Klaus POV
We had arrived at the bayou. Me, Rebecca and Elijah looked around no one in site. Like the place had been ravished or abandon."YOU WOLVES. COME OUT! I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF YOUR GAMES" I yelled.
A group of a hundred people came walking out from all different directions. All of them growled coming toward us."SOME OF YOUR PACK MEMBERS DECIDED TO ATTACK ,MY LOVE. IF YOU HAND OVER THOSE MEN. I WON'T SLAUGHTER THE REST OF OUR PACK MEMBERS". I was doing this for Tara sake however I knew how this was gonna go.
One of the women stopped growling and started to talk.
"Do you think you're a part of our pack" the asked."No.I.dont.I'm your alpha you all are part of my pack" I smirked. "NO. We don't except you as our alpha. We all wish our warriors had killed your bitch. Then, you would feel the way we do". I grabbed the lady's neck as she tried to fight me but in one snap she was dead.The woman's body fell to the floor.
"LET THE FESTIVITIES BEGIN"! I said with arms out looking at the sky then looked at the pathetic wolves .
The wolves started attacking me and my siblings. Two wolves ran towards me I let my fangs out and bit one of them. The wolf fell to the ground holding its neck while I grabbed the other wolf's heart. More wolves kept coming and they either ended up with their heart out or decapitated head.
When I looked over at Rebekah I saw her snapping a wolf's neck. She did it effortlessly. I looked at my brother his hands were covered in blood. Once all the wolves were dead Elijah had gotten his handkerchief and wiped his bloody hands.
"Klaus, you look a mess" Elijah gazed over my bloody clothes. I just smiled. I missed the thrill of taking a heart out of a body. The feeling of when a body runs cold from dying."Let's go Niklaus I need a bloody bath," Rebekah said.
"Hmm. I can't wait to see Tara" I say giddy
"You know she's mad at you Niklaus. She didn't want us killing these wolves.Tho they did deserve it for trying to hurt my sister-in-law" Rebekah said.
"I will just have to deal with it. I'm tired and all I want to do is go to sleep."
Tara's POV
I walked back and forth tears streaming down my face... For four hours I waited wondering if he might not killed those wolves. I felt useless. I couldn't escape from Klaus and I couldn't help those wolves. I halted hearing the door open. I watched as a Klaus came in covered in blood. He looked like a horror film. With terror sick mind I wrapped my arms around my body.
"Hello, love" Klaus beamed. "So, I guess you killed them" I whispered trying to hide the fear in my voice."I had to TARA they tried to hurt you. They could have KILLED YOU. I love you and I would rather die than to have you dead in my arms" he wretched. I could feel his heated eyes wanting to see my face. All I could think about was the blood on his body could be mine next. So, I turned letting his gaze go over my body stopping at my face.
"Great now I want to take a shower and get out of these bloody clothes. Then,we can get some sleep". I sat on the bed for a minute just reliving the sight of all that blood. I heard Once I heard the shower turn off I got up and crawled under the covers. I faced my body away from the restroom door. A few minutes later I felt a dip in the bed. My breath hitched as I felt him scoot closer to me.
I heard him whisper "You know I would never kill you. I can hear your heartbeat. I know you're scared but I would never hurt you my love. You know that right? Klaus said."
"Yea I know."
I felt him kiss me on my temple and pull me close. As I fell asleep a tear went down my cheek.
2 Days Later
Klaus had decided that I would go back to school on Tuesday which is today. Me, Davina, and Josh had walked into school. I got to walk to my locker alone. Davina and Josh started to trust me more. I was about to walk towards them when a hand-pulled me away into a different hallway.
The person turned around and I realized it was Damon. He looked so scared and anxious. He wasn't smiling like his usual self.
"I'm so happy you're back. I was worried. Josh called me telling me about what happened..I knew I couldn't visit you because of Klaus. I wish I could have been there to protect you Dylan said ".
I looked at him touching his shoulder.
"It was fine Davina protected me. I'm glad you weren't there you could've gotten hurt."
"I wouldn't care if I got hurt I can heal. You can't. I care about you Tara Damon said."
He looked down looking into my eyes then at my lips.
"I wish I was strong enough to take you away from Klaus. Damon said.
He then leaned in kissing me. I was in shock his lips dominated mine. His lips were soft. I pushed him away and ran away hearing him call my name.
I had caught up to Josh and Davina they asked me where I had been. I didn't know what to say. I just couldn't believe me and Damon had kissed. I mean he is cute. Muscular arms, Nice eyes, and smile. But he and I are just friends I can't. We all continued going through classes until lunch came. Damon would sit with us.Im still nervous seeing him. I will just act like everything is normal. Act like the kiss never happened.
Damon POV
I had kissed Tara. I touched my lips thinking about her soft pink lips. She had ran away. I didnt regret what I had did but I still wanted to be friends if she didn't feel the same. I wanted to get a response to that kiss.I walk to class thinking about lunch which would be the perfect time to talk to Tara.
..........Lunch
I walked to the table were I had seen Tara, Davina and Josh. I Sat down right next to Tara. Throughtout lunch I would try to talk to Tara but she would start up another conversation with Davina.When I finally got in a conversation she made it awkward.
So Tara what are you gonna wear for the Miklealson ball davina asked.
"What ball no one told me about a ball Tara said".
Oh, I'm surprised Klaus hasn't told you. It's in 2 months but you need to get ready. The Mickelson party is held every year and is high class. Marcel makes me go every year but luckily I will know one person other than my date Josh Davina said.
"Oh lucky you get to bring a date. Im stuck with that devil Tara said.
Who said that. You can bring me sweetness I said while moving closer to Tara.
"Stop calling me THAT Tara yelled.
"I'm sorry" I said.
Right when I was about to talk about our kiss the bell rang.
