"Chizuru. Will you marry me?"
Marco kneeled in front of the woman while holding a little red box. He opened it and inside, there was a ring.
"Marco, I can't-"
"Please, Chizuru. I truly love you. And I promised Karin I would take care of you."
"But Marco, I can't do this to you. You're always so kind. I can't use you like this."
"I don't mind. As long as I can be with you."
"Marco....."

"Marco, look. Our baby is so pretty."
Chizuru was laying down on a hospital bed. A baby beside her.
"She surely is. I wish she would grow to be as smart and beautiful as you are."
"I wish she would be as kind and caring as you Marco."
"You don't want her to be a rascal like you?"
"Marco!" Chizuru scolded her husband.
The couple laughed.

"I'm so excited to go back. I've been waiting for this moment for so long." Chizuri said as she packed their clothes.
Behind her was Marco, playing with a little kid.
"Me too. We will also be able to see Karin again." he said.
Chizuru stopped. She sat next to her husband.
"Do you think she's alright?"
"I seriously have no idea. She never answered any of my letters. But Karin is smart and strong. Look at this."
Marco gave her a magazine showing the Momobamis. It was Karin and her family. The child stared at the photo curiously.
"She doesn't look happy. I want to free her."
"We will. We've worked so hard until we're on par with the Momobamis."
"Thank you, Marco."
"There's no need to thank me. I did this because I love you."
"Oh Marco....."

Karin Momobami sat on a chair, waiting for her flight. She had a bored expression and was absentmindedly playing with some dice on her hand.
"Ma'am Karin, why didn't you just use the Momobami private plane? You didn't have to wait this long for a flight. It must've been such a hassle to you." the maid who was with her spoke.
"I'm fine. I was actually hoping to see some familiar faces here."
"Your friends, ma'am?"
"Mhm."
Suddenly a child ran up to her, looking curiously at the dice she was holding. Karin took a glance then stood up when she heard her flight being called.
"Please take care ma'am!" the maid called out and bowed.
Karin only waved her hand without looking back. The maid squatted down at the child.
"Hi!" she said.
"Hi." the child greeted back. She then stared at the leaving woman's back and pointed at her. "Mama. Friend."
"Friend?"
"Excuse me. I'm sorry. Did our child bother you?"
"No, no it's fine. Don't let her run on her own next time."
"We're really sorry. She might've seen something really interesting for her to run away like that.
"Well all's fine now. I gotta go."
The maid bowed at the couple and left.

A family stepped out of an airport.
"We're finally back."
"I'm getting nervous Marco."
"Don't be. Let's visit Karin tomorrow. Let's go back to our home first and rest. The trip took so long."
Marco and Chizuru rode the car that was waiting for them outside the airport. During the ride, the little kid that was with them looked out from the window. She was amazed by the new view she was seeing.
"This is our home." Chizuru talked to the child. "Isn't it beautiful?"
"Pretty." the child said. "Trees."
She pointed at the trees she saw on the way. The couple looked at each other with a smile.
"We're getting closer." Marco said.
After a while, they arrived at a mansion hidden in the woods. There were no other houses to be found.
"Look baby, that's our house." Marco said. He carried the little child on his arm.
The whole family entered the mansion.
"I remember our plans of building this to hide from the Momobamis. We even built a hidden room." Chizuru laughed.
"I know right. Good thing Rod never bothered us again after leaving this country. That man must've hated us so much."
"I don't understand why he would though. He already got Karin."
"Only Karin's body, not her heart." Marco spoke sadly.
"I really hope she's okay."
"I hope so too."
"Mama." The child spread her hands towards her mother. "Don't cry."
"I'm sorry baby. Mommy's being stupid again. Come. Let's find that secret room."
Chizuru took the child and went up a series of stairs leading to a single room. She opened the door revealing a wide space inside.
"We haven't put anything in here yet." Marco, who followed them, said.
"Yeah." Chizuru looked at the child and tapped her nose. "Do you want this to be your room? Hm? You can hide from the bad people here."
Chizuru let the kid down and the latter ran around the room clumsily, she almost tripped.
"She got that from you." Marco teased.
"Shut up."

"I'm so nervous Marco."
"Calm down. It's going to be fine."
Marco drove their car into a shortcut. He drove faster since no other car was around.
"Careful Marco."
"Don't worry."
"Marco! Look out!"
Marco swerved the car to avoid the collision but it was too late. The car skidded on the side and hit the post so hard.
"Marco."
Chizuru looked to the side, her face covered in blood. Marco was in the same condition. He tried his best to move but the pain kept him from moving.
"Are you okay?" He managed to ask.
"Our baby."
Marco looked at the mirror and saw the child in the backseat was unconscious. He tried calling her name but his voice was getting weaker. His vision was slowly fading too.
"Mar….co.. I… love you."
That was the last thing he heard.
"I'm sorry!"
Somebody opened the backseat and saw the child. She checked her condition and sighed in relief. Then she went inside to check on Chizuru.
"I've called for help! Please. Hang in there!"
"Is my child… okay?" The woman asked weakly.
"Yes. She's okay. Please wait for the ambulance. They'll be here soon."
"Please.. take care.. of her…"
"No.. You can take care of her. Wait a little longer."
Chizuru lifted her hand and gave a key to the woman.
"Everything….." She wasn't able to finish her sentence. Her eyes slowly closed.
