Chapter 100-Public

It's been 2 weeks since I relapsed. No one knew of it besides jenna, James and Lucas. I've been going to meetings lately, making sure I stay clean. Tomorrow Stefan and I were going to the doctors to freeze my eggs.

"You ready for tomorrow?" He asked

"Yes, but I'm nervous" I said

"You will be fine, don't worry" he replied

"I hope everything turns out fine and we will be able to have kids soon" he said

"What happen to I'm too young" he said mocking me

"Hey I'll be 23, you'll be 26. I'm not saying right away but maybe when I'm 26-27" I said

"Ok, I like that, and you can still work within that 9 months because you won't be the pregnant one" he said

"That's the only plus at this point" I said

"And we can plan it to our schedule. We can decided when we want it, it won't be unexpected" he replied

"Yeah, but I also want that surprise" I said

"I get it, but what can we do it, it's not in our hand" he said

"Yeah" I sighed

"Come on lets go to bed you have a long day tomorrow" Stefan said

"Ok" I replied

We both went to bed but it took me a lot longer to fall asleep because I kept thinking back to the procedure.

It was the next morning and I was getting ready for the procedure. I wasn't wearing anything special just sweatpants and a shirt. I brushed my teeth and ate breakfast. Stefan drove us to the doctor office

"Are you ready" he asked

"Nope but let's do it" I said

"I'll be right next to you" he said

"Ok" I replied

We went inside and I filled out information, they brought us back to a room and I changed into the gown they give. I was not going under anesthesia but I would be sedated so I could possibly fall asleep but it's mostly I will be very relaxed and wont feel much.

"Hey dr Mary" I said

"Hello Anastasia, how are you?" She asked

"Nervous" I replied

"That is normal, but it won't be painful and we will give you a light sedation. It will take around 30 minutes" she said

"Ok" I replied

"Any questions before we give you the sedation?" She asked

"No I think we're good" I said

"Ok, let's get you sedated" she said

Stefan sat next to me holding my hand, they gave me the sedative and it started affecting me. I was becoming very sleepy and I didn't really feel anything besides a small pressure.

After around 30 minutes, they were done.

"Ok, Anastasia you are all good to go. Just take it easy for the next week and you may experience cramps and bloating but that will go away within a week" she said

"Thank you dr Mary" Stefan said

I was still very drowsy and I wasn't really paying attention.

"You're welcome, I'll see you next time" she said

"Thank you" I said drowsy

Dr Mary left and Stefan helped me change back into my clothes. We left the doctors office and headed home. We reached home and I didn't want to get up.
