Y/n POV
"Y/n wake up" Ariana shook my gently
I groaned and rolled over to the other side
"Wake up" she shook me again
"No" I replied
I felt a dip in the bed which told me that Ariana was now most likely sitting next to me
"Wake up, honey" she said as she rubbed my head
"What do you want... honey?" I mimicked as I turned to face her
"I think we should hangout by the pool today" she suggested
"You woke me up for that? You can do that alone" I said
"But I want you to come with" she said
"But it's so early" I complained
"Actually its not" she said
I looked at her confused
"It's actually noon" she told me
"What?" I asked
She nodded
"You were tired so I just let you sleep. To be fair, we didn't go to bed until really late" she told me
I hummed
"So are we going to sit by the pool and maybe swim?" She asked
I thought for a moment
"Please" she pleaded
"Yes, I'll sit by the pool with you and maybe swim" I gave in
A big smile tugged at her lips
"Just let me brush my teeth and get ready" I said
"Okay, I'm going to go put on my swimsuit" she said before kissing my cheek and walking out of my bedroom
When she closed the door behind her, I got out of bed and made my way to my bathroom. I then proceeded to brush my teeth, wash my face, and put my hair up in a bun to avoid getting it wet in the pool. Once I was done with all of that, I then picked out a black bikini and tied the strings
"Are you ready?" Ariana knocked at my door
"Yup" I said swinging it open
"Can you help me tie this?" She asked coming into my room as she held onto the ties of her cream colored bikini
"Sure" I said taking the ties from her while she held it to her chest so it didn't fall off
"There you go" I patted her back as I finished
"Thank you" she smiled
I nodded
"Now lets go" she grabbed my wrist and dragged me along with her
"I already fed the dogs and piggy and they're already outside waiting" Ariana told me as we reached the back door
"Wait, do you still have sunscreen?" She asked
"yea. let me go and I'll go get it" I said
"Okay" she said finally letting my wrist go and allowing me to get the sunscreen from the medicine box in a closet
I also grabbed the baby oil in case she wanted to tan as well
"Here you go" I said tossing her the bottle
"Thank you" she told me as she began rubbing some on her arms and stomach
"Get my back for me please?" She asked
I nodded as I squeezed some into my hand and started to apply it to her back
"I'll do you now" she told me once I was finished
I didn't even have time to protest before she started rubbing a lot on my back
"That's so much" I said
"I don't want you to burn" she told me
"Well now I definitely won't" I laughed
"Good" she replied
I playfully rolled my eyes
"They don't want to get into the pool?" I asked Ariana as the dogs and piggy were sitting on the grass
"I guess not" she replied
All I could do was nod. We couldn't force them to get in
"I love when we do this" she told me going over to the pool and sitting at the edge with her feet in the water
"Me too" I agreed doing the same as her and leaning back on my hands
"I really enjoy the sun and I really enjoy my time with you so its a win, win" she added
"I enjoy my time with you too" I smiled as I looked over at her
"Even when I do this?" She asked
I didn't even have time to question her before she harshly pushed my back which landed me in the water
"That was fucked up" I said when I swam to the surface
Ariana was laughing hysterically, so much so that she began crying
"Here" she said reaching her hand out for me
I looked at her
"Let me help you out" she said
I nodded as I took her hand, except I didn't let her pull me up. Instead, I pulled her in as well
"I set myself up for that one" she said pushing her wet hair back as she came to the surface
"You really did" I laughed
She laughed as well as she wrapped her arms around my neck and her legs around my waist
"Is it too deep over here?" I asked
"A little" she replied
"Should we move over there?" I asked nodding to the shallow end
"No" she replied
"Let go of me then" I said
"I can keep myself above the water" she started when she let go of me
"It's just hard" she said coming back to me and re-wrapping herself around me
"Let's just move over there then" I said
"I don't want to though" she protested
"Alright fine" I said letting her win

"You're so red. Maybe we should apply more sunscreen" Ariana told me as she placed her hand gently on my stomach
I sat up on the chair more before I spoke
"No, I'm tanning" I said
"More like cooking" she laughed
"I'm fine" I laughed back
"Just let me put some more on you" she told me
"No, you're going to ruin my sweet tan" I said
She rolled her eyes at me
"You're so stubborn. I have a feeling I'm going to have to rub you down with aloe later tonight" she told me
"You won't because my tan will be too sick for that" I said
"Shut up" she laughed
I laughed back as she put her sunglasses down and reapplied sunscreen to herself. When she noticed she hand some left over, she put it on my stomach
"Hey!" I exclaimed
"I had some left over" she told me
"Now my tan is going to be uneven" I pouted
"No one even sees your stomach" she told me
"Sometimes" I told her
"Oh yea? When?" She asked
"When and if I wear a crop top" I said
"You'll be alright" she told me
I stood up from my chair and began walking away from her
"Where are you going?" She asked
"To the pool" I said
"Well wait for me" she said standing up as well
I didn't wait though, instead, I walked down the stairs and into the water
"I said wait" she told me
"No" I replied
"You're being mean right now" she told me in a small voice
I turned around and it looked like she was being for real
"I'm sorry. I'm only joking" I said
She perked up
"I know, I was just guilt tripping you" she laughed
"You're messed up" I told her
She shook her head no as she began to hang onto me. Toulouse came up to the pool and looked at us as the other dogs were inside doing god knows what
"Come in goosey" Ariana told him
He looked at her dead in the eyes before walking away with sass
"Or not" I laughed holding onto her by her lower back
"He's just so sassy" Ariana said
"That's Toulouse for you" I told her
"I guess so" she said turning to look at me
We were now holding eye contact as we smiled at each other
"Are you having fun?" She asked me just above a whisper
"Everyday is fun with you" I told her
She smiled
"Despite your sunburn?" She asked
I groaned
"I don't have a sunburn" I fought
"Yet" she said
I rolled my eyes which caused her to laugh. I was keeping us afloat in the water as Ariana held onto me tightly. I was starting to get out become short of breath so I swam us over to the more shallow end
"Kicking your legs is a real workout" I admitted while Ariana still held onto me
"Y/n?" She asked
"Hm?" I hummed
"I know we keep saying that we wont do it anymore, but it keeps happening and I really want to kiss you right now" Ariana rambled
I was taken aback by her bluntness for moment
"Did I just make it weird?" She asked as she noticed I wasn't saying anything
"No" I croaked out
Ariana laughed at my sudden nervousness and stroked my cheek with her thumb. I couldn't help but to lean in slightly and she did the same. We were only centimeters apart when she spoke
"Can I?" She asked so quietly that if we weren't so close, I wouldn't have heard her
I didn't even respond, instead I connected our lips and she gave in immediately. The kiss wasn't hungry at all. It was just slow and gentle, but it did get more hungry when I backed us up to the wall for support. As Ariana's back hit the wall of the pool, I grabbed the edge to steady myself. Soon. the kiss began to pick up and Ariana poked the corner of my mouth with her tongue. I didn't give in right away though, which resulted in her doing it again until I did let her in. She hummed in response as our tongues fought for dominance, which led to her winning.
I didn't let that go on for long though as I moved down to her neck. I kissed below her ear where she told me last time and hummed in pleasure. I decided to make a bold decision and move down to her collarbones since they were exposed. I kissed and bit down ever so lightly which caused her to let out a hiss
"Too much?" I asked
"Not at all" she said as her chest heaved up and down
When I was about to continue, she brought my head back up to kiss her lips before she began kissing my jaw and then ultimately making her way to my neck. She then began to bite down and suck on my neck which is what led to those marks the last time
"Don't leave anything" I said out of breath
"What if I go lower?" she asked kissing down my neck to my collarbone
"No" I said
"Oops, too late" she said rubbing the fresh red mark just blow my collarbone
I shook my head as she came back up and kissed my lips hungrily. As we were kissing, you could hear continuous squeaking coming from the neighbors dog, most likely because they were playing with a toy. Both Ariana and I smiled into the kiss at the funny sound. Our, what is now a full on make out at this point, went on for a few more minutes before we heard growling coming from next to us. We disconnected to see Myron and Rocky fighting over a toy
"Boys!" Ariana said sternly
The immediately let go of the toy and walked back inside. When they were out of sight, Ariana turned to me with swollen lips as she pulled down on my bottom lip with her thumb
"We should go inside" I said still catching my breath
"Yea and watch a movie or something" she agreed
I nodded as she disconnected from me and walked up the pool stairs
"Coming?" She asked
I nodded as I followed behind her, rubbing my head.
