Tara POV
Two months passed quickly with finals at school and more dates with Klaus. Damon and I had got Davina to secretly help us go on dates. I've tried calling my parents but they haven't answered me in two weeks. Right now I'm at the mall shopping with Rebecka for a gown for the big Michealson ball.
"Bloody hell you look good in. everything."Rebeka sighed. "Thanks but from what you've told me I don't really get the theme"."It's the victoria era. Corsets, bonnets, top hats, bustles, and petticoat. Trust me there were handsome men in that era. I remember getting some good dick" Rebecca clapped.
I blushed shaking my head
"Alright, let's hurry and find my dress."
After a while, we found our dresses and Rebeckah had them sent to the house. We were walking when I spotted Damon."Hey Rebecca I see one of my friends from school could I go say hi real quick"."Yeah. Go ahead I'm going to sit over there. These bloody heels are killing me" she grunted. I walk into the store I saw Damon go into.
Looking around I didn't seem until I got pulled into a corner. "Hello, princess" Damon said grabbing waist. "Damon " I smiled.
"What are you doing here" Damon asked?
"Just shopping for a dress with Rebecka."
"Oh" he frowned taking his hand of my waist holding my hand.
Rebekah POV
I rubbed my foot rolling my eyes at the ache at heels.I stood up and went into the store I saw Tara go into. Setting my gaze over the store I saw Tara holding hands with a tan skin boy. I walked over slowly.
Damon POV
I was holding Tara soft hand when a woman stood behind us. I let go of her hand and stared at the lady who looked close to Klaus. Tara turned around to see Rebecca.
"Rebecca" Tara smiled nervously. "I need to talks to your friend alone Rebekah smiled with hidden meaning.
Tara walked to the exit leaving us alone.
"My name is Damon".
"You and Tara are just friends correct" she looked me over suspiciously. "Of course, I know she has a fiancé. Klaus" I smiled. "Good. Here is an invitation to the party" she said handing me envelope. She walked away leaving me alone
Tara POV
"So,he's cute" Rebekah chirped.
"I didn't notice we're just friends. He has a girlfriend" I slipped out. "Hmm" she nodded.
She drove back to the compound. There was a red carpet while waking in. People were running around in server outfits moving things. I saw Freya reciting spells moving things. I looked back down seeing Elijah speaking to Marcellus.
"Tara there is lunch on the table" Elijah said.
"Okay". I went into the dining room filling my plate sitting down.The hairs on my neck were standing up and I went still when arms devolved me."Love, guests will be arriving in four hours you should go upstairs."
"Okay." I walked up to the room and closed the door. I was walking to the bed when I heard my phone ring. I picked it up to see the caller ID was Damon."Tara, I need to talk to you about something but make sure they can't hear you" Damon said.
I walked over to the restroom and turned on the shower and sink. "Okay. Talk!"
"I'm coming tonight, Rebekah gave me an invitation" Damon explained. "No, I don't want you to. I don't think Klaus will like me having a male friend that is not gay come."
"I need to come. I want to take you away from him. I have a plan. We can be happy and we can find your parents. We can all go to Carolina. There is a witch community there where we can stay. they hate Klaus and they can protect all of us. Say you will come with me" he pleaded.
"I don't know......How will I escape? There's no way Klaus is gonna let me leave his sight tonight." "I've gathered some wolves to help make a big distraction that can help us slip away. Please come with me. I love you and I don't want you to stay forced to him".
"I love you,too. I want to be free. Yes I will come with you ".
We continued talking as he told me the plan until I heard the door open to the room. I cut off the shower and rinsed my hair in the sink then turned it off. Taking my clothes off and grabbing the towel near me. I walked out.
"Hi, Klaus".
