After you finished reading the letter, you were a crying mess, your heart was hurting after listening to your mother's words. You placed the letter down and covered your face as you broke down. Ran pulled you into a tight hug as he gently rubbed your back, the others watched you break down in pain. You buried yourself into Ran's embrace, he closed his eyes as he felt your body trembling.
''Shush, shush'' Ran softly spoke as he tightened his grip around you, gently stroking your hair
Kakucho signalling for Ran to let him hold you, he nodded.
''Hey, Y/N, come here'' Kaku softly spoke
You slowly got out of Ran's embrace and Kaku pulled you into a tight hug, bringing you close to to his body, gently rubbing your back. The rest sat close to you both, the letter was painful, and hearing you read it was even more painful. You stayed like that in Kaku's embrace for some time.
''So in the end, the one thing my parent's wanted me to do was to protect my sister.....which I couldn't'' You painfully chuckled as more tears flowed down your face.
Your voice was laced with pain, and it broke the guys and Nika seeing you like this, you always blamed yourself for that, you could never forgive yourself, because your sister died because of you, is what you always thought, and it still hurts you till this day.
''Y/N, listen to us, what happened back then was not your fault okay, please stop blaming yourself'' Koko softly spoke as he cupped your face, wiped the tears with his thumbs
''You did fulfill what your parent's asked of you Y/N-Chin, I know your sister is proud of you, so please stop blaming yourself, you're only hurting yourself by saying that'' Mikey softly spoke as he gently stroked your hair
''Come on, stop crying now, if you cry, I will end up crying'' Kaku spoke as he wiped your tears
''And then we will all end up crying'' Nika added as she wiped a tear that escaped, you frowned as a few more tears fell
''So turn that frown upside down'' Sanzu smiled widely, causing you to chuckle at his behaviour
''Now that's what we want to see'' Akashi smiled as he ruffled your hair, causing you to smile at him
''Your smile is so precious Y/N'' Sanzu smiled warmly
''Our little sunshine shouldn't cry okay. If you're happy, then we are happy. If you're sad, then we are sad. So that's why we're saying don't blame yourself okay, nothing was your fault. Your parents will always love you and so will we'' Izana smiled softly as he wrapped his arms around you, holding you close to his body.
''What's with all these nicknames?'' You chuckled
''At least we give you cute nicknames, you give us messed up nicknames'' Ran rolled his eyes, causing you to giggle
Hehhh~ Do I? I don't recall ever calling you something stupid'' You cheekily smiled as put your finger on your chin
''Oh sure you haven't~'' Mochi rolled his eyes, causing everyone to laugh at him
''I'm sorry Mochi-Mochi~'' You giggled
''At least that sounds nice'' Mochi smiled, causing the others to smile as well
''Okay, so what if I asked you to tell us what we remind you of, what would you say?'' Rindou asked curiously
''Okay.....let's see....
''Haru reminds me of a pink grapefruit''
''Ran remind me of a plum''
''Rin reminds me of a jellyfish''
''Mikey reminds me of meerkat''
''Nika reminds me of a bunny''
''Izana reminds me of a mango''
''Kaku reminds me of a swan''
''Koko reminds me of a bank''
''Akashi and Mochi remind me of old people''
They all looked at you, Sanzu, Nika, Kaku, Izana, Koko and Ran seemed to approve of what you said, but Rindou, Mikey, Akashi and Mochi looked at you with blank faces. You giggled at their reactions.
''From what angle do I look like a jellyfish?'' Rindou asked as he folded his arms over his chest staring at you
''Your hair makes you look like one'' You giggled
''A jellyfish is still fine, but what about a meerkat?'' Sanzu started laughing, causing Mikey to glare at him
''Is it because of his height?'' Izana laughed
''Hey! I'm not even that small.....anymore'' Mikey pouted
''That's partly the reason.....you remind me of a meerkat cuz they are cute'' You smiled
''Aww~ Thank you Y/N-chin.....sort of....I guess'' Mikey chuckled shaking his head
''Okay, why a mango tho?'' Izana asked curiously
''I don't actually know.....I love mangoes and I love you'' You giggled, causing Izana to chuckle at your cute behaviour
''I'm satisfied with mine, I know it's because of my hair colour'' Sanzu and Ran said in unison, with big smiles on their faces.
''Nika reminds me of a bunny....because this little one is soooo adorable like a bunny'' You smiled
''Kaku reminds me of a swan, because he is the most graceful out of us'' You smiled widely
''Koko doesn't need explaining, it's pretty obvious'' You chuckled
''Mochi, let's leave, clearly we don't belong here with these youngsters'' Akashi rolled his eyes
''Cuz we're ''old'' Akashi added
''No wait! I never meant it.....but okay let's see......Mochi reminds me of a crane, because if you look closely at his eyebrows, they look like cranes'' You smiled
''Okay, I'm leaving!!'' Mochi announced, causing everyone to laugh at him
''Okay okay okay, I'm sorry Mochi-Mochi'' You pouted as you held his arm
''You promise?'' He asked squinting his eyes at you
''Yes Yes!!'' You smiled, causing him to ruffle your hair
''Our family is incomplete without you two, so I'm sorry, I love you both a lot'' You smiled widely
''We love you too, you idiot'' Akashi flicked your forehead, smiling at you.
''Okay, now you have to tell me what I remind you of'' You sat down on the couch, folding your arms over your chest
''A chihuahua.....cuz those little critters are feisty just like you'' Ran announced with a big smile
But you sat there with a blank face, as you blinked at him, the rest laughed at you, but you just rolled your eyes at him. You eventually gave up and started laughing with everyone.
''Okay, I see where you're coming from'' You sighed in defeat
''Shall we continue where we left off?'' You smiled
''I want to see what else is in the box'' You added
So then the guys all sat down on the floor with you, you looked through the box and found photos, two little teddy bears, a few other small toys, a pendant, a few bows and other stuff. You all were looking at the photos, everyone had smiles on their faces. You know now what your parent's looked like, warm tears made their way down your face as you went through the photos. Rindou wiped your tears and placed a gentle kiss on your forehead.
''You really do look like your mum Y/N'' Izana smiled warmly
''You both have the exact same smile'' he added
''Yeah....'' You smiled as looked at the photos
''You seemed like the cute little girly girl back when you were little'' Koko chuckled
''I mean all these bows are so cute'' He added
Koko then attached one of the bows on your hair and smiled widely. The others looked at you and their hearts warmed up. He took a photo of you, with you smiling widely at the camera, causing the others to smile happily.
''You look so cuteee'' Nika smiled widely as she squished your cheeks
''The other half of the necklace is my sister's, but I'm going to wear both parts'' You smiled at you looked at the two pieces and put it together
''Of course'' Rindou smiled as he patted your head gently
''I'm guessing, these two fluffy ones were your favourite teddy bears'' Sanzu smiled as he held up the two cute little teddy bears
''Now we know, why you're so attached to teddy bears'' Kaku spoke up grinning
He then gave them to you and you held them close, Sanzu pulled you into a hug, gently rocking you side to side, you snuggled into his embrace. There were a lot of photos in the box, so you all spent the afternoon looking at them. Eventually, you had fallen asleep in Sanzu's arms. The others looked at you and smiled warmly. The rest then put everything back into the box, since you were holding the teddy bears close to you, they didn't take them and just them stay with you. Sanzu picked you up in his arms and made his way over to your room, gently placing you down on your bed, and placing the covers over you. He then placed a gentle kiss on your forehead. Mikey came in and placed the box on your bedside table, both Mikey and Sanzu smiled down at you, before making their way out of your room to let you rest.
