it has been 2 days ever since June 18th and the new teacher has finally came up in the class to introduce herself.

Manifestation: Telekinesis
Manifestation Information: the user can use psychic and grab anything from living people to objects to even an entire building, if used on people it can disable someone else's manifestation while being held, that is only till they are being held, however the drawback of this power is that it can drain your energy if it is used for a long time.
Willow Ivanova was one of the toughest teachers a school can afford, as of her status... She sented tons of kids in hospital because of her training methods, Vlad on the other hand didn't really find her that scary, she seemed nice, well... Till she started talking.
Willow: Alright listen here... You heroes wannabe, if you wanna be a hero you must proof you are worthy, I will be teaching you as your last 10 days of hero course and the next year too.
Willow: In these 10 days you will spend time patrolling with a pro-hero which selected you, it can be even your family member in that case.
Willow: But first before we begin the 10 day patrol test, you guys have another test, a math test.
Vlad really didn't like the math test, for second years, the math test was like a pain ass of crap questions that are tricky, atleast 4 tricky questions are on the math test, after Willow explained the test, she handed over the papers to all 20 students in the class and also put a C4 on the ground, the students seemed a bit scared...
Willow: Listen here, you have 2 hours and 1 minute to finish the test, if you do not finish on time, you will repeat the year with your boring science teacher as your hero course teacher... Oh and you will be in hospital if this explodes.
Willow: So you have to finish the test and deactive the C4 before it explodes and if you mess up the C4's deactivation process it will go boom and all of you will repeat the year.
Vlad started at the teacher and thinked she was insane or something, then a bell was heard and the test begun, in a course of 1 hour, Vlad finished the test first, with a suprise then he grabbed the c4, went into a corner of the room and started defusing it, within that the next 25 minutes, Vlad was thinking how to defuse it... Then the other 2 students finish the test and walk up to him and decide to help him and one of the other students hold the "USE" botton for 10 seconds and the C4 was defused, Willow was not expecting that to happen.
Willow: Impressive, Impressive there you three...
Willow: You seem to know how to defuse a C4 Bomb without a problem, guess I have to say you saved your class from their possible injuries.
Then for the rest of the time, the others from the class finish their math test knowing that they do not have to worry.
Willow: Well then I will check your tests at the end of the day, in the meantime take your patrol test seriously, the pro-heroes will rate you on it, if you mess up... You will have to go to 15 days extra physicial and endruance training with me!
Willow: So make sure you keep your cool... Class dismissed.
All of the class walked outside of the classroom to take their 25 minute break and after that they headed outside in the front entrance at the courtyard to see atleast 20 pro-heroes around, one of the pro-heroes is Elijah Kanomato, why would he help with such thing, Vlad wondered why? As soon as all pro-heroes introduced themself, especially since none of them had to, Willow came infront to explain it further.
Willow: As a hero in training, it is important to know about the patrol test, this test will be part of the entrance exam, next year. The patrol exam of course will be a way to test your way of being a hero, your style that you have build up for the past 2 years in the hero course. Obviously this test has sent atleast 450 students back home and to repeat the school year, so be careful as I said.
Willow: Alongside that, since the pro-heroes pick a student they will bring alongside themself to teach and properly rate them, you must know next year, you will pick which pro-hero you gonna go with unlike this year.
Willow: So class let us get over this, come on guys show your picks!
After the explanation, all pro-heroes except 2 have already made their pick as the time came by Elaina has came up to Vlad.
Elaina: So I have to tell you something...
Elaina: I kinda already made a different pick, sorry...

Elaina walked away as Jacob followed her... Jacob your rival in the class who always tried to bully you, even if you made him pay... He took it as far to take away her from your Patrol test... Who was Jacob and what was his manifesation?

Manifestation Information: The user can make Fire from his body's heat, they can create complete fireballs, shooting fire, making objects out of fire. The user's stamina and speed are higher, but the power starts of weak from birth... Drawback is that it depends on the user's emotion & mental training.
Vlad hated Jacob, for being a rich spoiled brat with anger issues who would often think he is the center of things and the best hero out of the rest of the class, even though Jacob had 2 friends, his other 2 friends have shown a sign of disgust for Jacob. Then...
Pro-Hero: Hey, hey are you listening?!
Vlad then quickly realized and looked at the Pro-Hero's eyes, turns out it was Elijah Kanomato.
Vlad: S-Sorry, Mr. Kanomato!
Vlad: I was spacing out...
Elijah: It's alright, comrade.
Elijah: Now come on, we have patrols to do, I will not treat you like a student in a hero course, I will treat you like a fucking pro-hero for these 10 days!
Elijah: Our Patrols will be around Texas & New York, 5 days in Texas and 5 days in New York, as I continue my investigation to find Garou and contain him.
Elijah: So follow my lead, Vans.
Elijah turns around and walks away as Vlad followed. 3 hours later, they took a train to Texas, as they arrived in the texas capital, Houston as their patrol begins... They spend atleast the next 6 hours after arriving doing patrol and after that they took a break and stayed by a fast food place and ate some pizza, obviously Elijah ate corn Pizza, while Vlad ate pineapple pizza, however it was already 9:25 PM, they noticed a man running for his life as he looked like he seen a ghost, but then he instantly got dragged into the back alley and the screams were no more... Elijah and Vlad quickly left and got on the other side of the street and enterted the back alley, finding the man who screamed early death... As they looked at the person who caused it, Elijah quickly electrified the person before they could do anything...
Elijah: phew... God I swear sometimes it is just a shocker to see such a quick murder...
Elijah: Alright Vans, now help me drag her back to the hotel and get a rope from your backpack.
Elijah: I felt a familiar presence in them...
After 30 minutes of dragging the person which they caught, they decided to use the hotel's emergancy exit and then Elijah uses his electricity power to turn himself, vlad and that person into electricity and then quickly zapping em all back into their hotel room, vlad was surprised.
Vlad: W-Wow what was that, it felt so... zapping?
Elijah: hehehe... That is part of my power, I can turn myself and others into electricity and travel though any electric source as quick as the light... Kinda.
Elijah: Anyways let's tie this... Wait a second...
Vlad brings a chair and Elijah puts the person as he realized it was an actual girl... Then Vlad tied her up.
Elijah: Oh god, it's her...
Vlad: Wait a second, what?
Vlad then gets infront and notices it was the anti-hero who escaped 2 months ago... But that also looked like the same girl who talked with the boy in that back alley few days ago...
Vlad: T-That's the anti-hero with the highest kill streak!
Elijah: mhm, turns out she is more of a villain in society's eyes, but in our's she is a weird anti-hero...
Elijah: Society is used to arrest anti-heroes, as they call anti-heroes worse then the villains for some reason, the title's meaning has changed a lot over generations.
Elijah: Anyways, we should really get a drink and wait for her to wake up... She could give us something really useful for other anti-heroes...
Vlad: Whatever you say, captain electricity...
Elijah looked at Vlad with a bit disappointment before going to get the drinks and as time passed it was Midnight, she has shown no sign of awakeing at all, both heroes decided to sleep though the night and see if she will wake up in the morning... Both of em went to sleep.
The next morning, Vlad woke up and heard noise of the girl screaming "LET ME GO, LET ME THE FUCKING GO!" as he got his head up to see her screaming this at Elijah, Vlad got up and walked towards em.
Elijah: Listen it be easier if you relax and answer our damn questions.
Elijah: and damn are you fucking wet underneath those pants?!
The girl looked away, a bit embarrased to say the least. Elijah seems to be losing his patience because he is not getting the answers, as Vlad approached him...
Vlad: Mr. Kanomato, sir... Maybe you should try to be a little bit softer instead of shouting like some kind of megaphone screaming an announcement to trillions of people.
Then Elijah breaths in and out and moves aside.
Elijah: How about you try to convince her instead, Mr. Softie.
Elijah: Make her speak out who she is and why is she here and shit like that?
Vlad looks at her.
Vlad: Listen we are not gonna hurt you, if you want we will even let you go scott free after that...
Vlad: We just need information for who you are and what the anti-heroes want, why do they kill heroes?
Vlad: J-Just please-
Girl (Anti-hero): Shut it, Vans! Ugh so annoying, your pretty soft for a hero and you know it! I will speak, Pro-hero... Just make him shut up...
Elijah was impressed that Vlad being soft can be such a trick to make the anti-hero or even possible villains speak if they were to catch up on suspects... As usual Elijah is a pretty lucky guy when it comes to picking a student for the patrol tests. In a way Elijah might have found a worthy successor he thinks. After a minute or two, the girl starts as she introduces herself.
Name: Mina Anderson
Age: 19
Information on her: She is one of the top 3 anti-heroes who's identity was supposed to stay hidden, however she has the highest kill streak, why was she in third place? She dresses completely different from a normal anti-hero, wearing croptops most of the time and uses anything, any means to take out a hero.
Manifestation: invisibility
Manifestation Information: This power allows the user to turn themself invisible alongside anything they wear as clothing or objects and weapons in general, they can also turn someone else invisible by holding them, but also can turn em invisible by touching em, however the touch grants the user's friend only temporary invisiblity, the drawback of this power is that the longer the user stays invisible, the higher chance they will lose consciousness and pass out which will make em visible again afterwards.
Vlad: Invisbility? No wonder how you escaped the prison unnoticed...
Vlad: God, can someone tell the writer to nerf this power?
Mina chuckles a bit at that question.
Mina: Wow didn't know heroes can be funny, like come on ya made a total 4th wall joke as if you are in some kind of a wattpad story or manga, jeez dude.
Mina: Either ways, any other questions?
Elijah then speaks.
Elijah: So about a suitcase, I wanna ask... I heard you were seen in New York with a suitcase entering a back alley and then running off minutes later... Is it true that you gave the suitcase to a boy who is a third year in a school?
Mina: Well, guess I shouldn't lie really... Well yes I gave the suitcase to him, but you wouldn't understand my reasons...
Mina: He was the only guy I could give it to, if I bumped into other people, who are 100% to be heroes, they would take the suitcase away and my only chance of freedom!
Then Elijah thinked for a moment, as Vlad was ready to ask a question.
Vlad: And what was in that suitcase?
Mina then looked at Vlad with a serious look as if she was a bit afrad to spell the beans, but otherwise she had to or else she may be sent to prison, atleast that is what she though...
Mina: W-Well... It was some important documents... I asked him to deliver em to my parents, but then later on he called me to tell me that it was better to burn em, because he told me since my parents are heroes and all, it be a problem if he brought the documents to them... In the end that boy burned the suitcase entirely and he told me the next day.
Vlad then rolls his eyes and...
Vlad: Ok listen, I heard your conversation with him on that street few days ago, you called him sweetheart didn't you?
Elijah: Vlad what are you onto about?
Vlad: And it was clear from some other news reports there are rumours you are dating a hero from the top 20, so if I am correct, you have a boyfriend, right?
Mina looks Vlad into the eyes as tension climbs up, this is some real shit happening and Mina felt like she is doomed if she exposes the identity of that boy...
Mina: Yea... He is.
Mina: B-But don't get the wrong idea, me & him aren't that close or anything!
Elijah looked at Mina.
Elijah: Who is the lucky guy then and why is he helping you?
Mina: Wait... You asking me directly, Kanomato...
Mina: Listen, you already met him before, you know him & his family and you often talk to him as he makes awful puns and he reads manga...
Mina: Spill the beans to Vlad and I will personally cut your balls off!
Elijah then looks away and starts thinking, he knows he heard all that information before but then again he needs sometime to remember. Then he gave the hand sign to untie her and let her go, in few minutes she was untied.
Mina: Listen, you never saw me... EVER!
Mina: Oh and, Elijah.
Mina hands a paper to Elijah and then she goes to the door and exist the hotel room. As of that, Elijah then looks at the paper, reading it... "Heya there comrade! It's me, you should know that I sent a friend of mine to deliver this paper to you, since ya seemed pretty busy these days being a Pro-hero & having some patrol test thing with a student. I am in Texas right now in search for the Tank Devil, mind if we meet at the bar downtown in Houston, come alone." Elijah finally knew who it was, as for that...
Elijah: Hey Vlad, I am going outside. Not for patrol between, I have some work to do alone.
Elijah: You should go patrol at the north of Houston, I will catch up with you after I am done with my work!
Then Elijah quickly turned himself into electricity and left though the tv cable. Vlad wondered why is a 17 year old a pro-hero ever since meeting him. Either ways Vlad got ready for the day and went out to patrol in north of Houston. Meanwhile with Elijah, he was heading down south in Houston arriving at the bar where the paper told him to go, he then sees someone which he recognized, that someone had a long brown hair, green eyes and he was 5'9 tall in height. He was sitting at the bar drinking coca cola and waiting for someone... Elijah walks up inside the bar and sits on the oppisite end of the table.
Elijah: So it's finally time we met again, UltraX?
The boy looked Elijah in the eyes.
UltraX: Yeah it has been 2 months ever since, by your expression I can tell you already met my delivery friend. So what brings you in Texas, old friend?
Elijah: Yeah I did...
Elijah said it in a pissed off tone, as if he was about to zap UltraX and turn him into a toast.
UltraX: Jeez Relax man, I know my delivery friend can be a little horny and get wet... But ya gonna seriously be pissed off about something so simple, bruh.
UltraX: Either ways listen, so I found information on Garou. He is in Houston right now hiding in an old ware house in the west of the city. However he has a hostage right now, a 20 year old college girl 5'1 tall, she studies abroad right now in New York under the strict college support course. She is visiting Texas due to her vacation, however she was kidnapped and taken away.
Elijah: Why are you telling me all this when ya could've done something?
UltraX looks away and he seemed a bit sad and felt not so comfortable when he was asked that question.
UltraX: If I did... I would be forced to repeat the year as a third year... You see I am the only one in my class who is not allowed to go in and save people like a pro-hero... I have a 10 day patrol exam since I failed my training of saving people properly, my patrol exam however well who would know that I am under Yurika Anderson's for this one...
Elijah wondered about something...
Elijah: Isn't Yurika like a person who would make you work like a pro-hero?
UltraX: Yeah but... since I failed my training, she told me to be more like a camera and detect villains, pretty boring patrol type of test if ya ask me... Be lucky you got a student and ya treat him like a pro hero, ugh...
UltraX was still looking away a bit annoyed now, damn that is a quick mood change. Either ways Elijah was holding some files of Pro-heroes, one of them of course being Yurika, however Elijah puts the files away in his bag.
Elijah: Hmm so a ware house you say?
UltraX: Mhm, Garou has been spotted by security cameras several time on that street near the ware house, yesterday on the other hand is when the girl was kidnapped by him. The cameras captured a footage of him bringing her to the ware house and entering in, however it is unknown whether she is being treated badly or is she using her as a bait to bring Pro-heroes and kill em.
UltraX puts both of his hands behind his head as he closes his eyes.
UltraX: Other information Yurika has said she is heading there right now, that is why I called you... I want you to go there with her and help her alongside save the girl that is kidnapped without a scratch.
UltraX: Do you understand?
Elijah: Mhm, I got it, but where is the ware house?
UltraX: North Houston.
Then Elijah realized something else, he sented Vlad to patrol in that area... This is bad news because if Vlad find that ware house or notices some suspicous activity he will jump in without thinking twice and possibly get his bones broken by Garou...
UltraX: Your expression now tells me that you may have sented your student in that side of the city... Wow ya sure checkmated yourself there.
UltraX: Listen ya should head there before it's too late and use the bus instead, if ya use the zapping ya might draw attention to yourself.
Elijah then stood up and left the bar quickly... As UltraX was thinking how would he tell Yurika about why he is slacking off again. In the meantime at North Housston, Vlad was patrolling till he saw a woman in a hero costume, then Vlad got on the other side of the street to see why she is here.
Vlad: Uh... Miss, what are you doing here?
The woman turns around and notices Vlad, the woman herself was 6'1 in height and she had the expression of a pro-hero.
Woman (Pro-Hero): Oh why hello there, young one. You might wonder who I am or why am I here? Well let me introduce myself properly.
Name: Yurika Anderson
Age: 20
Information on Yurika: As you seen her personality, she pretty much is a nice pro-hero who lives in Montana state in America, however she can get really serious when under stress, she still cares and loves her sister, but she is disappointed in her. Yurika also accepts anyone who is in the hero course as a pro-hero to help her in her missions against villains.
Manifestation: Danger sense
Manifestation information: Danger sense allows her to sense any danger, such as upcoming enemy attack, counter-attack or possible victims of the enemy. This is similar to the search manifesation except it is only used as a way to predict and dodge in a dangerous situation.
Vlad seemed a bit excited...
Vlad: No way, you are Yurika Anderson! Your family is ranked 15th in the top 20!
Vlad: I heard your Manifesation helped ya get out of a lot of dangerous situations before!
Yurika was not expecting to have someone who is a fan of her in Houston. Also she seems to know who Vlad is.
Yurika: Wait I know you...
Vlad: you do?
Yurika: You are that hero course student doing the patrol test for 10 days with Elijah Kanomato, ah and your family is 6th on the rankings if I am correct.
Yurika: I guess I can fill you in with why I am here.
Yurika: It is about Garou, turns out he is hiding in a ware house a street away.
Then Vlad suddenly stopped thinking about how he could improve his power and started to be curious and wanted to know more.
Yurika: I gotten information from a private source that he has kidnapped a college girl.
Yurika: Shame there is no other pro-hero in the north side of Houston that can look up into this case, it has to always be me... Ugh sometimes I wish my sister wasn't such an annoying little dirty anti-hero and help me out!
Vlad wondered to who does she refer to, but then he realized something... A flashback plays...
Mina: My name is Mina Anderson... I am one of the top 3 anti-heroes in America, China & Bulgaria and my power is to turn invisible... Not really a useful one if there is someone with danger sense.
Then the flashback ends, Vlad stayed quiet for a bit and then he reacted before thinking.
Vlad: How about me, I can help you save that girl and beat the crap out of Garou! Just if you let me help you, I will make sure the girl does not get hurt while you fight him!
Yurika looks at vlad with a surprised look and then she proceeds to smile.
Yurika: That is the spirit of a next generation pro-hero! Alright kid you convinced me. Now we should go and beat some stupid Villian's ass!
Yurika started to run and Vlad followed her, they got all the way to the ware house but then they went a street behind going though a tight back alley and getting in the backyard of the ware house, hiding behind a destroyed her. They were preparing a plan on how to enter in and save the girl if Garou is in there right now, 25 minutes have passed and they waited a bit before busting the door open.
Yurika: Ok, Vans... You got it right?
Vlad: mhm, an electric energy ball, made from the radio energy. If Garou is in there, this might weaken him enough for me to take the girl out and then I leave the rest to you as planned.
Yurika: Very good then, let's bust that door open!
Yurika and Vlad got out of their hiding spot and approached the door slowly, as if they didn't wanna make any noise, then Yurika touched the door... She used her danger sense to make sure there is no danger inside there... Vlad is using his ears to try and listen... He hears nothing. Then Yurika is ready as she prepares to bust the door open and Vlad prepares the Electric energy ball. Yurika counted to 3 and then she busted the door open, and upon Vlad entering and seeing Garou, he threw the electric energy ball at him and then he ran for the girl to untie her and get out. However the ball misses and Garou quickly got infront of Vlad and punched him right back to the door he came from. Vlad thought to himself that punch was extermely powerful for a regular punch.
Yurika: V-Vlad are you okay?!
Yurika shouted that in panic as she looked at Vlad and then she looks back and stares at Garou who is staring back with a menacing stare... Then Vlad slowly got up and was completely scared of what just happened, but he repressed that fear and tried to look cool.
Vlad: I am fine, no worries. It is just I was not expecting his immense strength at all!
Vlad: Just who the hell is this Garou, his style is completely changed from what my parents told me and what Elijah told me!

Manifestation (1): Immense Body
Manifestation information (1): As you guessed, the user has immense strength which allows him to fight with a very powerful physicial attacks (something like S-Class maniac) and the user can beat anyone that is weaker then him with little to no effort, alongside that the user's durability allows him to handle heavy to fatal damage dealt to them to be weaker which also makes em stand even after how fatal it is, he is also very fast, has good reflexes and enchanted senses, enchanted senses allow him to sense other people's presence, drawback of Immense Body is overusing it... By that it means he cannot use his POWER too much especially since his stamina is limited and of course instant kill attacks are far stronger then Immense Body, such as GOD vs Garou scenario.
Manifestation (2): Airforce
Manifestation infromation (2): Airforce allows the user to use the air as a possible weapon, such as pushing someone far away and maybe they fall to their death, basically the wind makes you go bye bye, drawback is different depending on the user, Garou's drawback is that he cannot use it more then 3 times a week.
Yurika and Garou still exchange glances and it was silent again... The girl who was tied to the chair was afraid of what is going to happen next. Yurika & Vlad were just staring at Garou, trying to figure out how to beat him... Garou then looked at Vlad and back at Yurika as if he was plotting something. Vlad was hiding one of his hands behind his back making another electric energy ball with his phone's battery, atleast 25% of the battery, but as Garou charged quickly, he was close to punch Yurika right in the face with another one of his punches, but then Vlad attempted to use the electric energy ball he made this time, but then Garou grabbed his hand and threw Vlad right at Yurika which lead to Yurika being pushed outside with Vlad because of that.
Yurika: Jeez, not even 10 minutes into the fight and we are being overunned by a bull, ugh...
Yurika pushed Vlad aside and she starts to stand up again, then she helps Vlad get up.
Vlad: H-How did he predict I was gonna try again?
Vlad: There is no way he knew I was gonna do it-
Garou: idiot.
Then both of them look at Garou who is coming outside, staring at Vlad this time.
Garou: You really think the same trick will work twice?
Garou: You should try thinking outside of the box before attacking me with the same trick.
Garou stands in a fighting position, preparing to attack again. Vlad's expression changed as he was thinking how he can counter Garou's immense strength and dodge his attacks... But as Vlad realized Garou was already preparing for a thrid attack, as if he moved while Vlad was thinking and Yurika did not even Realise... But then a quikc electric shock on Garou and he fell on the ground. As then they both looked back at the door to see Elijah standing proud with that Zap, Vlad quickly runs to him and then.
Vlad: Eli, thank god! That guy has some pretty intense power for-
Then Garou stands up and punches Yurika quickly before she could put the handcuffs on him... Then he also looks ata Vlad and Elijah with a serious look on his face.
Elijah: No worries, I got this... Take the girl away-
the noise of a chair falling was heard as Vlad turned around to see the girl gone, but then he notices the front door of the ware house is opena nd he decides to move, as he got to the front and outside, he notices the girl walked away with some other boy who looks to be 1 year older then you... But then again you wondered why was the boy here... Vlad did want to follow the boy and the girl, once more he decided to back off and run away leaving hte rest to his electric buddy.
Now back to Elijah, him and Garou were fighting, to Garou's suprise, his opponent dodged his attacks very good, as if he met a match for his own immense reflexes and speed. Elijah and Garou both were fighting for the next hour, Garou had nearly to no damage while Elijah was damaged halfway though the fight... Garou was looking at Elijah.
Garou: Is that all you got, electricity? Tch. it is really nothing like come on... I fought way worse foes then you, your parents for example atleast manage to make a scratch, Kanomato!
Garou: I though they would stop me again, but they never came back... What kind of heroes are they, if they cannot stop me from escaping jail?
Those words were making Elijah angry... He was starting to lose it as his entire body was in electricity again, it is the same as the last time... He lost control over his emotions... Within that a flashback loads, back in August 2020... This was one of the many times Elijah lost it over his emotions against someone, August 2020 is when he fought Dj K, shortly after he was mad at Dj Villain.

Manifestation: Disco Wave
Manifestation information: Disco Wave allows the user to sent dangerous red waves when playing as the DJ on a club allows him whenever he wants to use it and sent those red dangerous waves as an attack against their opponent, drawback of this power is that it drains stamina and slows the user down when used.
Dj K: Wow you are so pathetic... Kanomatos were great heroes you say eh? Guess ya were too focused on keeping your pride of your family, you play fair and lost...
Dj K: Your parents are only some random old people who know nothing more then showing off about how great of heroes they are!
Those lines... Elijah was not having it... Elijah's whole body started charing up as he was building one final attack agaistn Dj K... The power of the club suddenly started to go off and on like insane before it went off completely, the only light was coming as Elijah shot all the electricity right at Dj K, zapping him hard... Dj K screamed in pain as the zap kept becoming stronger till the villain was turned into dust.... Flashback ends.
Now back to the present, Elijah this time was not charing off anything as if he filled himself with that much electricity before hand... Elijah rushed at Garou as all the electricity went into both of his hands as they formed fist and ready to punch, then Garou also charged at Elijah preparing a punch, but not a regular one...

Garou: Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist!!!-
As they both clashed and hit each other at the same time... This caused an explosion to damage only the backyard area of where they both were and caused a smoke... When the smoke was cleared, Elijah was on the ground and Garou was still standing with his fist pointing foward... Then he put his arm down and turned around...
Garou: Even at this state, you actually make me take some damage...
Elijah's Double smash has hit hard right into Garou's chest, even though he wasn't zapped at all, it did deal a critcial hit.
Garou: You are only lucky you manage to survive this hit, because I let you survive. Knowing you were able to still do small damage which was critical, guess the heroes and their powers evolved, is the world end theory gonna come true?
Garou: Well only the next generation can tell that...
Garou then laughed off and walked away, slowly walking away and getting away... Elijah standed up, but his body was hurted badly after Garou's punch... Elijah was thinking to himself was he not strong enough yet, was he missing something from his own training as an orphan? He wondered as he slowly walked away...
3 days later... Vlad & Elijah packed up and left the Houston hotel with their luggage. Eli talks about 3 days ago and how he lost against Garou, Vlad was wondering how it ended, even despite seeing Elijah damaged 3 days ago, he still wondered did he win or lose... But now Vlad knows the answer. After both of them arrived at the train station, they got the tickets to the train for New York and they jumped on it and got in the seats.
3-4 hours later, they arrived back in New York and decided to go back to their respective places to leave their luggage before continuing, Vlad ran and arrived back at the gate of his mansion, the gate opens and Vlad runs down the path reaching the front door, as he opens his front door... He sees Elaina on the sofa, she looked tired. Vlad gone to the sofa and sat next to her quickly.
Vlad: Elaina, you look tired... What happened?
Elaina looks at vlad.
Elaina: Oh it is just my student, thank god we finished early with that annoying brat!
Elaina: I feel bad for you having to deal with him for another year... ugh...
Elaina then pulls herself to grab her cup of coffee and she drinks it...
Elaina: You may not get it, but that Jacob boy despite being a brat, he is able to keep up with pro-heroes like it is something regular for him...
Elaina takes another sip of her cup of coffee.
Elaina: Either ways, how was your 5 days with Elijah?
Vlad: Pretty good, we caught some small criminals, nothing too serious.
Elaina takes another sip of her cup of coffee, as Vlad didn't really wanted to tell Elaina what else happened in Texas... Then Elaina puts her cup of coffee back on the table.
Elaina: Hmm, I was expecting you two would catch a big fish, usually that Elijah guy is a magent for danger and quite surpised he did not bring any big fishes onto those first 5 days...
Elaina: Well, guessing that was what I was thinking... But I watched a recent news report, that a ware house in northen Houstin recently had a small explosion... Then again knowing that Elijah would Patrol there for your test, I was gonna ask if you have been in that ware house. But now... I wanna ask, who was the big fish this time?
Vlad looked away from Elaina's eyes, he wasn't sure if he should tell her it was Garou who he saw there. He then stood up and grabbed his luggage.
Vlad: Oh right, I realized I have to leave my luggage, I have patrols to continue in an hour!
Vlad then goes upstairs, leaving Elaina alone. Elaina on the other hand knew Vlad was hiding something, but she decided to let him go this time. Vlad soon after entered his room and put his luggage on the ground near the closet, after that he opened the closet and started to put away the clothes inside the luggage into the closet in proper order. He was thinking to himself while doing that, why was Garou in Texas to begin with or how did Elijah knew where to find him and Yurika... Question after Question it makes Vlad overthinked it a bit.
Even though Vlad dreams to be a hero to save the ones he loves & protects, there are people who are just... Beyond his reach and he has yet to realise that before taking the next step of being a hero...
1 hour later, somewhere in New York. Mina was sitting on top of a building staring down the city. She seemed a bit worried that she may mess up like last time and get locked up for good this time, but yet again she shaked her head and continued watching down the city.
Mina: You know standing there wouldn't change the fact you are spying on me, right?
Then someone comes from behind and sits next to her.
Mina: You been awfually quiet ever since ya came back from Texas, what's up?
Mina: You know Ultra, you can tell me.
UltraX looked at her.
UltraX: It's just the aftermath of what happened in the Ware house encounter, Elijah has called me on the phone after that and tried to lie to me that he manage to make Garou run away... But then the camera hidden in the backyard of that place has recorded the fight before it got destroyed by the mini explosion...
UltraX: Having access to all the cameras in certain countries is helpful for me to know the information I need to. Garou managed to get away and beaten Elijah like it was nearly nothing, by nearly... I mean nearly. Even though knowing it will be harder to beat Garou, I have to rely on only 50% of my power or else I might lose control like I did back in 2020 and punched that enemy, so gotta be careful.
Mina wondered for a bit about what he meant by "I did back in 2020" or why did he say it before it ringed a bell in her mind.
Mina: Back in 2020, you mean you used 100% and lost control over your power? So you are that boy who did beat that giant controlled foe.
Mina then smiled.
Mina: So you finally reveal your full name, UltraX Ivanov. You are so mysterious to the point where you play major part in certain events you know... Yet even after a interview with your family, you never revealed the name of your manifestation.
UltraX: And?
Mina: And that is what made me interest in you, X. Even though you dreamed to be a hero at first, you are gonna be the first pro-hero at age of 18, due to how popular your family is, but are you really a hero?
Mina asked that question without second thinking as if she knew something about UltraX, without him expecting that.
Mina: Either ways, know that I remember when I first asked you about your power name and how it works, you told me figure it out yourself... Well I might have already figured it out~
She giggles as UltraX looks away.
UltraX: You turn out to be smarter then the first time we met back in 2020, hmm... Well next time we talk like that on top of a building, I hope for a good answer or else things will get rough once we go home and you know it.
Just a regular day in New York, Anti-heroes hiding and waiting for villains or corrupted heroes... Corrupted heroes are those who either are devil hosts, work for the villains or do Hero work just for money & fame... Anti-heroes swore to kill the Corrupted heroes and clean society from it's corruption, they also kill Villains that are major threat, otherwise other villains who pose low threat or just criminals are let go to the police & the government... The Anti-heroes have their own base of operations hidden away from the public eye, however due to the amount of Corrupted Heroes killed... The anti-heroes are not looked with positive eye...
Meanwhile, Vlad & Elijah patrolled around New York, asked the locals about any information that can be used to capture & hunt Anti-heroes due to the government wanting it... Some small gangs, criminals and villains who have met Anti-heroes provided little information that is useless to the 2 heroes...
New York MA Headquarters have requested that information, and at the end of the day... Elijah gave up nothing... New York MA Headquarters leader & other 5 heroes are disappointed in Elijah for not providing information for the anti-heroes... However Elijah gave up information after encountering Garou...
As Elijah was inside the room with the other 5... He said...
Elijah: It was my fault for letting Vlad patrol like this... I did not knew Garou would be there.
The leader of the New York MA Headquarters, who are also in charge of who Hero does what...

Information: He manages the New York MA Headquarters, as an important figure and one of the president's most trusted man, he was MA Headquarters of New York & Washington's leader for 14 years now... Don't you think he would have been assassinated by now?
Manifestation: None
Faraz: Elijah Kanomato, what did we tell you when we sented you to find and contain Garou?
Elijah: To... To make sure he won't escape and get knocked out easily... But you gotta hear me out, he had a hostage... I couldn't demonify and beat him!
Faraz closed his eyes.
Faraz: Guess you really are not worth the time of our Headquarters as the fuzz & rumours in Tokyo say... But hey we are willing to give a second chance.
Elijah then...
Elijah: Really?!
Faraz: Mhm... But you will be workin with a royal family who is ranked 7th on the leaderboard... As long as you and them work together and contain Garou... We will be cool.
Elijah then smiled as if he though he will never keep up... Flashback loaded.
The flashback shows Elijah at the age of 5 with his father...
Elijah's Father: Listen son... You got what it takes... With your manifestation, Electricty and your demon form... You will be the top hero of Tokyo and maybe one day... The world's best hero...
The flashback ends as Elijah does the peace sign with his hands.
Elijah: I am ready sir!
Faraz: Remember, if Garou dies... It does not matter. But keep in mind... If we contain him we can take away his power and lock it away for the good of the world.
Faraz: Now you are free to go, after you finished with the patrol testing to the Vans boy, you will meet the so called "royal family."
Elijah walked out of the room happy, but then Faraz was thinking about the 7th ranked family and how they act so unroyal, why are they calling the leaderboard of top 20 that... Now outside of the MA Headquarters, Elijah meets up with Vlad.
Vlad: Well how did it go?
Elijah rolls his eyes.
Elijah: Decent... Sadly I have to work with the 7th ranking royal family now after I am done with you... Ugh it cannot get worse.

Information: Elijah's manifestation was considered more of a battery charger or a useless power to have back when he was only 8... However ever since he became a pro-hero, his power has improved to a whole new level, he is a half-breed like Elaina, but each half-breed has different demon powers.
Manifestation: Electricity
Manifestation Inforamtion: It allows the user to use electric attacks, thunderbolts & anything electric, however it is weak to people with strong endurance and or energy manipulation. or useless if the enemy has electric immunity
Demonification: He can turn into a Demon, the demon powers are currently unknown.
Elijah was thinking to himself, was he just being too careful to demonify after the girl was saved... Or because he was holding back trying to figure out Garou's strength. Once more the Houston Ware House encounter was an event that changed Elijah's prespective on the world.
Elijah: Now ya should head home, after all we got 4-5 days to continue with the Patrol test.
Elijah laughed and walks away, as Vlad walked away in the oppisite direction he was thinking how he can make his energy manipulation stronger to beat Garou's Immense durability. 25 minutes later, Vlad was home, a bit tired then usual he went to the kitchen to see the dinner was already set as Elaina sat on the table... She seemed to be waiting for him once more.
Elaina: You know, you should take it easy, right?
Vlad sat on the table.
Elaina: Be lucky it's my turn this week to cook, clean & take care of the mansion while you are outside doing patrols!
Elaina: You know, I am curious... Kanomato's family used to be ranked 3rd before the 2 heroes retired and Elijah was only 5 when that happened... You wonder why?
Vlad looked at her.
Vlad: Oh, I heard that... Yeah same they retired before the max age, it is unusual...
Vlad: And knowing that I am trying to find more information about him... It seems like he may be hiding something from me as we do the patrols... One day I will be able to answer that question, but for now let's just eat and rest our minds.
Elaina was eating already, so Vlad also started eating... It was another day in New York anyways, it always ends with a dinner, maybe a movie or a tv show and sleep... Till tomorrow.
For the next 4 days... Vlad & Elijah managed to capture 2 Villains, Angelica Rose & Rex Horn. Both of these Villains are known for having no manifestation and causing a big trouble, those two villains also helped Garou to disguise himself and hide in America... So you could say they had the information needed... Angelica and Rex both told what they know, but it was only about his immense strength, durability & stamina, Elijah decided to use that information with Vlad as a way if they encounter Garou next time... To have a better plan for the next encounter.
Also in these 4 days, Elijah & Vlad fought an actual Demon, that Demon was an anti-hero, her name was Kazuna... But she managed to get away only leaving a paper which says "Maybe try harder next time, heroes!" That fight left Vlad with the impression that the enemies grow stronger every day too, not only the heroes... these 10 days were weird for Vlad, he felt like he has seen the worse... But just as he thinks... There is always worse to come... Now on June 30th 2023, in the classroom where the second years study... The big desk which had atleast 20 diplomas all enough for the class... Willow stood infront of the desk.
Willow: I was expecting you all to fail on your patrol tests, but it seems like ya'll are tougher then expected... Remember next year won't be that easy. Next year's entrance exams will be split to 5, remember to train your manifestations on the summer and not to slack off.
Willow: Now... 1 by 1 come and take your diploma and get out of here before I change my mind.
Willow drinks her coffee cup and puts it on the desk and starts calling them one by one as she gives the diplomas away... After 19 classmates, Vlad was finally called and he walked up infront of Willow.
Willow: Listen, Vans. You made a shocking result on the patrol test, not only you fought Garou, but you also saved a hostage... For a second year that is impressive. Otherwise my son as a first year has dropped quite the shocks, one after another... I hope you do the same as a third year, Vans.
Vlad: I will, and I will make you reconsider whether I am that bad of a student as you say in the staff room, Mrs. Ivanova.
Vlad takes his diploma with a smile on his face, just like last year, he finished with the same results... An Excellent S. However that wouldn't be possible without Elijah, guess Elijah saved Vlad from having to repeat the year... Vlad walked outside of the school at the yard, seeing Jacob again... Wondering what he will say.
Jacob: So you have passed, again? You are just a little bug, you know it very well... Your power is no match for my FIRE.
Jacob: Knowing that the sport festival is gonna be part of the 3rd year's experience, I will put you to rest alongside your little fuckin bitch Pro-hero Elaina!
Jacob: Know that you Vans will be retired soon... Even if it means I have to be a villain... I will make sure your life goes downhill quickly...
Jacob then turned around and walked away, as Vlad wasn't expecting him to go as far as to call Elaina a bitch or the fact he wanted Vlad's family retired and out of commission... Vlad couldn't get mad, he was offended and disappointed at how much Jacob has not changed since last year, Vlad had a long road ahead and knew he will have to make sure Jacob doesn't turn dark... Vlad walks away from the school yard, outside of school territory, he was heading home. Willow overheard their small talk...
Willow: Jacob... Grown and spoiled by his family, why did he say that?
Willow: Otherwise he lives with his uncle and aunt, since his parents are both Villains and his mother is locked up for sexual assault, murder attempt, 10 robberies and for child abuse... The child abuse part I do not get, she has not abused a innocent child outside which she does not know... Expect if that is not Jacob... I wonder...
Willow: The Father on the other hand looked like he betrayed his own wife to escape, as it seems... The Father & Jacob still met in secret, but the reports show no sign of child abuse by him... So it seems like Both of Jacob's parents are divorced, but both spoiled him nontheless.
Willow then pulls out a picture, the picture was with Her, her husband, her son and... a Girl which face is compeltely black with a ? sign in the middle, as if she cannot remember that Girl... Then Willow looked up in the sky.
Willow: Whoever that girl is... She is important, but I cannot remember who she was or what my releationship with her was... If someone can solve this, it's me & my son alone.
Willow put the picture away.... Then she thinked how her actions reflected her son's future, but she questioned something about him...
Willow: W-Why did he end up lying for Mina's safety?
