Gusto ko na sana siyang iwan sa inis pero nagawa akong pigilan nang babaeng to.
So, mom planned all of this huh.
"Chill, okay? You just have to be one of the crews for a month." I bitterly chuckle.
"A month? A fucking month? Ano bang tingin mo sa isang buwan ha? Isang oras lang sa isang araw?" Pilit kong hininaan ang boses para di kami masyadong marinig nag iba.
"Lisa, I don't understand, okay? Can you just speak in english?" I slammed my hand in the table na ikinabigla niya at nang iba pang costumers.
"Look, I really can't do this. If you want to help me, get out of my sight, and let me go back in Thailand. I wanna talk to mom."
She look at me in disbelief. Napakagat nalang siya sa labi bago huminga nang malalim.
"This is worst than I expected, but this is what your mom wants. You don't want to disappoint your mother, do you?" I rolled my eyes.
"And you're using her for me to do this?"
"Can't I? You know, I took this favor from her because I know she wants you to learn something. I wanna do this smoothly from the start, but here we are already." I greeted my teeth.
"What's your point aside from the fact that this is all your plan!?" She let a heave.
Hah! I can't believe this. I feel like I'm being blackmailed again.
"Look, Tita Chitt trusted me on this. You don't know how much she loves you, Lis. At least try to pay her for doing this." Tinignan ko lang siya nang masama.

"Whatever." And she smile like telling me that she wins.
I know, I can't pay my debts towards mom for raising me kahit hindi magandang ugali meron ako. I admitted it. Alam ko rin naman na nahihirapan siya sa trabaho nung araw pero sinikap niya padin kaya nga kapag siya na yung pinag-uusapan di ko na kayang kumontra.
"Good. Starting from today I'll be your manager. You'll do what I say lalo na kapag tungkol na sa trabaho at lalo na kapag nandito ka sa restaurant. That was just for a month, at kapag natuto kana I'll give you my position." I rolled my eyes.
"Position your ass. I graduated Accountancy, yet I'll end up being a crew, being a manager? That's not what I deserve!"
"Yes, but before you could manage something like this with that ATTITUDE of yours, you need to get through every position here whether its the lowest, or the highest. You need to understand how it feels, and how it works so you could manage it well." I hissed.
"If that's the deal, then try me."
"Of course. We'll get there soon." I rolled my eyes again.
Nakakainis kasi eh. Gusto kong mainis rin siya pero kung makapag salita parang anghel na bumaba sa langit.
Di niya ba magawang sumigaw? At least naman may pagkakaabalahan kami.
"This is your order, Ms. This is our latest dish both from P&M's. Please, enjoy the food." Sabi nang server na di maya't maya nakatingin na sakin.
Gusto ko sana siyang sawayin pero di ko nalang ginawa. Nakatingin kasi sakin tong bruha sa harapan ko eh.
"Thanks. You can go now." She told the server saka ito umalis.
"Don't look at them like that." She uttered saka nilagay ang napkin sa paanan niya.
"Who cares? Siya naman naunang tumingin ah?" Inis na sabi ko.
"I don't understand, but they're our co-workers, and they need to be respected." I bitterly chuckle, but wore my initial bitch look swiftly.
"What did I do? I was just looking at her like she first did? Was that unrespectful to you?" She look at me, and I know she's pissed.
"What do you think if someone looked at you like they're killing you in their minds? You think you would like it?" I wanted to slam the table with my hand, but rather clenched it.
"You don't know what I've been through Rosie." I said na ikinatigil niya.
Hindi na kami nag usap pagkatapos kong sabihin yun. I focused myself on the food in front, bago paman maubos to nang bakulaw na nasa harapan ko.
Pati plato gustong kainin eh.
I started to eat, at isang subo ko palang nasasarapan na ako sa pagkain. Di tulad nang ibang restaurants, at halatang may sekreto sa pagkaing to.
"Tomorrow kailangan nating pag usapan ang schedules mo for this month. You need to be here at exact 7am."
Di ko na siya pinansin kahit sobrang gulat ko nanaman sa oras na binigay niya.
Hello? 10pm nasa magandang palasyo pa ako sa panaginip tas 7am?
"Lisa." She uttered pero busy ako sa pagkain eh. Kala ko mangungulit pa siya pero hindi narin siya nagsalita.
I took a glance at her, pero napatingin ulit sa kanya nang makitang may hawak na siyang phone na naka harap sakin yung camera.
"Are you filming me?" She chuckle.
"No? Why would I?" I greeted my teeth. Pero halata naman bini-video han niya ako.
I rolled my eyes at hinayaan nalang siya. Sometimes I took a glance at her at nakangiti lang siyang tumitingin sa phone niya.
Tapos na siyang kumain pero ako di palang naman nakakalahati. Psh! Malakas siguro lumamon babaeng to.
Pagkatapos kong kumain, uminom na muna ako nang tubig bago pinunasan yung tagiliran nang mga labi ko.
"Finally! I thought, I need to help you eating so we could rest already." I rolled my eyes on her.
"And who told you to wait? Are you perhaps my bodyguard?" She chuckle, and I hate it.
She took a deep breath, and called a server before giving her the money.
"Let's go? I wanna sleep." She uttered then she starts to walk towards the exit.
"Edi sana dito ka nalang natulog." I mumbled habang nakasunod sa kanya dala-dala padin yung gamit niya.
Bihira! Its either parang ako yung bodyguard niya, or personal assistant sa ginagawa ko.
"Alam mo naman siguro papunta sa condo mo diba?" She asked nang makalabas kami sa restaurant.
"Hindi. Hahanapin ko pa...sama ka?" Sabi ko pero napataas lang siya nang kilay.
She just shook her head saka pumara nang taxi. Kinuha na niya yung luggage sa kamay ko saka nilagay sa backseat nang taxi.
Humarap ulit siya sakin, saka ngumiti.
"See you tomorrow... Mate." Sabi niya saka pumasok nang taxi at iniwan akong naguguluhan.
Ahh! Lecheng babaeng yun talaga eh. Nakakainis!
Tumingin-tingin nalang ako sa paligid nang haharap na sana ako sa may likuran pero biglang may bumangga sakin.
Pagtingin ko isang lalaking matangkad, matipuno at may kasama siyang babaeng todo hawak sa kanya.
Tingin ko lasing siya.
"Yah! Watch yo step!" Sigaw niya sakin na para bang ako pa yung may kasalanan.
"Watch yo step your ass." Sabi ko at tatalikod na sana nang bigla niyang hinawakan yung tagiliran nang damit ko.
"You think who you are?" I bitterly chuckle, and look at his hand gripping my shirt.
Gigil akong ngumiti at hinarap siya at ang babae niyang sinusubukang pigilan siya.
"Get off before I could break one of your wrist." He laugh, but he didn't do what I say so I had no choice, but to hold her wrist, and turned it hard.
"Ahhhh! F-Fuck!" He winced. He even pushed her.
I look at him coldly, and I can say he's scared. I went closer to him, he stepped back.
"Remember this face, hm? See ya." I almost whispered then saw his jaw moved.
I look at the girl again before I went somewhere.
Its already dark outside, but its what I want.
I used to walk outside in the middle of the night, expecting that someone would try to harass me, so I could punch them to death.
Not just become my habit, but I became fond of hurting bad people, but also admitting that I've become one of them.
When I was walking, I went in a place that I can't ever forget.
Its a small bridge, yet you can definitely see the clear water below, and the moon shining from afar.
