I smiled slightly, seeing Hermione ditch Cormac under the mistletoe. Poor girl, she must've disliked him that much. Well, not going to lie if it was me I'd do the same thing.

I dash my eyes over the sea of people, crowding the place while holding a drink in my hand, I wore my black silky mini dress that rested just on my thighs, I didn't prepare much really, I just want the party to be over with before Slughorn could bombard me with questions that would just pained me.

My date just left me, fucking Blaise. He's probably shagging Pansy right now in our dorms, that twat just left the party.

"Hey Eunice" I turned around and saw Harry, he's dressed... Quite nice. Very formal and neat.

I smiled at him "Hi Harry, I suppose your night's going great?"

He nodded his head at me then took a step closer "Indeed, but someone's not having a great time" His eyes shifted behind me, I turned around and saw Hermione hiding behind a curtain.

I giggled then faced Harry again, "Poor Cormac, Mione' ditch him while he was about to kiss her under the mistletoe"

He chuckled "Well, I hope you're having a great time, where's Zabini?"

I swirled the drink in my hand then rolled my eyes "Oh that twat, he's probably shagging Pansy right now"

Harry's eyes widened with utter horror "They're together?" He quizzed.

I nodded my head at him then sipped on my drink. "They have been together after the Yule Ball Harry, you only knew?"

"No, I didn't expect it. How horrid" I lightly laughed at his response.

A waiter interrupted our conversation with a tray of good looking tarts, I came to realize it was Neville. "Having a great night guys?" He asked, a grin is plastered on his face.

"Neville" Harry immediately greeted him.

I smiled widely at his presence, "Neville, you look fantastic tonight" I complimented him.

He blushed slightly then shook his head "I didn't get invited, but I make a good waiter" we sneered lightly.

"Tarts?"

I shook my head saying no, Harry took one and Neville immediately left to serve other guests. "Nice guy, great at Herbology" Harry stated then looked at me.

I nodded my head "He sure is, smartest kid in Herbology I say"

"You know I am really glad you're still friends with me after I-

"Harry I told you, it's fine. Besides I bet those feelings you have for me is gone anyways right? It's been months" I asked him, he quickly nodded his head.

"Yeah I have someone else on my mind" His eyes went somewhere else, I quickly followed his gaze and saw Ginny.
