I sit down at the Slytherin table and I look across to see Draco staring at me.
"Alright?", I ask.
"Fine", he says not removing eye contact.
"You sure?", I ask again.
"Yup", he says chewing aggressively.
Blaise laughs into his mug of pumpkin juice.
"What's so funny?", I say confused.
"Oh nothing".
Draco shoots him a look.
"What's up with you?", Blaise says startled.
"Nothing", he says.
Blaise rolls his eyes.
"You need to get better at expressing your emotions mate, also you're a terrible liar", he grins.
"Shut your mouth for once please", Draco snaps.
"Just because your jealous of Ron and (Y/N)", Blaise says slyly.
"What?", I almost choke on my chicken.
"Draco almost killed you the way you were flirting with Ron", Blaise chuckles.
"What?! How? What the", I stutter.
"Blaise", Draco stares at him, fury in his eyes.
"How the hell was I flirting with him?", I gasp.
"Oh you know", Blaise gestures to Draco and flutters his eyes.
"I've never, ever, never, ever done that and never will", I argue.
"Yeah right", Blaise says.
"What is your problem Blaise?", I snap.
"I'm not the only one saying it.", Blaise holds his hands up innocently, "Draco's been tormenting me all day giving out about you and Ron".
I turn to Draco.
"Is that true?", I ask.
"No. I mean not the way he's putting it", Draco protests.
I roll my eyes and get up from the table.
"I'm off", I state.
"Sit down, I'm just joking around", Blaise says as I walk over to the Gryffindor table.
I turn around for a split second and shoot him a look that says "I didn't find that funny".
I sit down next to Ron, knowing it will probably seem hilarious to the boys.
"Hey", I say.
"Hello", Ron says clearly surprised.
"Everything alright?", Hermione asks.
"Nope", I say taking a bite out of Ron's bread roll.
"You're welcome", he laughs.
"What happened. Was it your boyfriend?", Harry grins.
"SHUT UP", I scream and the people sitting next to us go silent.
"I didn't mean to offend you (Y/N), I'm..", he begins.
"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry I didn't mean to shout I'm just annoyed because Draco has been tormenting me about Ron and then I come over here for some peace and quiet and you start tormenting me about Draco", I say without taking a breath.
"Woah woah woah", Harry starts. "Slow down. What do you mean he's tormenting you about Ron?", Harry asks, suddenly unconcerned about me shouting at him in front of everyone.
I sigh.
"Draco and Blaise are under the impression that I was flirting with Ron in potions", I roll my eyes.
Harry and Hermione burst out laughing and Ron gets up out of his seat suddenly.
"Right", he says.
"What the hell are you doing Ronald?", Hermione exclaims.
"I'm gonna go talk to the silly git", he says proudly.
"For heavens sake sit down Ron please", I hide my face in my hands.
"No, he can't keep getting away with this", he says angrily.
"It's fine. It's my fault for overreacting.", I say.
Ron is now making his way to the Slytherin table, causing an absolute scene.
"Malfoy", he says once he reaches the table.
"What do you want Weasley?", Draco says.
"Well", Ron begins.
"Well", he repeats himself clearly forgetting what he wanted to say.
"You alright there Weasley?", Draco laughs.
"Stay away from (Y/N)", he says finally.
"What?", Me and Draco say in unison.
"You heard me", Ron says loudly.
"Stay away", He repeats.
"You can't be serious", Draco laughs and turns to look at Blaise.
"He is", Harry joins in.
"I wasn't asking you Potter", he spits.
"Don't come near her again or you'll have trouble", Harry says sternly.
Before I can protest, Hermione has grabbed my arm and is pulling me away from the Slytherin table and we're walking to the library.
As soon as we're out of the dining room and in the library I snap.
"What the hell guys?", I scream.
"What?", they say, baffled.
"Why did you do that".
"We were protecting you", Harry says.
"I don't need protecting!", I shout.
"Clearly you do", Ron says.
"What? What's that supposed to mean?", I ask.
"Well, you hang out with Malfoy so of course you need protecting", he rolls his eyes.
"Merlins beard! How many times do I have to tell you he's not a bad person!", I'm up now out of my seat in the library and walking towards the door.
"Where are you going?", Harry asks.
"To fix this".
