notification on her phone, she pulls it out and decides to check it. It was a message from her parents saying that they be back soon in New York.
Elaina: Oh Vlad, my parents are coming back in New York soon, possibly in a week or so.
Vlad looks at Elaina.
Vlad: Wait really?
Elaina: Yeah, they will tell us when they are at the airport once time comes.. For now they said we should keep an eyesocket for any threats that are leveled dragon or dragon+.
Vlad: Like Garou?
Elaina: Well... Garou is pretty strong as the stat records of 2023 say... But I doubt he will land in that category, he may be demon+ or something...
Elaina looks away thinking about something, maybe she is thinking about Garou because his threat level was never announced to the heroes or the public. Garou called himself the big bad, the monster and the hero hunter, he had killed many heroes and also has sent devils back to hell at will... He seemed powerful, but at the sametime he did not beat the top heroes or royal families who were in the top 10... YET... The train started to move 10 minutes later and they were finally leaving Las Vegas, going back to New York...
3-4 hours later... France, Paris... At the airport, a pink haired girl who is tall 5'3 in height was seen, she seems to be heading for the plane that arrives at Washington DC...
Meanwhile in Bulgaria, Elijah and UltraX stopped 2 robberies, another day without devil activity after the Casino encounter, both of them looked bored almost as if it is too easy to stop a normal robbery, Ultra didn't even use his powers at all for it, after that they seperated and took on more alerts... Ultra enters a backalley and meets...
Someone (Pro-Hero): IVANOV!
UltraX looks at the person in question... It was a woman... Oh it was Yurika Anderson... Mina's sister.
Yurika: Where is Mina?!
UltraX looks away.
UltraX: Don't know, now fuck off.
Yurika: ... You...
Yurika walks infront of him and she grabbed him.
Yurika: Listen here, just because you are a pro-hero right now, doesn't give you rights to hide and cover up my sister and her fucking actions, she needs to be locked up!
UltraX: ok and?
Yurika's eye twitches.
Yurika: YOU KNOW VERY WELL WHAT I MEAN!!!
Yurika: You are no hero, you're believes are different from society of heroes... You killed em.
Yurika lets go of UltraX and pushes him on the ground.
Yurika: If you do not hand over Mina back... So she can finally pay the price of her "anti-heroine act." I will make sure you suffer with her.
Yurika then runs off as UltraX gets up.
UltraX: Damn... That bitch.
UltraX was recalling the day he met Yurika... Yurika was the nicest person alongside Mina and her being 1 class above., however 6 months in that school year, Yurika had switched classes and Mina has quit School, what has changed is left unanswered, Ultra has only been friends with Yurika, however today's conversation was not that friendly, on the other hand. UltraX's believes were that all villains have to pay the price in a cold justice, without a second chance... But he did wanna save innonect people who had nothing to do with the chaos.
UltraX Then decided to walk away and move on with his day. In the meantime with Elijah, he was just arriving to another case, at a pizza restaurant downtown, the place looked abandoned as the zone of the alert, he enters inside only to see a little girl eating... On the floor?
Elijah: Hey there buddy, what are you munching at?
Elijah slowly started approaching the little girl, it was a slow approach because it wouldn't be good to rush in or use the power right away without a reason.
Elijah: Buddy...?
As Elijah got closer, the door closed. He turns around to see that the door is closed... Then he turns back around and the girl literally jumps at him like some fuckin horror movie character and he screams...
Meanwhile back in New York, a man tall 5'9 in height was walking down the streets and enters an abandoned backalley as he was following someone, then he stops in the middle of the backalley and looks at the wall of the building.
Man (...?): I followed you here... For what exactly?
Then a noise of an opening secret entrance were heard, meanwhile at the train station. Vlad & Elaina were just back and exitting the train and moving on to get out of the train station, while walking to the exit they were chatting...
Elaina: Finally... We can relax for the day since there is no trouble.
Vlad: Right... To be honest crime rates are just so weird at this point. Like one part of the world has the highest while the other is the lowest, then we here in America have in the middle... No wait... America was the highest, atleast the United States.
They both continued their chat as they exit the train station and walking downtown as usual, they both looked quite tired from wasting their time for Patrols finding no clue behind Garou's case or the devil activity in the United States. 45 minutes later, they both stopped by a bar and decided to take seats and get a coca cola or something, a table away from them a red haired woman was sitting there obsereving the bar. Vlad orders Fanta and Elaina orders Coca Cola, one of the major difference between Vlad & Elaina is the drink they always order or buy from a store.
They get their drinks without knowing they are being watched... The red haired woman a table away ordered Fanta and drinked it as she observed and locked her eyes on Elaina & Vlad. The red haired woman was sitting next to one of her friends, a male one.
Woman: There they are... The number 6 ranked family members, Elaina Vans & Vladislav.
Man: So... They are too busy talkin to each other while drinking their favourite drinks. What is the plan exactly again?
The woman breaths in and out and then looks at the Man.
Woman: Take the girl away when they both least expect and bring her down to our ware house downsouth in New York... Remeber we need a subject like her~
The woman then drinks her drink and puts it down on the table and decides to pull out a cigarette and a lighter, she lights the cigarette and starts smoking as waiting for the pieces of her day to fall all together as she planned. Vlad & Elaina enjoyed their drinks and moved on with their day, walking down the street... Vlad was just ahead of Elaina, then Elaina felt like being grabbed.
Elaina: HE!-
Then Elaina's mouth was shut and she was dragged away to a back alley, Vlad turns around amid the sound.
Vlad: Elaina?
Vlad was curious why would she say "HE!" just like that... Then he looks at the very nice back alley that was there.
Vlad: Elaina, are you pranking me?
Vlad then slowly approached the backalley to find only Elaina's hairclip on the ground...
Vlad: ELAINA?!
Vlad goes to the hairclip, gets down and picks it up. Then he stands up and looks around the back alley. After that he goes out of it, holding the hairclip, he put it in his pocket.
Vlad: ... Elaina...?
Vlad looks down for a moment, he knew he had 6-7 days before her parents come back, what promise has he made to her parents before they left... "PROTECT HER." And yet that promise seems to be breaking apart as they are seperated... Then Vlad remembered what Elijah told him on the way back to new york in the train, a flashback loaded.
Elijah: Listen up, The one who has the money, the one who has the power to corrupt & control are the ones who decide the fate of society these days...
Vlad: What do you mean by that?
Elijah looks at the window of the train, laughing as if it's some kind of a joke question.
Elijah: I mean that those who have both money & power will do anything, even a villain these days can become a president and take everything away from us.
Vlad then is surprised by what he said as he looks down in his hands and the flashback ended. Then Vlad looks down at his hands and he was thinking to himself, why did he made such a promise to become a hero, yet he couldn't protect Elaina...
???: The feeling is mutual.
Then he turns around quickly to see a woman. The woman in question was 6'2 tall and she introduces herself.
Name: Cassandra Blaine
Age: 20
Information: Cassandra is on the top 10 for strongest & powerful heroes on this generation, she lives in the state of Montana in the Untied states, she is the number 5 strongest hero. She did have wings on her back considering she was a hybrid human of sorts.

Manifestation information(1): The Truth Manifestation allows the user to ask a question, no matter how their enemy tries to lie, they will only answer the truth. Drawback is that it ain't any offensive type of power and it can be broken after hitting the user.
Manifestation information(2): Due to the user being born differently, their wings will start appearing on the same as manifesation awakens. (age: 4 or 8) This allows the user to gain the ability to fly or use it's feathers as a bullet of sorts, drawbacks are that the user's feathers regeneration takes 24 hours and that if their wings get cut off it's permament. Flying & attacking drain the stamina of the user faster overtime.

Vlad felt excited as he was standing infront of the number 5 hero in the world, Cassandra Blaine.
Cassandra: Oh, am I that famous already? Wow it has only been 2 years since I been a pro-hero.
Cassandra after becoming a pro-hero 2 years ago has also openned her own business for clothing as she enjoyed making clothes & selling em, however shortly after that she started climbing the ranks of the strongest heroes (top 100) however only withint 6 months she is already ranked number 11 of "this generation's top 100!" as she quickly became famous, The Blaine family is also ranked number 3rd in the top 20 "royal" families due to Cassandra Blaine's quick popularity growth. However now back in the present she is ranked number 5th in this generation's top 100, making her not only popular, but called a worthy & wealthy hero in this generation and possibly the next one, also she is a big insparation to Elaina & Vlad due to how nice she is towards others.
Cassandra: You must be an adoring fan or something... Hehe sorry, I am not able to sign autographs these days, I am after the so proclaimed "hero hunter" Garou at the moment.
Vlad then looks at Cassandra wondering why would she take on Garou's case... Then he recalls Garou's threat level being unknown.
Vlad: Garou, you mean the hero hunter who...
Cassandra: Yep, the hero hunter, ever since the supposed ware house encounter and also he has last been seen around Washingdon DC, we cannot rest. He could pose a serious threat, especially since records say he was behind the fall of Strasbourg 10 years ago, Strasbourg was in complete ruins and it is still being rebuilded till today...
Vlad never knew it was Garou who did it, Elaina's parents did tell a story about that city being in complete ruins by a powerful threat, but the identity remained hidden... That was till today, now he is aware of Garou.
Vlad: God... This man's power must be immense...
Cassandra: That is right, Immense body is his manifestation, it is pretty strong one... Rumours say he has a second manifestation, but yet to be confirmed by the sources. Either ways, I am sure you gonna find your girl, kid... Stay strong.
Cassandra then pats Vlad on the head and quickly backs off from him... Then she opens her wings and starts flying away, after that Vlad walked down the street and he used shortcuts to get quicker back to the mansion, as soon as he arrived the gate opens and he walks down the path, arriving infront of the front door, he opens it and enters inside and afterwards closes it as he had preparations to do and search for Elaina.
3 days later, UltraX & Elijah were in New York. Elijah quickly left the train station as he was heading back for his apartment, while UltraX exits the train station and vanishes. UltraX was suddenly on top of a building as Cassandra was standing there watching over from the high building.
Cassandra: So you finally made it huh, Ivanov?
UltraX approached her and stands next to her.
UltraX: Obviously, why wouldn't I be here? It is Garou we are talking about...
Cassandra breaths in and out as she pulls out a blueprint of an abandoned factory down the road near the New York State.
Cassandra: Listen Garou is hiding in this place, from what the sources tell he could be in there. He usually tends to hide in places that have less public or are completely abandoned. However the other suspicious place could be underneath the New York park... Well which one are we going for, Ivanov?
UltraX: Tch.
UltraX looks at the blueprints and then takes a step back.
UltraX: We could... Check out the factory, if Garou was in a abandoned ware house last time, maybe he would be in the factory after all, he ain't the best in hiding.
Meanwhile back with Vlad, he was in the sewers of New York, continuing his search to find Elaina and who kidnapped her. Why did he choose the sewers?
The sewers are mainly unchecked, due to the fact that a kidnapped person could be hidden here or murdered brutally. Vlad does walk around the sewers and he has found a secret entrance, he enters in to find an entire mansion designed room here, it was quiet. He quickly closes the secret entrance and starts taking slow steps inside the big room, he got to the sofa area with the big TV. After that he heard noise of 2 girls chatting and then he sneaks up on the window to see Elaina and... Wait is that a purple haired girl????
Meanwhile in the room, they were playing Uno.
Elaina: Oh it is so nice to meet you and play Uno with someone...
The Purple haired girl smiled as she was 5'5 in height tall, she looks like she has been in here for 2 weeks now... Hmm Vlad recalls seeing her as one of the third years before... Oh right she was.
Name: Zoe Amelia
Age: 18
Manifestation: Float
Manifestation information: Float allows the user to basically to fly or give someone else the ability to fly, drawback is that it cannot be used for longer then 6 hours.
Zoe: Sure it is nice, Elaina. Atleast Glad they feed me properly while waiting for their boss.... I was expecting to be tortured by them for information for the other heroes...
Zoe nervously laughs as she said that, Elaina felt a bit worried.
Zoe: You are also a half-breed right?
Elaina looks up at Zoe.
Elaina: Mhm.
Zoe looks down.
Zoe: Damn, I feel bad for you... Heard they are gonna sent you to one of their laboratories, your kind of half-breeds is worth millions of cash if it's experimented and sold on the black market...
Elaina: W-What?
Elaina then puts her second card down and says uno quickly.
Elaina: What do you mean exactly?
Zoe: I mean... That they will take only you out of here, not me. They are gonna knock you out, tie you up, put you in a big box and sent you to that laboratory. Either ways... It is just the same fate.
Zoe puts down one of her cards and Elaina drops her last card and the game ends, both looked in each other's eyes with a bit worried look.
Elaina: I-I don't want that...
Zoe puts her hand on Elaina's head.
Zoe: Shh, no worries I am sure someone is gonna take a notice of you missing... After all you are a pro-hero and part of a royal family...
Now back to Vlad who was staring at the window hearing all the conversation, he was thinking as he walks away taking the hallway of the left, then taking right walking foward and then turning right on the door which leads to their room, Vlad slowly pulls his hand out and almost puts it on the door knob, but then noise was heard from the secret entrance opening with a man's footsteps coming closer to the hallway... Vlad then turns and sees another door, he then reaches it quickly, opens it quietly and enters in... Closing it. Then the Man from outside steps next to the window to see Elaina & Zoe still being there, then the Man pulls his phone out and calls someone, putting his phone on his ear.
Man: Ah, boss. They are still here... False alert there is no one here except em. The two girls are in perfect condition too, the half-breed especially in high peaks... No worries, she is gonna be in the laboratory soon as promised.
The man pulls the phone of his ear and clicks it as he ends the call, then he goes on the hallway on the left and then turns right walking foward and then turns left, as he suspected someone actually sneaked in and only lied to his boss.
Man: I know you are in there... My enhanced senses can hear your breathing.
The man touches the door knob and opens it seeing nothing inside the closet.
Man: What-
The man got hit from behind by a karate chop in the neck, he fell unconscious on the ground.
Vlad: God... I almost got caught... I should train my speed better and maybe hold breathing for longer, these villains are no jokes.
Then Vlad turns around and opens the other door seeing that Elaina & Zoe were gone, he was in panic for a moment.
Vlad: WHERE DID THEY GO, THEY WERE HERE A SECOND AGO?!
Then Vlad heard footsteps from behind.
???: Wow, to think someone would believe the glass illusion.
Vlad turns around to see a woman tall 5'5, she doesn't sound like good news.
???: You even knocked out my buddy over there which also cuts down the string to alert me that there is an intruder in the base.
Vlad then looked at the woman in the eyes.
Vlad: Who are you and where is Elaina and that other girl?!
The Woman laughs at Vlad as if she is not taking him seriously.
???: Listen, here is a proposal... If you find your little so called "girlfriend" Elaina and that other girl, I will let you walk away freely, if time runs out... I will eat you alive... What'cha say?
Vlad's right hand turns into fist shaking as he was looking at her with a bit of fear... He was thinking that this is all just a distraction so Elaina can be taken away to the LABORATORY. However he...
Vlad: Fine, I accept. I will find em and save em from your dark webs!
???: Fufu~
???: Good luck, you have 1 hour...
Then a bunch of spiders appeared and were all over her body, Vlad was shocked and then all the spiders just run away as she was gone, Vlad exits the room and turns right running down the hallway as quick as possible, what a long hallway...
Then the woman walks out of the same room as he did a minute ago.
???: Idiot, to think I will let him save em that easily... He is kinda cute not gonna lie, he would make a great puppet of mine too... Maybe if he fails I can take his soul and claim it as mine... That half-breed on the other hand is probably trying to break out right now with Zoe, they are never gonna get out, even if they do... They'll have to fight my brother and he is pretty hungry...
The woman laughed again as she slowly walks the same direction as Vlad did.
