Even though the meeting has progressed on, UltraX & Elijah in few minutes were walking down and entered the park which was near the city square, Elijah asked UltraX if they can split up for this patrol around the park and he agreed despite thinking to himself that splitting up may be a bad idea, especially in THIS PARK. Both of em split up, Elijah took the east of the park, while Ultra vanished, leaving Elijah on his own.
UltraX appears infront of a Casino.
UltraX: Apparently the Mind Devil is still somewhere in Bulgaria, but... Other devils love to hang around and pretend to be humans, their disguises are perfect so nobody can tell the difference, except... Some devils have birth scars on spots where they shouldn't, like the face or the hands.
UltraX: While Elijah does not realise this, we heroes are split into categories, well the royal families & pro-heroes are one type, then we have the devil hunters who exclusively go after devils only and last... Spies, the spy usually is a hero undercover, however their job is to fight only if needed and to give out information to the devil hunters and the pro-heroes.
UltraX: The devils are lurking in the shadows, on the streets and even murder infront of a devil hunter or a pro-hero. One of the devils who turned to be in disguise is Makima.
UltraX enters the Casino, seeing it pretty quiet then usual, those places at times like these are pretty open, however the silence makes it a bit more menacing for Ultra...
UltraX: Hello, Hello?
UltraX: Is anyone here?
Despite Ultra kinda shouting in a way, only silence occurs till he hears footsteps... A woman walks in from behind and gets infront of UltraX...
Woman: Oh and you must be, UltraX?
The woman took more steps back, she had a light red hair, normally kept in a loose braid with bangs reaching just past her eyebrows and two longer side bangs that frame her face. Her eyes are yellow with multiple red rings within them.
UltraX: Yes, I am and who are you?
The woman smiled.
Woman: fufu~
Woman: Oh yeah, let me just say I am a random woman who came to gamble with strangers, but seeing that the casino is empty today, either ways my name is Makima.

Age: ???
Species: Devil
Information: Rumours say Makima may or may not have helped other devils to force humans to sign contracts by using her abilites. Her strength on the other hand is still unkown till today. She is also responsble for killing several devil hunters with her ability.
Powers: Forced Manipulation & Domination
Power Infromation: Thanks to her ability, she can manipulate anyone easily, but then comes the obsticale when someone has strong mental power, she has to resort to FORCE. The Domination ability allows her to control anyone she thinks is inferior to her.
Makima: Oh yeah that is right... I heard you probably came to be my friend~
Makima: You know us devils & humans must find a way to make peace and harmony with each other... wouldn't it be nice maybe to exchange some kind of a deal or a contract?
UltraX was visibly confused a bit by the fact he does not know her powers... She just said she wants to be friends... It feels weird.
Makima: You know, you seem like a lonely guy... You could really use a friend like me by your side and you know that. How about you become my host in exchange of a new friend?
Makima was thinking to herself that he is in her range to manipulate him into sumbission to sign a contract, she used her ability on him and who knew... He was completely under her control within seconds, this is a new record for Makima. In the meantime Elijah was patrolling in the park and making sure there is no danger, Elijah felt like this split up was his best idea... Till he saw someone staring down the lake, she looked like she was in his 20s... Elijah approached the person.
Elijah: Uh, excuse me ma'am?
The girl turns around
Girl: Yes, what do you need?
Elijah and that girl were looking each other in the eyes, the feeling of staring someone else besides your friend in the eyes... The girl was looking curious as she was thinking Elijah needs something, some kind of help or something along the lines.
Elijah: Why are you here?
Girl: hmm... I dunno really, I don't come here very often... I usually hang out with my friends, Makima, Nicole & Eric at the club at this time, but Eric & Nicole are busy today and Makima is not answering her phone at all today.
Elijah: Makima?
The name "Makima" sounded familiar to Elijah, almost as if it was the name of a devil, he thinked... However, he could not figure it out who it was.
Girl: Makima is a good friend ya know, she is always looking over me, Eric & Nicole like an older sister, I find it adorable at first, but then turns out she is hiding a dark secret.
Dark Secret? Elijah wonders what could that mean as he looks over the lake. UltraX has mentioned once before leaving the mansion he would always see 3 girls & 1 boy hanging around the lake, one of them acted like an older sister, while the other 2 and the boy are just vibing, however the one that acted like an older sister was suspicious as she was often seen heading for the casino after hanging out with her friends...
Elijah: Where does she go after she hangs out with ya guys & gals?
Girl: Well I don't know really, she says she has some work to do and leaves without saying to where exactly she is gonna go...
The girl seemed unaware as if she almost knows nothing about Makima's daily routine beyond the meet up at the lake, even though these 4 seem like best friends at the least.
Then a siren was heard somewhere, however due to how loud it is.
Elijah: Well that is my sign to leave.
Elijah stands up and turns around walking away slowly. In the meantime back in the Casino, Makima put the contract on a table and a pen next to it.
Makima: Now it would be easier for you to sign it and maybe, just maybe do me a favour~
Makima got on the other side of the table and sat down, as if she was forcing her way though without any resistance. UltraX takes a chair and sits down, grabbing the pen.
Makima: Yeah... Good boy, now just sign it and let your wildest dreams come to reality...
He prepared himself and was ready to sign... Makima closed her eyes and laughed as if it was all just too easy, nobody would be able to match her mentally or physically at all... The pen reaches down the paper, it was so close to be signed, however the pen was pulled away from the paper.
UltraX: Ugh...
As Makima heard that, she opened her eyes only to realise the pen was flying at her direction, she got hit in the left eye by it.
Makima: O- Ow?!
Makima pulls out the pen as Ultra stands up.
UltraX: What the fuck did you just do, one moment I see you introducing yourself and the next... I almost am so close to sign a contract... I do not know what is going on, but... I already promised myself I won't sign any contracts in my fucking life.
Makima threw the pen away on the ground.
Makima: Y-You... Bastard, I should have changed your personality before hand.
UltraX: You are forgetting something, ya know? There are many ways to snap out of someone else's grasp and their own control... Mentally strong people proof that or a reason to snap. My reason of why... Well that is for you to find out.
UltraX: However...
Ultra was holding a rock... Then he threw it right into the glass and broke it, which then hit the button inside it and activated the alarms.
UltraX: I suggest you back off while you can, even with your manipulation skills, you can't beat everyon at once, knowing you are just playing around right now trying to get into my mind without knowing my life or who or what is my friend... I do not know how I fell for that.
Makima looked a bit pissed off...
Makima: Are you really testing me, mortal?
UltraX: Not quite, but you are seriously just an annoying bitch. I would suggest running away before ya lose another eye, or what's left of your left eyehole...
Makima then blinks with her right eye and suddenly he was gone... She was absolutely pissed off by the fact this is the first time her puppet has broke though her control. Makima had her own goals of control, those goals included controlling the strongest of the strongest, no matter their kind, whether it was a demon, human or even the devils themself... The Chainsaw man was one of her targets, alongside the fact she is being hunted by devil hunters...
Makima: Whoever that was, I will find a way to defeat him, but I got more important friends to meet with at Japan right now... It be a shame to miss out~
After that day, it was clear which devils are after the humans and who is the causer of those forced hosts around the world... Makima is considered one of the strongest devils with her abilities, she felt unstoppable... However on the day that boy resisted her own tricks... it felt so bad for her, was it her fault the boy snapped or was the boy hiding a strong mental power...
The next day, news keep screaming about the Gun Devil taking more kills around the coast of the west of the United States & east in Canada before vanishing, as well as the news talk about a possible culprit who is causing forced contracts was located in the Casino, however the camera footage was low quality, the identity of the culprit is unknown at the moment. Vlad then changed the channel to a comedy one.
Vlad: God, those devils and their activities are really going higher with each 6 months... It almost feels like we are dealing with a global crisis which could be the end of humanity...
Vlad was watching the ads on the tv while thinking about the news report. Then the front door opens and Elaina comes in and closes it, she seems to be back from the supermarket with a lot of stuff, she then heads over to the kitchen leaving em on the table and then comes back to Vlad.
Elaina: Alright, I brought all the needed things for tonight.
Vlad: Oh, it's about the guests?
Elaina: Obviously it is, Faraz from the new york MA Headquarters will be visiting tonight, you know how important those dinners are with him, they are also interviews to proof whether our spots in the royal family rankings is worth or not!
Then Vlad drinks his fanta and then he spits it out.
Vlad: WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY EARLY?!
Elaina: Because you looked pretty busy imagening yourself to be a top hero, dummy.
Vlad: ... I am not a dummy.
Elaina: Whatever, help me set things up for tonight, remember he may gives us Adumfor vacation so we can see that weeding.
After that, Vlad & Elaina started preparing for hours of cooking, they had to impress some old man with their cooking skills to get tickets to a place called Adumfor. Now back in Bulgaria, UltraX was at the Plovdiv MA Headquarters, he has been called by Tatsumaki for the first time.
Tatsumaki: So you are the one who was at the casino fighting the culprit?
UltraX nods his head in silence.
Tatsumaki: Ok then, tell me what was their name and are they a devil or a demon? If you do not answer my question, I will kick you in the balls...
UltraX: Jeez, enough with the threats, sassy child. And the culprit's name is Makima, however nothing more can be said about her. So look somewhere else.
Tatsumaki does her humph as usual, while UltraX just turns around and walks away.
Tatsukmaki: H-HEY WE ARE NOT DONE TALKING YET, MEATBALLS!!!
UltraX just keeps walking away.
UltraX: We are done, if there is something about Garou, I don't care... I got this in the bars.
UltraX exists the room, leaving Tatsumaki alone.
Tatsumaki: Ungreatful next generation of heroes...
After that, UltraX was a the city square, getting himself some pizza... But then he was tapped from behind, as he turned around... It was Elijah.
Elijah: Hey, do you know where the Burgas MA Headquarters are?
UltraX then turned around and got his pizza, paying up for it and he started eating while walking away... Ignoring the question.
Elijah: H-Hey!
Then Elijah started following him, as it seems both entered the park and walked their way to the lake, the place seemed full of some people who just enjoy coming here or they are tourists. UltraX was eating his pizza quietly.
Elijah: You are quiet, what's up?
UltraX just kept walking away, ignorning Elijah's question. He was thinking that about Makima's encounter yesterday and why did it happen... Elijah did not follow UltraX this time as he sits on the same spot as last night, Ultra was gone.
UltraX was going east of the park, as he then sees a bench and then he walks over it, he only sees a note with blood on it, he grabbed the note. The note had only 2 words... "I'm coming." Then he put the note back as he was thinking it was for someone else and walked away, with the feeling for whoever the note was for... It might have been their end... Meanwhile behind one tree, a woman was watching till then she just goes back behind the tree.
Back to the lake at the park, Elijah was sitting, thinking about the fight with Garou back in texas and how close he was to actually making a great smash if he did not mess up, Garou was the first person to truly beat Elijah in a fight, due to the immense difference between their strength, durability, speed & reflexes, the failure to beat Garou taught Elijah a lesson he will hardly forget. Elijah also felt like the Ivanovs are more focused on the devil activites then Garou, he did not care about the devil activity too much, he only cared about Garou by the time he arrived at the Ivanov mansion in Plovdiv, almost as if he has a personal grudge against Garou.
Woman: You seem stressed over there, what's up?
Elijah turns around to see a light red haired woman.
Elijah: It's nothing really.
Then Elijah turns back to look at the lake, the footsteps of the woman were heard coming closer, before she sits down next to Elijah.
Woman: Oh I know something is bothering you, what's up?
Elijah then looks at her face, noticing her left eye having an bandage.
Elijah: Oh it's just important business, but is your left eye ok?
Then the woman...
Woman: Yeah it's fine, the doctors said my eye is gonna recover...
Makima: Oh and my name is Makima, pleasure to meet you.
Elijah was thinking to himself, so her name is Makima.. Huh curiosity only flies in his mind... Almost as if it was familiar, oh that right... Last night a girl was sitting at the lake and mentioned her name, minutes before the alarms & sirens of the city square & the casino went on, then he continues to wonder about Makima's eye, the bandage looks a day old.
Back in the Ivanov Mansion, in the weapon room
Mina: So... is it ready?
Luke turns around holding a modified shotgun.
Luke: mhm, a whole new weapon upgrade to your shotgun, it should work nicely with your style too, as it was modified for that as well.
Then Luke hands over the modified shotgun to Mina.
Mina: Neat, thank you Mr. Ivanov! With this new weapon, I'll be able to hunt down devils with more effective shots then a normal one...
While that was happening, back in the city square a band of criminals has just robbed a bank and they were on the run.
