Chapter 1.2:

Y/n pov:

I laid on my bed staring at the ceiling, feeling my eyes slowly closing and before I knew it I fell asleep

*2 days later*

'today's the day' I thought while laying in bed and staring at the ceiling. I just woke up and today is the day we leave and it's also my birthday. I heard a knock on my door and went to open it

"goodmorning y/n" Mayu said, she had a cake in her hand and a big grin on her face "soo... we have about 2 hours then we leave so I baked a cake for us to eat together, make one more memory before we leave"

I don't really like celebrating my birthday but Mayu would alway bake me a cake and then we'd eat it before anyone woke up, it sort of became our thing over the years

I gave Mayu a big smile and followed her to the kitchen "you know Mayu it's not like we won't see each other again" I said putting cake in my mouth

"I know but still it's our tradition to do this" Mayu put a huge spoon full of cake in her mouth

We were joking and laughing, I think a bit to loud because Kenji came into the kitchen rubbing his eyes but soon stopped when he saw the cake. His eyes widened and ran towards us, he grabbed the spoon that was in Mayu's hand and starting eating to. I just sat back and enjoyed the little show, when then cake was done everyone was already awake

"y/n meet me at my office I need to give you something" sensei said before leaving. I stood up and went to his office, when I arrived at his office sensei gave me a scroll. I looked at him confused but then he started explaining

"when you arrive at the village I believe the Hokage won't believe that you're y/n l/n so I wrote in that scroll that you are" sensei said, closing the drawer and then looking at me

"ooh that makes sense thank you sensei" I bowed and left his office.I head  towards my room and packed my stuff, we have about 30 min then we leave. I won't be taking a lot of stuff so I should be finished before we leave

When I was done packing I could hear Mayu yelling "come y/n were leaving!"

I took my backpack and went to the front door where everyone was waiting.I hugged everyone goodbye and left, I'm not going to lie but I will miss them a lot

Mayu and I are walking halfway together but then have to go separate ways

" y/n I really am going to miss you and please don't go overboard with that plan of yours" Mayu said while hugging me tight

"Mayu I will try, that I can promise you" I said while pulling away from the hug looking at Mayu

"OK, I'll see you soon" Mayu said walking away as I turned around and went the opposite way

I have been walking about 1 hour since Mayu and I parted ways, I encounterd a lot of rouge because it's almost every rouge's dream to defeat the top 5 Shinobi Prodigies

'I just hope they won't attack the village because of me if they do then I'll just have...' my thought were soon interrupted when I saw gates

'I'm finally here' I thought then started running towards the gates until I was in front of the gates
