My quirk strength training has been paying off. I can easily lift heavy objects such as a concrete or boats, also lifting a building has been much less difficult now.
All of us were back at USJ, where we had our first villain attack. Except this time we were actually training. Hence why I know my training has been paying off. If I hadn't made it to UA I wouldn't have the power and strength I have today.
I was taking a quick break on one of benches and watched as all of my friends do their own thing. I slowly started to close my eyes since all of a sudden I started to feel sleepy. I was about to lay my head on the table when I heard an explosion near me, snapping me back into reality.
"What're you doing witch?" Katsuki asked
"Just resting, kinda sleepy though" I replied
Katsuki flicked my forehead.
"Ow! What was that for?!" I complained rubbing my head
"There's no reason you should be sleepy! You're just overdoing it witch!" He answered back
"No Im not"
"So when you picked up that heavy debris, you were okay?" He crossed his arms and tapped his foot waiting for my answer
"Yeah! Perfectly fine..."
He glared at me until I told the truth.
"Okay yeah, I might've over done it or something" I confessed
He handed me a water bottle "Take care of your self, witch! Don't over do it"
"Ugh, alright"
After a long deserved break, I was back on the grounds. I was on the ruins zone hence why I was picking up debris. But now I think i'll try the mountains. Not to pick them up but just more training on how to get around them. You never know what setting you're gonna be fighting on.
"Hey, (Y/N)! You're fighting here now?" Kirishima greeted me as I walked by the mountains
"Yeah, this'll be a new setting for me, I'll be trying to get around the mountains" I explained
"That's so cool!" His eyes sparkled "I'll try not to bother you or crumble down the mountains" He said as he flexed his hardened skin
"It's all good, I rather you do that it'll be a good challenge"
Oh how wrong I was. Kirishima was stronger than before, so every now and then pieces of the mountains came tumbling down and here I was trying dodge all the flying pieces.
"You alright, (y/n)?" Kirishima asked as I nodded
"Stay put, Im gonna try something" I told him.
He gave me a thumbs up and waited for me. I concentrated on my surroundings and started to levitate with the ruble around me that Kirishima made, which was quite a lot. He realized what I was doing and hardened his skin getting ready for the impact.
(remember wanda vs. thanos on endgame?!? like that !! if you haven't watched it, watch it))
I threw it at him which he blocked perfectly and came out unscathed.
"That was cool!" Kirishima shouted "You almost got me— you okay?"
"Hm? Yeah, fine... why?"
He pointed at his nose. I was confused but I touched my nose and felt a liquid substance, immediately I knew it was blood.
"This is nothing, I think I just—"
"You just what, witch?!"
Somebody cut me off. I wiped my nose quickly with my sleeves and finished my sentence"
"I think I just got really strong" I say as Katsuki appears out of no where
"Hey Bakugo, don't get mad at (y/n) she was awesome" Kirishima put his arm around my boyfriend but still sounded nervous
Before Katsuki could scold me there was an announcement from Aizawa sensei saying that we're leaving.
"Would you look at that, we wouldn't want to disobey our teacher let's get going!" I said as I walked past Katsuki and Kirishima.
I got ahead of them but I knew later on Katsuki was gonna bring it up. We all gathered around as we were ready to leave, I sat next to Mina on the bus so my boyfriend wouldn't give me a lecture.
"Hey Mina, Im gonna take a nap wake me up when we get back"
"Will do!"
~~~~~~ 3rd POV
Awhile later, class 2-A had arrived back in their school. Everyone was getting off the bus except Mina who had a sleeping (y/n) on her shoulder.
"(y/n) we're here"
Mina moved her shoulder and lightly slapped her cheeks but she wouldn't wake up.
"Oh my god, are you dead?! Bakugo! (Y/n) won't wake up!" Mina shouted getting Bakugo's attention
"She's not dead, she's just exhausted dumbass" He spoke up as he felt (y/n)'s forehead "And she has a fever, oi witch what did I tell you?!"
Bakugo scolded his girlfriend even though she was passed out. He took her away from Mina's shoulder and got her off the bus. Aizawa had the same stoic look on his face when he saw (y/n) in Bakugo's arms, but somehow he could clearly tell he had a different expression.
"She's just in a heavy sleep, I don't think Recovery Girl is necessary" Bakugo said to not stress out his teacher.
The teacher just nodded and dismissed everyone since he knew they would be pretty tired. Everyone helped Bakugo with the doors, elevator and opening up her room. After he kicked everyone out of her room, he laid her down in her bed.
"It's gonna suck sleeping in your hero costume, but I told you not to overdo it" Bakugo said as he started undressing himself of his costume and into his regular clothes. "I'll be back, witch, don't go anywhere.. Ha, you can't"
Bakugo just laughed in the end but he went to the kitchen to fix his girlfriend something to eat before he scolds her. He went back up to her room after having a plate full of food. Bakugo knew it might be awhile before she wakes up, so he sets up his own sleeping spot on the floor so she can be comfortable.
~~~~~~~ Normal POV
I woke up to some muffled voices. Better yet one muffled voice but I had just woken up so I couldn't quite understand.
"What?" I croaked
I heard some shuffling and suddenly my boyfriend came into view.
"What are you doing here? What time is it?" I asked as I stretched but I felt uncomfortable "And why am I in my hero— oh"
"Yeah oh! Eat and change before I yell at you!" Katsuki exclaimed as he handed me everything
"Well... Thank you for making sure I'm comfortable before you yell at me" I sighed
I changed out of my hero costume and started eating in silence until I spoke up again.
"Okay you can start" I say
"What did I tell you not to do?" He asks surprisingly calm
"Not to overdo it" I replied
"And what did you do?"
I took a pause before replying again.
"Over did it?"
"Damn right you did! Raccoon eyes thought you died!"
There he is. Shouting Katsuki.
"But I didn't" I chuckled "I know you guys are worried about me but Im fine. It's only natural that I'd have some effects for 'powering up' look at Midoriya"
"Tsk"
"When you first started doing powerful explosions did your arms hurt? Did your ears ring?" I questioned him taking another bite of my food but he just looked away "Katsuki~~"
"Yes"
"See!"
"Fine fine, witch. Let's just take care of each other"
I nodded in agreement. Suddenly he got up and checked my forehead.
"But you're still burning up. I'll get a washcloth with cold water" He says before leaving. A few minutes later he comes back and places the washcloth on my forehead.
"Okay, now can we cuddle? It'll make me feel better"
He agreed immediately and didn't waste time climbing in bed next to me.
