"I'll see you tomorrow, Blainey!" Kurt smiled.

"I hope so!" Blaine smiled back.

He didn't come to school the next day. Blaine called, and Kurt didn't answer. Blaine texted, asking all around where his boyfriend was. He was no where to be found. It was like he had just vanished.

He even went to the Hummel's house, and even when Burt told him that he hadn't seen Kurt, he ran past him to Kurt's room. Burt wasn't lying. That's when they filed the missing persons report.

***********

"Blaine!" Someone yelled, but Blaine couldn't really tell who. "Blaine, are you okay?"

"Shhh! Leave him alone! Don't you remember what today is?"

"What?"

"Kurt's birthday!"

"Who's Kurt?"

"The kid that went missing last year. That's his boyfriend."

"Oh, shit..."

They walked away from him, leaving Blaine alone. He covered his face with his hands in an attempt to hide his emotions. The tears still made themselves known.

He still hadn't moved on. He couldn't even dream about being with anyone else. He thought maybe he was destined to be alone because no one else made him feel loved the way Kurt did.

People still had no clue where he went. It angered Blaine. There had to be a trace! Those lazy cops weren't looking hard enough! They couldn't have been!

He didn't wanna move on. Kurt was his everything and yet sometimes he wondered if Kurt was anything at all anymore. What if he was dead...?

"No!" Blaine shouted, squeezing his eyes shut.

It was dangerous to think like that. He would send himself into a heart attack or a panic attack or something! The bell rang, which made everyone stop staring at the kid who screamed randomly on a regular basis.

Blaine slowly walked home. He didn't want to think about anything. He was just trying to stay calm and normal like the rest of the kids at school. Why couldn't his life be normal?

"B-Blaine?"

The gelled boy stopped cold. Was he hearing things? Yeah... That's definitely not good. He was loosing his mind... He walked faster this time, but heard his name a second time.

"Blaine, wait!"

It was Kurt's voice, no doubt. And Blaine wanted to break into tears at how scared he sounded. He kept looking around, probably making a fool of himself. He spotted the boy hiding, and shivering on the ground.

Kurt Hummel, right before his eyes. He looked pretty beat up, like someone had tried to kill him. He was in plain sight, and Blaine had to rub his eyes to make sure he wasn't imagining things.

"K-Kurt?" Blaine stuttered.

"Yeah, it's me..."

Then it was all too much. Both Blaine and Kurt's eyes started watering and Blaine ran to him. They were behind the brick wall to some building Blaine never paid attention to until now.

"Baby, what happened to you?? A-am I hallucinating?"

"N-no. I-" Blaine tried to help him up, causing Kurt to scream out an excuse of incoherent swears.

"Did I hurt you? I'm sorry! I'll call an ambulance!" Blaine acted fast, just about choking when he noticed Kurt's tears spilling over his cheeks.

He was clearly in pain, and Blaine found out later that his leg was broken. Everything went by so fast after that. The boys giving their thoughts to the police, and Kurt telling them that some homophobic bitch had kidnapped him.

He had three broken ribs, a broken leg, and cuts just about everywhere. The blood is probably what scared Blaine the most. He wanted to kill whoever had hurt his lover, but the police already had that job.

He was caught in a week. Unfortunately, Kurt was in the hospital for at least a month longer because he'd been out in the cold for so long, and caught some sort of disease.

Blaine could've cared less wether it was contagious or not, though, and spent every moment he could right there next to him. One particular night, just as Kurt was drifting off to sleep, Blaine kissed him.

It was the first real connection they'd had besides the countless hugs. It was something they hadn't had in a literal year.

"B-Blaine..." Kurt whispered once Blaine let up. "I love you. You know that right? I-I'm so sorry I ever left you..."

"Kurt, of course I know you love me. I love you too... I was terrified when you went missing but you have to know that it's not your fault. It was that bastard Julien..."

That was the name of the person they'd arrested. Kurt confirmed that was who had taken him. It was lucky that Kurt found Blaine because everyone else had primarily forgotten.

Speaking of which, Mercedes, Rachel, Quinn, and every other glee club member stood in the doorway. Kurt smiled seeing them, which made Blaine turn in their direction.

They just about hugged the life out of Kurt. His leg was still in a cast which they all signed. (Blaine's was the biggest with a small heart at the end) He was no longer tired at that point seeing as he had a lot to catch up on.

Blaine realized he hadn't really been paying attention in Glee club. How could he? His boyfriend was missing and now it felt like this huge gap in his life was gone. He didn't remember a single detail.

Still, hearing it all over again and being in the same position as Kurt as far as drama goes, made him the happiest person there. He was with his lover again and he'd never let him go.

Ack this one was sad but I also kinda liked it lol. Is that weird?
