Night falls, when Bela Talbot enters her room at the hotel. She shut the door behind her to see Dean Winchester push her against the wall, gun aiming at her head. Karina Leone was standing behind, looking out for Dean while she was giving Bela a classic death glare.

"Where's the Colt?"

"Dean. Karina."

"No extra words."

"It's long gone--across the world by now."

Karina shook her head, "You're lying."

Dean grabbed her purse from her hand, looking inside while Bela was talking to Karina. "I'll call the buyer. Speak Farsi?" Dean moved toward Dean, frisking her around the waist. "What the hell are you-"

Dean found her gun from the waist, "Don't flatter yourself."

Karina turned on the lights, keeping an eye on Bela. She ordered her while Dean was searching around the room, "Don't move."

"I told you I don't have it."

"You think we're going to believe a word you say?" Dean was turning his back on Karina and Bela, searching through the drawers, cabinets, and suitcase. Karina checked on Dean while Bela slid across toward the door. Suddenly, a knife went near her head. She froze in fear when she saw Karina, not looking at her. Arm aiming toward Karina tilted her head at her, "I said don't move."

Bela looked at the knife near her head, breathing heavily. She looked at Dean who was still searching everywhere in the room while Karina still had her eyes on her. "It's gone. Get on a plane if you must. Track down the buyer. You might catch up to him eventually.'

Dean glared at Bela before walking toward her. Aiming his gun at her head. Karina was still glaring at Bela behind Dean's back, waiting in anticipation. "Are you going to kill me?"

"Oh, yeah."

"You're not the cold-blooded type." Bela looked at Karina, "You, though... it's like looking in the mirror."

"Kay's not you, not by a long shot. See, I couldn't imagine her killing her parents."

Bela's eyes told the story of shock when she smirked at Dean and Karina, justifying the lie. "I don't know what you're talking-"

Karina nodded, glaring at her. "Yes, you do. You were 14 years old. Your father and your mother died in some unusual car accident. Police suspected a slashed brake line, but it was crispy to tell. Little did they know, their little Bela... I'm sorry-- their little Abby. She inherited millions."

Bela looked at Karina, scared and shocked to hear the details. Coming from her mouth, knowing everything about her past even Dean was involved. "How do you even-"

"Doesn't matter, Abby."

Bela sighed deeply before she looked at them. She was smirking in pride as she said her words, "They were lovely people... and I killed them. And I got rich. I can't be bothered to give a damn. Just I don't care what happens to you two."

Dean pushed her against the door. Arm across her throat, gun pointing at her. "You make me sick."

"Likewise."

After their moment of glaring, Dean took a step back. Gun to her head, smirking. She stared back and then closed her eyes. Karina looked up at the herb above the door, she tugged Dean's jacket near him. He looked at her and then followed her gaze on the herbs. Simultaneously, they returned back to Bela, then she opened her eyes. Dean lowered his gun, shaking his head. "You're not worth it."

Dean dragged Bela away from the door, he opened the door. Karina grabbed the remaining knife from the door, following Dean's steps. She shut the door, leaving Bela behind. Bela lifted her hand, opening a small piece of paper. The Erie Motel receipt, one room.

She grabbed her phone and began dialing the number. She looked at it while she talked on the phone, "It worked. They found me. No, Sam wasn't with them. But I know where they are."

***

Meanwhile, Dean and Karina were in the Impala together. Karina was calling Sam, then put it on speaker for Dean while he was driving back to the motel. The call picked up, "Karina? Are you guys okay?"

Karina answered, "Yes, we're fine."

"Did you get the Colt?"

"It's gone..."

"So, does that mean Bela is..."

Dean inferred, "No, no, she deserves to die a dozen times over, but I couldn't do it."

"Dean."

"I'm really screwed, Sammy."

"No, you're just..."

"But you were right, Bela was a goose chase. The Colt's gone, and this time I'm really screwed, Sam."

Karina looked down, emotionally drowning in thoughts. Sam began to speak, "Maybe not. Look, guys, I found Benton's cabin."

Karina asked, "You're okay? Was he there?"

"Yeah."

"And you kill him?"

"No."

Dean and Karina exchanged glances then he asked Sam. "What do you mean, "no"?"

"Dean, please just listen for a second. I found his lab book, and it has the formula."

Karina asked, "The immortality formula?"

"Yeah."

Dean commented, "Great, let me guess-- I got to drink blood out of a baby skull?"

"No, that's the thing-- it's not black magic. There's no blood sacrifice or anything. It's just science, guys." Dean and Karina exchanged suspension glances while Sam was talking, "Very, very extremely weird science, but..."

"Wait, wait, wait. What are-- what are you saying? You think..."

"I think it might be doable. I mean, I know we've hit a lot of walls, but I-I think this formula, I think it might be it. This could save you."

Karina was looking at her phone, hearing Sam's words. Concerned and frightened to think that that kind of formula would save the day. She would give anything to save Dean's life but not something that was sinister and dark. She couldn't imagine Dean becoming an organ killer. It wasn't her choice to make either, it's Dean's choice to make.

Dean nodded, "Okay, so, this formula..."

"Well, I mean, look, look, we're not in the clear yet. There are still things that I don't get..."

All of the sudden, the speaker echoed Sam's struggle grunting. He was muffling, fighting against. Dean and Karina looked at the phone, yelling his name. "Sam? Sammy! Sam!!" The call got deadlined with a longing dial tone. Dean put his foot on the accelerator.

After a while, the Impala was roaring through the forest. They both went their separate ways to one cabin. Karina went on the left outside of the cabin when Dean went to the front. When Karina found the fading light from below the cabin.

She walked toward it, seeing the shattered window. She lowered herself down, seeing Dr. Benton talking to Sam on the operating table. He was strapped to the arms and waist. His eyes were taped open, she can tell that Sam was held captive in fear. Helpless when Dr. Benton kept talking to him.

She waited for Dean to give the distraction for Dr. Benton, but it was painful to her to watch Sam living in terrifying pain. The moment Dr. Benton was ready to scoop Sam's eyes out, she clasped her mouth. Trying not to scream out in terror to see Sam on the operating table.

Three gunshots rang out, and Dr. Benton was shot from behind. He saw Dean holding the gun at him while he approached him, "Shoot all you want." Dr. Benton walked toward Dean as he shot two more bullets at him, then threw him across the room.

Karina finally slid through the window, landing her feet on the cabinet. She rushed to Sam while Dean was fighting Dr. Benton.

She leaned over to him and whispered. "I'm here, Sam. I'm here." Sam's eyes saw the light behind her head surrounded in the darkness, knowing he was safe. She was the light in the darkness.

She carefully got rid of the tapes out of his eyes. She did both of them, hearing Sam grunting in pain. She finally got rid of the tapes, then she unstrapped the cuffs on the arms and waist. He sat up from the operating table, then his arm was on her shoulder. He got down from the table, looking down at Karina. Karina was looking back at him, the candlelights were beside them.

Karina pulled away from the gaze when Dr. Benton collapsed on the floor. Minding the knife stabbed his heart covered with chloroform. Dean and Karina lifted Dr. Benton up, moving him across the operating table. Sam strapped him with arms and waist.

Dr. Benton slowly woke up, seeing the trio standing over him. Dean exclaimed, "Oh, hiya, doc. Wakey, wakey, eggs and bac-y."

"Please."

"Please what? You've been killing poor bastards for over 150 years and now you got a request? Shut up."

"No, you don't understand. I can help you. I know what you need."

"We might have to cut him up into little bits. You know, this immortality thing is a bitch."

Dean looked at Sam and Karina, chuckling. They both smirked softly at Dean then Dr. Benton said a few words that grabbed Sam's attention. "I can read the formula for you. The whole immortality-- forever young, never die."

Dean looked down at Dr. Benton while he looked at Dean. Sam looked up at Dean, calling his name to be alone with him. Karina had her eyes on Dr. Benton when she overheard the conversation in the next room.

Dean asked, "What?"

"I mean, we're talking Hell in three weeks or needing a new pancreas in like half a century."

"Yeah, well, you can't exactly get those at a Kwik-e-Mart."

"It's not perfect, but it buys us more time to think of something better. We just need time, Dean. I mean, please, just-- just think about it."

Dean looked down for a moment, seeing Karina from afar. He was thinking clearly and surely, then he looked at Sam. He made his choice, "No." For what it's worth, it made Karina quietly smile.

"Dean, don't you want to live?"

"What he isn't living. Look, this is simple."

"Simple?"

"To me, it is, okay. Black or white-- human, not human." Dean returned back to the operating table, looking down at Dr. Benton. "See, what the doc is a freakin' monster. I can't do it. I would rather go to Hell."

Dean covered a rag with more chloroform while Dr. Benton yelled at him. "You don't understand. I can help you!" Dean ignored him when he covered the rag in his mouth.

"Now, we're going to take care of him. You can either help us or not. It's up to you." Dean said that to Sam when he looked at Dr. Benton, getting blackout again. Sam nodded.

Huntress and the Winchesters were outside above the huge gravesite. Revealing a refrigerator wrapped with a locked chain along with his journal on top of it. They all heard Dr. Benton banging at the door, screaming in terror.

"Enjoy forever in there, doc," said Dean. They all began to dig the dirt, covering the grave with Dr. Benton. The mission is accomplished.

***

Back at the Erie motel, high heels were walking down the hallway. Landing their feet upon the doorway. It was Bela Talbot with her gun with a silencer. She entered the room, quietly. She raised her gun, shooting three bullets at the covered beds and couch. She moved closer, turning on a bedside lamp. She pulled back the covers to reveal a blonde sex doll. It was slowly deflating. Her face was frozen in fear and shock then she uncovered another bed. It revealed a brunette sex doll, deflating.

Upon that moment, she turned her back, seeing the covers on the couch drop on the floor. Revealing a black-haired sex doll, deflating on the couch. The phone began to ring, she quickly picked up the call.

Hearing Dean's voice from the receiver, "Hiya, Bela. Here's a fun fact you may not know-- I felt your hand in my pocket when you swiped that motel receipt."

"You don't understand."

Back in the Impala, Dean had his phone on speaker while he was driving. Sam and Karina were sitting in the front seat, listening to their conversation. Dean nodded, "Oh, I'm pretty sure I understand perfectly. You see, Kay and I noticed something interesting in your hotel room, something tucked above the door. An herb, Devil's shoestring."

Karina finished the thought, "The herb is useful for one thing, keeping Hellhounds from afar. After my pleasing research, Abby, I went back to your lovely people's obit. Finding out they both died 10 years ago to this exact day. You didn't kill them. The demon did you a favor."

Dean asked slowly, testifying, "You made a deal, didn't you, Bela? And it's come due... Is that why you stole the Colt, huh? Try to wiggle out of your deal? Our gun for your soul?"

Karina shrugged, "Too bad that stealing the Colt didn't work, correct?"

"They changed the deal. They wanted me to kill Sam."

"Wow... I'm not actually surprised. Demons are trustworthy creatures." Karina looked at the time on the radio, "Look at the time. Oh, would you look at that! Two minutes to midnight."

Bela was sobbing after looking at the clock on the dresser, then Dean turned the speaker off. He put it to his ear, listening to Bela's worthless crying. "Dean, Karina, listen, I need help."

"Sweetheart, we are weeks past help."

"I know I don't deserve it."

"You know what, you're right, you don't. But you know what the bitch of the bunch is? If you would have just come to us sooner and asked for help, we probably could have taken the Colt and saved you."

"I know and saved yourself. I know about your deal, Dean."

"And who told you that?"

"The Demon that holds it. She holds mine, too. She said she holds every deal."

"She?"

"Her name's Lilith."

Dean looked at Sam and Karina and repeated. "Lilith? Why should I believe you?" Sam and Karina  looked in the distance. She turned her head to Sam, sending fiery eyes at him. Sam was looking out, frozen. Karina was breathing heavily turning into a growl at one thing, Ruby.

"You shouldn't, but it's the truth."

"This can't help you, Bela. Not now. Why are you telling me this?"

"Because just maybe you can kill the bitch."

Sam Winchester and Karina Leone looked at Dean Winchester, holding the call. Before he said his final words to Bela, he hung up the call. Giving a tense, chilling moment.

"I'll see you in Hell."
