"That shit was insane!" Ariana exclaimed
I quickly glanced at her and then turned my eyes back to the road
"What was?" I asked
"How you said few words and sold a house. Like a whole house" she explained
I nodded with a smile
"And not a little one either. Like a big, nice house" she added
"What can I say, I'm good at my job" I said cockily
"Ew" she joked at my attitude
That caused me to laugh
"Where are we going now?" She asked
"Probably just home. Is that okay?" I asked
"That's perfectly fine" she smiled at me
I nodded with a smile back as I continued to drive back to my house
"Here you go" I said handing her my phone to play music
"Why thank you" she smiled
I nodded and listened as she said my password under her breath
"Hmm what are we thinking?" She asked more to herself
"Here we go" she said playing her own music and then singing along to it
I thought for a moment
"Do you actually want to go grab some food?" I asked
"Ooo, yes!" She eagerly nodded
I nodded back and rerouted us
"Where?" I asked
"Hmmm... how about sweet green" she smiled
"Gotcha" I said I made my way in that direction

"No, I'm just good at explaining why people should buy a house" I said

I looked around and noticed some older people looking at us now

My eyes went wide as I just remembered

"I'm all fairness. She said if I ever wanted to hang out or have a girls night" I said emphasizing the "if"
"That's code for 'call me, you're cute' obviously" Ariana said
"It definitely is not, you're delusional, she doesn't even like women" I said
"That we know of. Haven't you seen some of the stories over the last few years?" Ariana asked
"Ariana, you of all people should know not to believe those stories. They're just written to make money" I said honestly
I wasn't going to beat myself up over the situation because it doesn't really matter
"I'm just saying. She's cute" Ariana added
"And I have a boyfriend" I said
"But you don't have a girlfriend" she winked
I gasped
"You're a naughty, naughty girl" I joked
"Uh oh. Punish me" she joked back
Maybe my mind is in the gutter, but i just got an image in my head that I quickly tried to pushed aside. In order to do that, I laughed it off with her
"Damn" I said now thinking
"What?" Ariana asked
"Now I feel guilty that I haven't texted or called her" I said
"Maybe you should then" she replied
"Wouldn't that be weird?" I asked
She shook her head no
"Just go for it" she said
"You think so?" I asked
She nodded
"Okay" I said pulling my phone out and sending a quick message
"What did you say?" She asked
I flashed her my screen
"Really? 'Hey it's y/n Russo, the real estate agent' that's the best you've got?" Ariana asked
"Be quiet. I'm just doing this because you guilt tripped me somehow someway" I said
She laughed with her hands up in a surrender.

"Finally I can take off my shoes" Ariana said as we walked in the front door
"You know shoes wouldn't bother you so much if you didn't wear heels all the time right?" I asked
"It's my brand. I have to" she said as I set my phone on the coffee table
"I think the fans will be alright if you didn't" I laughed
She shrugged as my phone pinged
I looked at her and she looked at me. We were now racing to grab my phone. Of course, she beat me
"Give it to me" I said
"Why? Just let me see" she said
"Let me see first" I said
"Why?" She asked
"I don't know, maybe because it's my phone" I laughed
"Here, I'll just look for you" she said
"No" I said
"Why, are you hiding something? Maybe a secret lover?" She asked
"Maybe, now give it" I joked
"Hmm" she thought about it for a moment
"No" she said unlocking it
"Oh my god!" She gasped
"What?" I asked
"Kendall responded!" She sang
"Great, now that you've invaded my privacy, can I see?" I asked
"Oh my god!" She gasped again completely ignoring me
I just held my hand out
"She wants to meet up for lunch!" she exclaimed
