Mikey and you lot got back to base. Sanzu gently picked you up and you all made your way inside. The others were waiting inside for all of you to come.
When you lot entered, they all jolted from their seats and hurried over to you. They noticed the bandage on your arm, Kaku gently stroked your hair as a frown made its way to his face.
"Doc said that we need to take extra care of her body now, cuz there will be times were she'll feel dizzy" Mikey sighed as he sat down on the couch
Sanzu sat down on the couch next to Mikey, holding you close to his body.
"This idiot is so reckless" Koko frowned
"She is, but she knew what she was doing, so we just had to believe in her" Mikey had a sad smile on his face
"How's Emma and Hinata?" Koko asked
"Hina is fine, and Emma is getting the transfusion done, so she'll be fine after that" Mikey blankly stated
They just nodded at Mikey. Mikey sighed and then got up,
"I'll be in my office if anyone needs me"
With that he walked off. The others looked at him with frowns on their faces. Sanzu then looked down at you, gently caressing your cheek with his thumb.
"Look how worried you get everyone Y/N...."Sanzu's voice was laced with pain
The others heard Sanzu and they very well knew how right Sanzu was. Even if it it was for his sister, Mikey would never want anyone else hurting because of Emma and it's probably the same for Emma, she wouldn't want anyone hurting because of her. That's why even now Mikey is still hurting, because to him it seemed like he hurt your body by putting you into that situation. But it isn't his fault is it?
Back at the hospital....
The others were still waiting outside for the doctor to come and update them about Emma's situation.
The door opened and revealed Dr Aki, she walked over to them.
*sigh*
"She is stable now, but she's in a coma!" Your doctor stated
They all looked at the doctor with wide eyes, tears were falling down Ken's and Yuzuha's faces, whilst the rest gritted their teeth at the sudden statement by the doctor.
"C-coma?!" Ken's voice barely audible
"Yes, since both Hinata and Emma were hit on the head, but the case with Hinata, she was lucky, whoever tortured Emma clearly were after her more than Hinata, that's why the injury to her head is severe"
"So that's why we need to constantly monitor her condition"
Everyone was listening in shock, more tears were coming down Ken's eyes now, his chest was in pain. He then walked away, up to the rooftop. The others watched in pain as they saw Ken's figure disappear.
"Just let Ken be on his own for some time, he's hurting right now." Your doctor stated, to which they nodded
...
"Are we allowed to go and see her?" Yuzuha asked
"She's going to be moved to another room, after that you can go and see her" you doctor said with a small smile
...
"Are Y/N and Mikey still here?" Baji asked
"No.......they left after Y/N gave her blood" you doctor spoke with a sad smile
They all looked at the doctor with pain, Baji closed his eyes in pain as he remembered how weak you looked.
"How....is she...?" Chifuyu asked carefully
*sigh*
"Her body is way too weak right now, I don't even know what goes on in her brain, she knows her body isn't doing well, yet she is so reckless" your doctor spoke with worry in her voice
"They all do take a lot of care of her body, but as her doctor it's still worrying" she added
"Please tell Ken to not blame himself, Y/N doesn't blame him at all, neither does Mikey, just know that" she smiled at them all.
"Doesn't Mikey want to see Emma? Did he say anything?" Mitsuya asked worriedly
*sigh*
"He said that Emma doesn't need him anymore, as long as Emma is safe, it's enough for him. He knows Ken cherishes Emma a lot so he's not worried" your doctor stated
"I....see..." Mitsuya quietly spoke
With that your doctor walked off. The others sat in silence, until Baji spoke up.
"She still the same after all" Baji painfully chuckled
"Maybe we should just let them be......they'll be fine without us" Baji sadly spoke
They all looked at Baji, they gritted their teeth's, knowing he was right. You and Mikey ain't coming back and it was for the best now.
Takemichi's POV
"Mikey, Y/N. This is exactly what you wanted right?"
...
"You saved us all........but you're both still hurting...."
With you all back at the base.
Your doctor had just got off the phone with Akashi about Emma's condition. Mikey was still in his office, whilst the rest were sat in the living room. You were still fast asleep, not in Sanzu's arms but on the couch now, with a blanket placed over your body.
Akashi sighed as he placed his phone on the table.
"Emma's condition is stable.....but..."
"She's in a coma"
The others eyes slightly widened when they heard him, they all stared at Akashi.
"That bastard was purposely after Emma and that's why the hit to her head was severe compared to Hinata's. They went after Hinata to add more fuel to the fire....sick bastards" Akashi scoffed towards the end
"That bastard is trying to destroy both Mikey and Y/N" Akashi sighed in frustration
"We have to tell Mikey anyway, he deserves to know" Ran spoke up
"Deserves to know what?" Mikey now asked walking over
They all looked up and saw Mikey walking over with a blank face, he looked at them. The guys looked at each other, Ran sighed.
"Akashi just got off the phone with Y/N's doctor and she said that though Emma's condition is stable.....she's in a coma!" Ran told Mikey
Mikey's eyes widened at Ran's words. He just stood there with a blank expression on his face. He then closed his eyes as he sat down next to Mochi.
"The hit to her head was severe, compared to Hinata's" he added
"I see...." He quietly spoke
"Are you really not going to see her?" Mochi asked worriedly

"No, I already said she doesn't need me anymore. Ken and others are there to keep Emma safe." He blankly stated
"But keep me updated on what Doc tells you about her condition" he added as leaned back on the couch
"What about Y/N? Should be tell her about Emma?" Kaku spoke up as he gently stroked your hair
"She doesn't need anymore stress, we can just tell her when the time is right" Mikey spoke as he looked over at your sleeping figure
"That's fine, but won't she just get mad at us for not telling her, she also deserves to know....and the first thing she'll probably ask is how Emma is doing" Kaku frowned he looked down at you
*sigh*
"We'll just see" Mikey ruffled his hair in frustration
"For now, we just need to look after her body and comfort her" Mikey spoke as he walked over and placed a gentle kiss on your forehead
The others had sad smiles plastered on their faces, as they looked at you.
