she thought about how to kill a certain bluehead without being too sus about it. for a second the idea of involving ningguang, keqing and ayaka in her plans (simply because these women would do absolutely everything to get rid of every man on the planet) crossed her mind but her phone interrupted her.

"heeey, diluc, what's up?" popping the 'p' and nervously sitting down on her bed, y/n could hear shuffling and muffled voices through the speaker of her phone.
"you had a dATE with xIAO?!", the redhead suddenly said, his voice not very calm, to be specific. y/n sweat dropped: "oh did i?"
she knew her best friend would act this way (he always did when she talked to a person he didn't know but xiao certainly was another level of "absolutely not").
"look, we just hung out and he made me dinner, ok? that's it, really", the young woman tried to explain, silently sighting; she was hoping to calm him down a bit.
"he made you fucking dinner, that's nOT a hAnG oUt, that's a damn date!" she pinched the bridge of her nose, "this is fine" crossed her mind.
"diluc, seriously, it's nothing. kaeya made it look like a date and-"
she got interrupted: "yeah, because he knows what dates are and how they work. xiao and you had a date, so stop it." she gulped.
"look, i'm not mad because it's xiao, i'm just mad because you didn't tell us", he explained, his voice calmer, "but if he fUCKING hurts you i wON'T HESITATE."
