The gang were in the boat for the gracadea flower beds when they looked to the water
Sid: huh. Expected more ocean here
Sorrel: a glacier made this valley years ago
He shows them what he meant
Sorrel: ice has been covering and thawing out this mountain for thousands of years. And there's a glacier near the flower garden
That's when they saw a bunch of water Pokémon swimming next to them. Shaymin decided to fly above them and piplup swam with them as shaymin enjoyed her flying powers
Shaymin: I wish you guys could do this! This is fun!

The man from earlier is watching an old recording
Newton: as you can see, we finally managed to
Get into the reverse world
That's when giratina showed up
Man: watch out!
Giratina then went though the screen
Newton: only giratina can move freely in and out of this world!
Man: then let's grab it ourselves!
Man: soon it will all be mine
Computer: giratina has surfaced
That's when a portal came from the reflecting waters as everyone saw. Then they realized one thing, they were being sucked into the reverse world! They were back in when they saw their surroundings. Then they saw giratina. Shaymin blasted the giant and flew right in front of him
Shaymin: giratina, if ya want my friends you'll
Have to go through me!
Sid: ya go!
She was ready for battle as shaymin at the serpent beast and latias helped with her thunderbolt as shaymin flew in for another attack, but
Manny: shaymin! Get back here! The suns setting!
Shaymin saw the sun and realized what that meant, she was gonna change back into a worrywart pain and fall to her death! She flew back as fast as she could but when the sun disappeared in the mountains, she changed back into her hedgehog form and started falling! Luckily manny caught her as she was falling to him
Manny: you okay kid?
Shaymin: no! now I'm normal again! I don't wanna be eaten!
Cobalion: we need to get to safer ground!
They all then run as fast as they could
Shaymin: I'm so sorry! I never wanted cause you this much headache when we met!
Manny: it's okay! But at least if we get eaten, we'll be eaten together!
Shaymin: if I were in y sky form I would've slapped you to your senses but in this form I don't have much option but to agree
Sid: boy am I glad I'm not you!
Giratina charges at them as latias thunderbolts making him miss
Newton: up here!
They all saw Newton above them thanks to gravity and they all run to him
Pumbaa: so this is the guy you told us about?
Timon: of course it is pumbaa!
Newton: this way!
They all make it into a cave
Shaymin: thank goodness we're safe
Manny: I expected you to ask to be taken to the flower garden
Shaymin: are you kidding?! Giratinas out there!
Diego: looks like one problem down, but one disaster-saurus to go out there
Newton: yeah we can't just waltz out there
Shaymin: well at least I still have my dignity and a smidge of self worth
Manny: well you have a bit of confidence right?
Shaymin: as long as I don't get eaten
Steven: glad to see those two finally get along
Latias: you and me both
They all continue their way in the cave as giratina circled with the man and his magnet Pokémon in
Man: at last, I'm home
Then team rocket came with some supplies for Newton
Steven: huh? What's re you doing here?
Meowth: we got left behind so we're serving Newton now
Diego: well at least your not thriving our Pokémon friends
Shaymin: I hope ya got some food
Just then two magnetite come and take shaymin like that!
Manny: shaymin!
They all rush to the rescue to see the man with his magnet Pokémon
Man: this dumb animal is mine now!
The magnet Pokémon then circle the gang trapping them all except for team rocket
Newton: zero! He was since my assistant
Zero: long time no see, you haven't changed a bit
Newton: save it! Why did you come back here?!
Zero: you know why! To make this world more!
Newton: your still on that?!
Zero: you have no claim here!
Newton: I never said I did!
Zero: perhaps, but your keeping it all to yourself
Newton: the reverse world is vital and it sustains the real world!
Zero: I know that. But, look people destroy it, defied and polluted
Newton: wrong! That's this worlds job!
Zero: rig he! I forgot to say I finished your invention!
The magnetite circle a toxic cloud and blow it to the gang to suffocate them! Shaymin broke free of her chapters and absorbed the toxic air and prepared to use seed blast to save her friends
Zero: there we go
Giratina then came
Zero: it's a shame, thanks to dialga you can't go in the real world. But thanks to me you will again!
Shaymin readied and Newton put the pieces together as the magnetite grabbed her and shoved her in front of the charging giratina
Zero: now! Help giratina to leave!
Manny: stay away from our friend!
Newton: giratina downs want to eat shaymin you stupid fat pachyderm! He just wants to get out
Giratina then came making shaymin use seed flare! That helped allow giratina to go through a newly made portal as well as everyone else. Everyone wakes up in the real world in front of a glacier as manny finds shaymin
Manny: are you okay?
Shaymin: no! I'm not okay! That monster was coming right at me! He was gonna eat me!
Newton: no he wasn't!
Giratina then came through the portal
Newton: he only wanted you to use seed flare so he could come to the real world
Sid: and he was clearing all the magnite
Shaymin: he was?
Giratina then transformed into his land form right in front Of them
Giratina: finally! I'm back. Your free to go hedgehog. I have no interest in you anymore
Then zero came as a giant machine from the sky came and grabbed giratina!
Steven: what the?!
They all look up to see the machine
It then summoned a cage and imprisoned giratina inside!
Zero: giratina, I've been waiting forever for this!
Newton: what are you up to?
Giratina is hooked up to the machine as zero lowers to him
Computer: giratina is returning to its original condition
Zero: invade now. Commence scan process
Computer: scan on now
The sun then rose up as everyone watched In Horror
Newton: it's true. I made that to absorbs all goratinas powers
Steven: why would you do that?!
Verision: that is inexcusable
Newton: it was so I could enter and leave the reverse world at will, at that moment I realized that giratina would be murdered and abandoned it. I erased it all and shut it down. I deleted all the blueprints but obviously zero never forgot them, and if that thing was built to my specifications giratina will die!
Zero: it won't be long until the reverse world is mine. And I will be it's new king!
They realized they had to do something
Newton: that thing was my design and I need to make sure giratina is safe
Then they realized they were right next to the gracadea flower beds
Sid: look!
Manny: I see now
Manny put shaymin down as the pollen changed her into her flying state
Shaymin: let's do this! I'll go in ahead!
They all then fly off to save giratina. Shaymin flies ahead as the magnet Pokémon come to try and stop them. Manny lands to break off the laser poles as shaymin holds off the magnet Pokémon
Zero: prepare to enter the reverse world
Computer: yes sir
The rest of the gang help manny as they all try to break the machine aper as Newton goes inside to turn it off. Shaymin flies in all directions to avoid the magnet Pokémon and manny keeps pulling on the pole
Newton went into the control station to turn off the machine as the others held off the magnet Pokémon. He got into the computer as the percentage was on 60%. Manny got the pole out just as Newton shut the machine down, they all then started to go down as everyone started to go out. The machine started to fall as manny and giratina plummeted to the ground as everyone else accidentally forgot them as they left
Shaymin: manny!
They all landed as the machine crashed and giratina fell to the ground at the edge of the forest. All the forest dwelling Pokémon came out and saw what happened as zero deployed into the water as the machine crashed into the mountain. They all saw giratina lying there with manny right next to him and ran to them
Sid: manny! Giratina!
They all tried to wake the two up but it seemed they were too late... all the wild Pokémon came and saw them, they all heard them breathing and shaymin came right next to them and used her healing powers to help the two of them. They all then saw the wild Pokémon gather to watch shaymin try to help. She then stopped after 3 Minuit straight. They all then saw giratina wake up and get up in front of everyone
Sid: manny manny manny you okay? Come in, come on say something! Anything!
Manny: (mumbles)
Sid: what? What? I can't hear you
Manny: your standing... on my trunk
Sid looks down and saw he was
Sid: oh
He lifts his foot allowing him to inhale
Sid: oh your okay! Oh your okay!
Shaymin: thank goodness
Giratina: did you heal me?
Shaymin:... yeah?
Giratina: thank you
Manny: yeah, thanks little buddy
Shaymin: your welcome manny
They all then look around and see everyone cheer that giratina was alright
Giratina: you were all worried about me?
Newton: of course! They all knew what was at stake. And how vital the reverse world is
Giratina: they did... didn't they?
They all then turn to a giant jet with zero piloting
Zero: I couldn't care less of what they did! No one gets in the way of me!
He then blasts at giratina who blasts it away. Latias used thunderbolt and piplup used bubble beam, then zero went to the reverse world
Steven: uh oh
In the reverse world, he headed straight to ice pillars and started destroying them one by one making the glacier move a bit
Giratina: no one takes my kingdom and gets away with it!
He then. Made his own portal to the reverse world with Steven latias and shaymin who saw him break the ice pillars making the glacier move and fall. High above on an old temple, a sleeping giant woke up
Regigigas: the valley... is in danger...
At the edge of the glacier a huge herd of mammoswine as well as the gang saw it move
Newton: zero!
Zero: continue to collect data!
The glacier then headed at them as zero kept destroying ic spillers, then giratina and the trio came at them
Steven: give it up!
Zero: you don't understand! I'm protecting this land!
Giratina: that's my job!
Everyone with ice powers did their best to help keep the glacier at bay but it just kept moving. In the reverse world giratina and the gang tried their best to defeat zero but they kept getting beaten as zero kept destroying ice pillars. Latias fired her thunderbolt as shaymin blasted an energy blast at zero as they all tried to defeat zero. I'm the real world the glacier kept moving
Piplup: we gotta keep going!
But it was no use, then suddenly they heard footsteps and on the mountain they saw
Newton: regigigas!
Regigigas: mamoswine! Forward!
The mammoswine herd charged as they all went to the front of the glacier to keep it from Moving. In the reverse world zero was getting the upper hand as zero buried giratina in huge chunks of ice making the glacier in the real world keep moving
Zero: this will be over very soon
But then mega lateven charged using dragon rush
She caused the jet to crash down and they unfused into mega latias and Steven as the duo got onto the machine
Steven: stop this now!
Zero: if anything is destroying this land it's you! Just look at all the toxicity! I'm protecting this world from you cruel beasts!
Shaymin then used seed blast and made a portal to the real world making everyone fall out. Giratina did his part with carrying the trio as zero and his jet fell to in front of the glacier as the mammoswine use ice blast to trap him. Luckily everyone got out okay
Manny: you okay?
Shaymin: are you kidding? I'm great!
Sid: but what about Steven and latias?
With soda people giratina carried them back to the ice pillars and fixed them up with his reverse powers causing the glacier to retain suspended animation. They they flew into the real world in front of everybody
Steven: boy that was awesome!
Giratina dropped the two off as he returned home
Steven: see ya soon big guy!
The next day everyone was reading for the shaymin migration. They looked to see many shaymin appear out of the forest and I tot eh fields of gracadea flowers
Manny: looks like you got somewhere
To go
Shaymin: I'll really miss you guys
Manny:... me too
Manny rose her to his face and they both hugged each other
Sid: (wipes nose) happy endings (wipes hand on Diego's shoulder) they get me right there
Shaymin: I know we'll see each other again. After the migration, I'll wear a gracadea flower band around my neck so I can be sure to come back to visit you
Sid: you take care of yourself out there
Manny: and try not to fall into any portals to the reverse world got it?
Shaymin: I'll try, and if I ever get lost and don't know what to do, I'll be sure to remember you all
Keldeo: you do that
Manny puts shaymin down as she and her friends roll in the pollen and change into their sky forms and make their way on their migration
Shaymin: I'll never forget you guys!
They all make their way on their migration making a sky bouquet out of the petals that fly in the air
Shaymin: goodbye!
They all wave goodbye to their friend as they fly out of sight toward the sunrise. Later Newton and a few rangers free zero from the machine as the gang send their own baskets of gracadea flowers to the ones they cared about, Steven his parents, Timon and pumbaa to their friend in Africa, manny Sid and Diego to their ice age friends in the mainland, and latias to her friends in water city as they all take a boy to their next adventure unaware that it will change the course of time
