"JOSH YOU ARE AN IDIOT" I scream from upstairs.
All the boys heard me screaming so they rush up to see what happened.
"You uploaded the unedited video" I just say and the boys wide their eyes.
"No no no that is impossible" Josh says.
"See it yourself" I say. Some clips are already on tiktok room. All the drama, the fact that Kio sees 16 years old, Bryce's puff bar.
"SHIT" Josh says.
"Ok you haven't said anything false so your name is kind of clean, but you absolutely have to call Nessa and Charli" I say and the boys nod.
The boys get out of my room except for Jaden.
"Have you seen the post on tiktok room about us?" He asks me.
"Nop" I say, he takes out his phone and shows me the tiktok he uploaded. All the comments were shipping or hating.
"I'm sorry for this" he says referring to the hate.
"It's not your fault, your fans are pretty overprotective, but it's okay" I say, I mean it.
He hugs me.
His hugs are something impossible to describe.
My door suddenly opens, and Nessa, Charli, Avani, Mads and Addison are looking at me and Jaden. I get up and I hug Charli. This situation sucks.
"Ok I'll leave you girls, Soso I'm sorry for real, if you want I'll address everything" he says looking down.
"Jae I told you not to worry" I say smiling at him.
"What was going on in hereee" Charli asks.
"Nothing, just talking about tiktok room and some hate under Jaden's last tiktok" I say.

"Soso? Wasn't that..?" Mads ask but I cut her off.
"Yes it was, he called me like that a week ago and he knows about it but I told him he can call me like that" I explain Mads.
"You must like him a lot" mads says, the other girls seem confused.

"Yeah yeah" addi says.
"Should I go call Bryce?" I say glaring at her and she shuts up.
"How are you two?" I ask to Charli and Nessa.

"I'm too. It kinda sucks that it got out how it did, but I know Josh didn't mean too. And chase brought it himself on the internet" Charli says. We can see she is sad so we hug her.
"Wanna go shopping?" I ask.
"Yes!!" They all say.
"Ok it's ok if I ask Meg to come too?" I ask and they nod. I text her but she is hanging out with Tyler again today.
"Ok Meg can't come so we'll go" I say.
"We are 6 so if we squeeze we can all go with my car" Addi says and we agree.
Once we arrived at the mall we see Paparazzi. Why are they everywhere.
I'm kinda scared, I never had to talk with them, but the guys told me that they are pretty insistent.
"Hey girls how are you?" One of those approaches us and I tense up. Mads and Avani notice it and they squeeze my hands.
"Hi fletcher, we are good thanks" Addi politely says.
"So what are you girls up to?" He asks.
"Just a girls day you know?" Mads says.
"So Charli what is up with this Lil Huddy drama" this time is Charli the one tensing up so Nessa answers for her.
"There is nothing to add from what have been already said" Nessa states.
"You must be Sophie right?" He now asks pointing the camera at me, I simply nod.
"So the fans wanna know, what it's going on between you and Jaden." He asks.
"Hmm me and Jaden are just friends, he is one of the people I became the closest with since I'm here" I say.
"Oh I understand, so nothing romantic between you two?" He asks again and I shake my head.
"Mads what do you think? You are Jaden's ex" he ask, oh my God the boys were right.
"First of all she already said there is nothing between them, me and Jaden broke up but we are still friends, he can do whatever he wants and makes him happy and the same for my childhood friend Sophie right here" Mads says side hugging me.
They finally leave us alone.
"Wow that was intense" I say and the girls nod.
"Ok let's shopping" Addi says making all of us laugh.
When we come back to sway the boys are doing their usual stupid shit.
"We are backkk" Mads says.
"And we have foood" I scream, now all the boys come to the kitchen.
"We got taco bell" Avani says.
They all start eating while I go to my room. I didn't get anything. I hope no one noticed it.
I hear a knock on the door.
"Come in" I say and the door is open showing a smiling Jaden holding a quesadilla in his hands.
"Hey I noticed you didn't eat, eat at least the quesadilla" Jaden says with a soft smile.
"Jae I don't want it" I say.
"Did you eat something today?" He asks me.
"I ate cereals for breakfast" I say, I never skip breakfast, it's my favorite meal.
"Can you eat this? Please?" Jaden says.
"Jaden I'm not hungry, I don't have an Ed, I promise" I say.
"I know, but skipping meals it's not healthy also when you don't have one" he says but I'm not convinced.
"Mhh what about you eat half of the quesadilla and I eat the other half in here?" He asks and I nod.
He sits on my bed with the plate and we start to eat.
"I saw you met HollyWood fix today" he says and I nod.
"Yeah it was crazy, me and paparazzi? What the hell? And I hate talking to the camera because my accent is so marked" I say.
I literally hate my accent.
"What do you mean? I love your accent" Jaden says and I blush.
"So when is the song coming out?" I ask Jaden.
"Considering is now September 24th, I was thinking like end of october, like for Halloween" he says and I nod.
"What about your song" he says.
"I was thinking like a month after yours, like for thanksgiving" I say.
"Pray will come out like in March, there is another one before that" he says.
"I'll have to wait that long?" I ask pouting.
"Of course not" he smiles and I smile back.
"How are you? Like for real, I know this situation with chase sucks" I ask Jaden.
"I don't know, he was my best friend, and he went behind my buddy's back, plus it's so disrespectful for Charli, I didn't think he could be capable of doing something like this" he says, I can see how sad he is, so I hug him.
It's now Sunday night so I have to go back home. I also want to see Megan, we haven't had that much time to talk.
I promised the boys that I'll be around a little more this week.
"Sophieeee I missed you so much" Megan says hugging me.
"Me too, this week has been so full" I say and she nods.
"So how are you and Tyler?" I ask smirking and she blushes.
"He is so nice, like I already knew him but when it's us two he is even more perfect" she says, she almost has heart-shaped eyes.
"Aww that's so cute, I am so glad you are happy" I say truly.
"What's going on between you and Jaden, I know you said you are just friends but for real?" She asks me and I lower my head.
"I'm not lying when I say we are just friends, we are for real" i say.
"But?" Meg asks me to keep going.
"I think I like him, I feel so good when I'm with him, and I love spending time with all of you, but when I'm with Jaden it's just different. I feel like I am a version of myself that is the true one. But I don't know, I've never had a guy best friend so I don't know if that's the normal feeling for a friendship you know? I don't know if it's just because of the small compliments or for the attention, of if I genuinely have feelings for him" I spit my heart out.
Megan is like shocked.
"Girl, you like like him, a lot" she says and I blush.
"Yeah whatever, he would never like me back, it's not that because we almost kissed two times it means he like me back." I say.

The video stops with Bryce saying that he was live.
I am confused but I have tears rolling down my eyes.

I see Megan looking at me. I'm totally spaced out.

We go to target and buy some Ben and Jerry's. Then we drive to Starbucks to get some coffee.

When we get home I see josh's car here.
"Fuck" I whisper.
We get inside and when Josh sees us open his mouth but I cut him off.
"What the hell was that about?" I burst out.
"I'm sorry Sophie didn't know Bryce was live" he says.
"I know but why yelling at jaden like that? What did he do that was so wrong uh? How do you even know about it" I say still really mad.
"Firstly, we were chilling in our room, and Travis sent him a message asking when him and you were going back to the studio, so I asked him to explain and he told me that he brought you to the studio with him and made you listen to some songs, then I thought about the fact that there was an argument between you two that no one knew about so I guessed was related to your time spent at the studio and I got mad. I want you to have the best year of your life and I don't want him to ruin this for you." Josh says.
"Are you kidding me? Him ruining this for me? Jaden is the person who has done me the better, he helped so much, you can't even understand, and you all know it, you are his best friend, and instead of asking him or me you just guessed and started yelling nonsense at him" I say and I get cut off by a message.
It's jaden.
"Can we please talk? I know you saw the post on tiktok room, some dickhead recorded your reaction, if you want I'm parked outside your house"
"I have to go" I tell josh and I run out of the house, leaving Josh there.
I see Jaden's car and I open the passenger door.
He looks up and when he sees me I sighs in relief.
"It's not wh-" he starts but I cut him off.
I just kiss him. I have no idea what the hell got into me. But I'm kidding Jaden Hossler.
At first he was surprised but the kissed back. We both waited too long for this.
I know I have known jaden for not even two months but I needed it.
"That was not what I was expecting" Jaden says and I giggle.
"At least there's were no calls this time" I say.
"Ok but now I wanted to tell you something, I'm sorry for Josh's reaction, but I swear to you, you are not a rebound, our friendship, or whatever it is, it's so important to me, for real" jaden says looking me in the eyes.
"Jaden I know, I never doubted, I'm sorry I caused all the drama with Josh, but you two will be fine" I say putting one of my hands on his cheek.
"Jaden I don't wanna ruin this but I have to say it, we both wanted and needed that kiss, and you know how much it meant since it was my first kiss, but can we try not to let this in the way of our relation. I don't wanna ruin whatever it's going on" I say and then look at him. He seems a little off but he nods.
Now it's a little awkward. I don't even know why I said that. I like him, kissed him, and the I friend zoned him(?). What I know is that what I have with Jaden is too good for me to ruin it with a relation ship.
"Hmh me and Megan were about to have a day for us so I think I should go" I say kinda mumbling.
"Oh ok, yeah, see you around" he says back.
I get out of the car and I go into the house.
Shit I think I ruined this by trying not to.
