The next day Izuku came in returning the sweater back to Shouto, making him confused before Izuku just walked away bitterly while trying not to cry. He looks back to see that Shouto paid no mind and just walked along side Momo.

Izuku hugged his own shoulders before sighing, making his way to his classroom before feeling blood drip from his mouth, wiping it it away swiftly.
"I'm surprised no one's gonna die, because the amount of blood in this chapter is a lot compared to the last one." All Might said as Sir Nighteye held his shoulder.

He glared at Momo from a distance in a cold jealousy, ignoring the many compliments being thrown at her as she walked along the halls with Shouto.

"Thanks, but I know there's a twist to this." Momo said as she hears Jirou singing to the music.
But then again, kinda wish she were dead as she walks by...

"It's more than certain that you'll die from this disease if you don't take the surgery, but it's your choice after all. It's your call to make."
"Any side-effects?" Recovery Girl asked before Yuki shushed her.
"The side effects?"
"It's either losing all emotion for the person, or you'll completely forget them. Each side effect has a different procedure, it's your choice."
"Take number 2, please." Tsuyu said as Shigaraki grinned
"No, take number 1."
"Dude, if he forgets Shouto, there a [REDACTED]." Tsuyu cupped her mouth before Joshi shrugged.
He answered, but no voice came out, shaking the doctor's hand before departing from the office

It was Valentines' Day, typical hearts and flowers all over the place as usual. Shouto was planning on giving a friendly gift to his best friend, Izuku.

"Hey Izuku." Shouto greeted, seeing Izuku in his usual spot under the cherry tree. The greenett looked back, confused as if a stranger knew his name.
"I'm sorry, do I know you?" Shouto laughed as he sat down beside him, only for the greenett to move slightly away.

"Come on, stop pretending like you don't know me Izuku..." Shouto smiled before Izuku stood up, walking away.
"I'm sorry, but I really don't know who you are." Izuku said as Shouto widened his eyes.
"Oh, and I think this belongs to you..." Izuku said, giving him a love letter before walking towards Uraraka and Iida who were patiently waiting by the door.
