"There is a genjutsu." she pointed as she put her hands together in a sign. "Release." the genjutsu dissipated as the trees around transformed from oak to cedar and a path to her left opened up and led her to a familiar opening. She didn't run through as she remembered the nostalgia of being carried by her parents and itachi. Her eyes watered when she saw her home come into view. She had no idea how much she missed it, the house looked no different from the day she left and never returned. She walked up to the door with the jonin following her. The home was a bit dusty but looked as if someone was caring for it. The home held a nostalgic smell as she took her shoes off and looked around. Her slow pace allowed her to take in everything that had been nearly forgotten. She looked into the kitchen and teared up as she looked at the picture of her and her parents hung upon the wall. The smile on her face in the frame picture seemed foreign. She left out the kitchen and walked closer to her old bedroom. She was shaken at the sight of her old belongings being clean, someone had been here. It disturbed her until she heard a voice behind her. "I came once a month to clean, it was the least I could do for your father." she nodded and relaxed as she entered the room and picked up the old toys that she used to play with. She smiled as she looked into the closet and saw the very small clothing she used to wear.

Her heart warmed at the preservation of her clothing. She could smell the detergent that her father used to do the laundry with. She left the room and soon felt a pull, a pull of chakra that was unknown to her but felt familiar, warm even. She followed the chakra in a trance and found herself in her parents room, the smell of her mothers perfume seemed to over power the room but not in a heavy way. It simply masked the smell of her father. She looked around in confusion before walking towards the dresser up against the wall, the pull felt stronger. She peered down at her mothers perfume bottle and saw that the cap held a familiar mark upon it. She looked at her right palm then back at the bottle. "Its the same." she whispered as she placed her palm upon the bottle. There was a slight rumble below the two that made Ayumi speak up. "What did you do?" he was on guard. She had no answer as she braced herself, the rumbles grew stronger as they continued for a moment before stopping.

"What was that? How did you do that?" he asked. "I don't know, I felt something and it just felt right to do." she was scared but exhilarated. "What was it though, it felt like something big." he commented as he searched around. "It may have been an entrance, should we try looking for it?" she asked. "Not tonight, we have no idea what it was and could be dangerous. We can come back tomorrow afternoon ok?" he asked. He wanted to direct her mind away from coming back without him. He saw the disappointment but she was mature enough to be patient. As the two walked by, she quickly took the photo of her and her parents back with her. As much as she hated the fact, she would go back to the fake home she created to be swallowed by loneliness. The jonin escorted her all the way home, both to keep the anbu off her but to also make sure she didnt go back to the home. She sat in her room and gazed upon the picture in her room and felt the heavy pressure of the walls swallow her. She laid in her futon hugging the picture and slowly fell asleep.

The morning sun rose quicker than wanted, she had barely gotten any sleep but she rose anyway. She did her daily routine, she still kept the same dark color scheme, putting a dark violet on today. She allowed her hair to remain free which she never did but upon seeing the beauty of her mother with her flowing hair made her feel as though she could gain that beauty too if she mirrored her. She walked into the kitchen and felt around for sasuke but was disappointed to feel he was not here. She pulled out butter and a pan along with some onions, green peppers, and ham, with 3 eggs. She began to make herself an omelet while making a cup of ginseng tea. She was at peace but that was only when she ignored that she was alone. She paused her cooking and thought for a moment.

She didn't have to eat alone. She finished her first omelet and made another while peeling 3 apples and cutting them up. She placed all the foods in a bento before leaving the home. She walked the path to the hospital while drinking her tea. She entered and signed in her name to visit lee. Upon entering the hospital room, she saw lee in a wheelchair that was pushed in front of the window as he gazed out. He heard her walk in and closed the door. "Good morning." she greeted as he smiled. "Morning (y/n)!" he greeted eagerly until he saw her holding the wrapped bento. "What might that be, do you need help?" he asked as he attempted to stand. She stopped him as she quickly approached and pushed his good shoulder down with the wrist that held onto her tea cup. "It's alright. I came to eat breakfast with you." she pulled a chair up next to him as she sat and unwrapped the warm breakfast compartment and followed with the cool apple compartment. She picked up her chopsticks and cut into her soft omelet and ate a bite, she picked up the spare chopsticks and cut into lees omelet before holding up the food. She didn't have to blow upon the food due to it no longer being hot. He was thankful for her kindness as he opened his mouth and ate the delicious breakfast.
