The Frank Family has their money and were getting away. Usopp was chasing after them, (Y/N) looked at the scenery being not mad, but disappointed.
(Y/N): "You had one job."
Iceberg: "The Franky Family..."
Luffy: "Those briefcases... THEY'RE OURS...!"
Nami: "MONEY! MONEY!" she cried being mad.
Then they heard some people yelling. They saw three men chasing after a person at the bridge.
Iceberg: "Who's that?" he asked.
Kalifa: "That!s Paulie. He's being chased by debt collectors again."
Usopp: "GIVE US OUR 200 MILLION BERRIES BACK!"
FF. Member: "Sorry, mister! Thanks for giving us the money!"
Luffy: "Did you give them the money?!"
(Y/N): "It's obvious that he wouldn't give the money to strangers. They stole it."
Luffy: "WHAT?!"
Paulie was still getting chased by the collectors, but when he saw the Franky Family on the Yagara bulls he jumps off to escape.
Paulie: "Rope... Action!" ropes started appearing out his sleeves.
FF. Member 1: "AHHH!"
FF. Member 2: "He's one of the shipwrights at Galley-La!"
Paulie: "Sorry, but I'd like to borrow one of your Yagaras for a bit! Round Turn!"
Then he landed on one of the Yagara that had the money. He escaped once again from the debt collectors.
Paulie: "Well then, everyone, take care! Let's run together again!"
Collector: "DAMMIT!"
Paulie: "Seriously... you came at just the right time!"
Usopp: "What a relief! He's one of your shipwrights, right?" he asked the mayor.
Iceberg: "That's right."
Usopp: "Oi! Thanks! That money belongs to us!" he yelled out to the shipwright to return it.
Paulie: "What? Money? Oh, this... *smile*"
Usopp kept yelling until he slowed down and realize what he was planning.
(Y/N): "Greedy pig, Wicked-!" he gets his wrist grabbed by one of the shipwright, where's a top hat like him and has a pigeon on his shoulder.
Pigeon: "I'll go."
Luffy: "What? A... A pigeon?"
(Y/N): "Can't be, pigeons can't talk, so it must be a parrot."

Lucci made it to the Yagara bull and pulled over to return with the Straw Hats' money.
(Y/N): "At least we didn't lose the money." he sigh.
Usopp: "So I don't get a ticket to your hell, right."
(Y/N): "Hmm... maybe..." he made Usopp cower and hid behind Nami.
Iceberg: "Well... I'm sorry. Please let us take care of our idiot coworker, as if you guys were to capture him, it would create bitter feelings."
Kalifa: "Well, please excuse him. Consider it good that the money wasn't stolen by the Franky Family."
Nami: "Hmm... That's true, but..."
Luffy: "Yeah, that's true, that's true." he said with his face stretched out by Nami and Usopp until they let go causing his to fall.
Nami: "Say... who were those weird-looking guys earlier?"
Kalifa: "The Franky Family is a group of ship demolition workers." she answered.
Nami: "Demolition workers? They didn't look like such decent craftsmen, though."
Kalifa: "Right. They're also bounty hunters on the side. Every time they find pirate coming through this city, they cause quarrels. They're a public nuisance."
Iceberg: "If they crush the pirates who come to our town, they can take their ship, too, right? They demolish the ship and sell the usable lumber. That's how their business works." he explained.
Usopp: "How bad-natured...! Are they trying to completely wipe the pirate groups out?" he argued.
Iceberg: "Well, if you become their victims, not even your bones will remain."
Luffy: "But they didn't look that strong." he laughs.
(Y/N): "They would cry if I went easy."
Iceberg: "They're just underlings. Whatever you do, don't underestimate the family's boss. Franky, who's behind them."
Then the Yagara bull made it back to the shore where Dock #1 was.
Pigeon: "We brought him over, Iceberg-san." the bird spoke for its owner.
Paulie: "You're doing it again! You're hurting my ear!"
Iceberg: "Thanks, Lucci."
Pigeon: "We're sorry that idiot that caused you trouble." it apologies.
Luffy: "AHH! HE SPOKE AGAIN!"
The pigeon coo as Lucci threw Paulie to the ground. The bird told Paulie to apologize to the Straw Hats for almost getting away with their money.
Luffy: "That pigeon is doing all the talking!"
Usopp: "It's as if he's speaking for that man with a top hat. In any case, I'm glad we got the money back."
(Y/N) and Lucci were having an intense staring contest.
(Y/N): "There can only be one top hat."
Paulie: "Hey, you're the owner of the money? I picked it up for you." he passes both the briefcase to the captain.
Luffy: "Oh, thanks!"
Paulie: "If you wanna thank me, then give me 10%." he asked before Lucci came over and bonked him with a hammer.
Pigeon: "Sorry, mister. This guy racked up a gambling debt, so he's greedy and has no manners." he told Luffy as the captain gets freaked out.
Luffy: "SO, WHY THE HECK ARE YOU TALKING?!" he points at the bird.
Paulie: "You bastard! You're really running your mouth, Lucci! I won't take it anymore! Rope Action!" he sends a rope towards Lucci.
Pigeon: "COO COO!" he flew away.
Paulie: "Bowline Knot!"
He gets the rope to tie around Lucci's wrist. Then he pulls to swing him down.
Paulie: "Punishment..."
Lucci wasn't phased keeping his neutral face, then getting slammed to the ground creating dust.
Usopp: "Are you somewhat related to him, (Y/N)?" he whispered.
(Y/N): "We're not." he had his neutral face.
Paulie: "Pole-and-Line Fishing!"
Nami: "I-Is he okay?" she peeked through her hand to see.
Iceberg: "Well... it's nothing new."
When the dust cleared out. Lucci was shown doing a hand stand, not only that, he dug his fingers in the concrete to stop the impact. The pirates were impressed, then Luffy went up.
Luffy: "Oi! You with the goggles!" he pointed at Paulie.
Paulie: "Huh?"
Luffy: "Oi, think about it carefully. The one who mocked or provoked you was that pigeon!" he told him.
Paulie: "...That's fine! The one who hit me was Lucci!"
Luffy: "The pigeon can't hit you himself, so he had that guy hit you! Oi, pigeon! If you wanna fight, fight yourself! Say something!"
Lucci got back up and the pigeon landed back on his shoulder and started cooing.
Paulie: "Oh? You wanna fight? Bring it on, you bastard!" he pulls his sleeves to fight.
Iceberg: "Stop it, Paulie."
Hattori: "Coo coo. Well, sorry for the fuss. I'm Rob L... No, I mean, Hattori the pigeon. And this is Rob Lucci. He works here. Nice to meet you, Coo coo!" the bird introduces themselves.
Nami: "Oh? He almost introduced himself as if he were a human! A-HA! Yeah, I got it! That's ventriloquism, isn't it?!" she yelled out.
Then Luffy and Usopp started clapping and having their eyes popped out being impressed.
(Y/N): "So, you're not a parrot?"
Hattori: "I AM NOT!"
Paulie: "Hahaha! He's a weirdo who can't talk to people properly." he laughs before noticing something.
Paulie: "WAIT A SEC! WHAT'S WITH THAT WOMAN?!" he yelled pointing at the navigator.
Nami: "Wh-What?"
Paulie: "YOU'RE SHAMLESS! YOU'RE SHOWING YOUR LEGS TOO MUCH! THIS IS A WORKPLACE FOR MEN! LOOK HOW YOU'RE DRESSED!" he complained.
Kalifa: "Now, Paulie, calm down."
Paulie: "YOU, TOO, KALIFA! YOU HAVEN'T LEARNED YOUR LESSON AND ARE WEARING SUCH OUTRAGEOUS CLOTHES AGAIN! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU?! WEAR PANTS! LONG PANTS!" he complains again.
Usopp: "What the heck...?"
Nami: "Long pants...?"
Luffy: "PFT-HAHAHA! He's a weirdo, too!"
(Y/N): "The character artist of this show..."

They entered the dock and see bunch of workers moving lumber and building. They followed Iceberg and got around, he was noticed by the workers which they all started to do a warm welcome to him.
(Y/N): "Say, Iceberg is pretty popular." he looked at the people who greeted the mayor.
Kalifa: "Of course he is. In this city, skills are all that matter. On this island, shipbuilding was well-developed from the start, and seven shipbuilding companies were competing with each other. Meanwhile, he attracted craftsmen with his genius shipbuilding skills. Then he put those seven companies together to form a company's five years ago. And that's this Galley-La Company. His passion and skills in shipbuilding have never changed and craftsmen won't forget their respect towards him. And, because the craftsmen are proud of their skills they never give in to pirates or authority. This is that kind of place. Huh?"
Luffy: "Hey, pops. I heard that you're a topnotch shipwright. Do you wanna be a pirate with me?"
This made Kalifa and Paulie shocked and angry. They were being held back by Nami and Usopp.
Paulie: "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU SAYING, YOU SON OF A BITCH?!"
Kalifa: "H-HOW INSOLENT!"
(Y/N): "Don't worry. He's always like that." he went to the his captain and the mayor.
Iceberg: "Well... you guys don't even have a single shipwright?" he asked.
Luffy: "That's right. We came to this island in order to have our ship repaired and find a new crew member."
Iceberg: "It's true that we have tons of shipwrights, but I wonder if anyone would want to go on board a pirate ship. If you find someone who wants to go with you, you can headhunt him."
Luffy: "Really?! You're generous! Can't I ask you to join us, pops?"
(Y/N): "He can't, he's the mayor." he pets Tyrannosaurus.
Luffy: "Who cares?!" he playfully punch Iceberg's shoulder."
Iceberg: "By the way, is your last name really (L/N)?" he asked the top hat.
(Y/N): "Yes, it is." gave the mouse back.
Iceberg: "Then, is it true that you have a women named Nico Robin on board your ship."
Luffy: "Yeah, she is. She's really smart. Shihihihi!"
Iceberg turns to the two.
Luffy: "What? Is something matter with Robin and (Y/N)?"
Iceberg: "No..."
Luffy: "Hey, pops, is it okay to go closer and see that ship?" he asked.
Iceberg: "Sure, that's fine."
Then Luffy ran and check out the ship. Usopp was looking at cannons and wanting to fire them and install it to the Going Merry.
Iceberg: "So, you're in his crew."
(Y/N): "I am, tea?" he offered.
Iceberg: "No thank you. I'm surprised that he's got someone like you to join."
Then Kaku returned.
Paulie: "Where have you been?" he asked.
Kaku: "An assessment."
Nami: "AH! You're the guy from earlier! So you checked our ship."
Kaku: "Yeah, I did. So you were here, Iceberg-san."
Iceberg: "I know the situation. How was it?"
Kaku: "Well..."
He explained and Nami went to get Luffy.
Nami: "LUFFY! COME DOWN NOW!"
Luffy: "OKAY! I'LL BE RIGHT DOWN!" he yelled back.
He went back down and noticed someone missing.
Luffy: "Hm? Where's Usopp?"
(Y/N): "He was checking out in that area a moment ago."
Then a man walked out and had two briefcases and asked if they were theirs.
Nami: "Ahh! They're the briefcases Usopp was carrying! Yeah, they're ours."
Luffy: "Thanks!"
(Y/N): "Hmm... those briefcases..."
Nami: "Geez... Where did Usopp go... leaving our precious money alone?!"
Man: "Money?" he wonders looking at the briefcases.
Luffy: "Yeah. Those briefcases hold 200 million Berries."
This made the person laugh at the amount of money that they had. Then he left.
Luffy: "So how much does it look like it'll cost? We can pay as much as you like! We've got tons of money! If possible, I'd like her to be stronger, have more cannons, and be faster!" he asked.
Nami: "Can you also add pretty decorations on the outer panels? Can you resonate inside as well?" she added.
(Y/N): "Can you add a bedroom that is away from the others?"
Luffy: "Also, I want a bronze statue! I want it to be huge as possible!"
Kaku: "Well, hold on a sec... You've had tremendous journeys, haven't you?"
(Y/N): "Stormy weather, marines chasing us, and going to the sky. That's about it."
Luffy: "Yeah! So we'd like to have her fixed good!"
Then a moment of silence breaks the talk for a bit.
Luffy: "He's not lying, you know."
Kaku: "I believe it. Her scars from battles are too deep."
Nami: "Do you mean it'll take quite a long time to fix her?"
Kaku: "No.. Frankly speaking, your ship... can no longer be fixed, even with our skills."
Paulie went over an sat down and took a puff of his cigarette.
Paulie: "Is her keel damaged or something?"
Kaku: "Yeah, it's taken a lot of damage."
Nami: "Oh, no... But we've been traveling just fine up until today!
Kaku: "Let's suppose that we did what we could anyway. The probability of her reaching the next island is... zero."
