Mom's new man

Daniels POV

When I wake the next morning, I go to mom. She's sitting at the table reading a note or something.

"Hey mommy!" I yell!

"Boy if you don't stop that yelling." She laughs. "Hey son."

"Is Mr. Andre awake?"

"No."

"Time to get him up." I say knocking on his door.

"Who is it?"

"It's Danny." I say. I hear him stumbling on the floor. He opens the door and looks out at me, throws his head up, and smiles at mom.

"Wake up! She's waiting."

"You're mom?"

"Yes."

Andre's POV

She ain't ready for me, yet. I smile.

"Why are you smiling?"

"Nothing!"

"Right."

"Good morning, Andre." Monique smiles. She is truly beautiful.

"Stop drooling at my mom." I  laugh.

"Boy, ain't nobody drooling."

"Are you ready to go shopping, Mr. Andre?"

"Yep. Just give Mr some more time to get ready."

Daniel's POV

I go in the kitchen to see that my mom made my favorite breakfast. I pray and dig in.

I wish mom could find someone who is perfect for her. Dad doesn't seem all too caring about us. I miss him a lot.

Mom comes out of the same room as Mr. Andre. Oops.

He comes to me saying he's ready, so I hyper him up because I'm ready too, right after I eat.

Mom cleans the kitchen as Mr. Andre and I watch. "You're drooling again." Mr. Andre gets himself together.

Mom doesn't seem to notice us looking at her. "Your mother is truly beautiful."

"I know, and if you fuck with her the wrong way, you gonna pay."

Andre's POV

"What the hell?" Monique looks st us. I say.

"There you go." Daniel leaves us alone.

"How's it going?" Shit, I'm nervous! Thanks a lot Daniel.

"It's fine boss."

"When we're not at the office don't call me that. Call me Pop Pop."

"Why?" She laughs.

"I know this is a lot of too soon, but I want to be a father figure for Daniel."

"Aww." She says with her hands on her chest. "What will you be to me?"

Before I can catch the words, they're out of my mouth.

Monique's POV

"Your man."

Just then, there's a knock on the door.

"Sounds like dad's knock." Daniel scared the crap out of us.

"If that's the case, let me get it for you."

Andre walks to the door, asking the usual questions before opening the door.

No one answers. Andre takes my hand, pulls me in his room, and closes the door. "Stay in here with Daniel."
