The baby mama

Andre's POV

There's a knock on the door as soon as I'm about to get some. Damn!

"Who is it?"

"It's Monica."

Monica? I open the door to see her standing there with a cute baby girl on her hip.

"Do I know you?"

"You don't remember me from high school?"

"No."

"Okay. You have a kid."

What the fuck?

"Andre, I'm waiting!" I look at her, then at the stairs, then back at her.

"I'm coming." I get rid of Monica, going back to Monique. DNA test, here I come.

Monique smiles at me when I step in the room.

"We have to talk, ma."

"Go ahead child. If it's about a unknown child, come on! I can take it! Take it I can!"

How does she know this?

"Yes. I'm gonna get a DNA test soon."

"If she's yours then what?"

"I don't know. I could try getting full custody. Her mom didn't look like she was in a good place."

"Whatever you decide, I'm here for you hubby."

"Thanks."

Monique's POV

If that is hous child, we can work things out. I've always wanted to adopt. I think Daniel will be excited for a younger sibling.

As I lay in Andre's arms, he slaps me on the ass. "I apologize for not going down on you sooner than what just happened."

The doorbell rings again, this time I answer it. It's the same woman. She just throws the baby at me and takes off. What the actual fuck?

"Do you have a name?"

The child's big eyes widen. She nods.

"Diamond Cooper."

"Nice to meet you."
Before I can say anything about her mom, she beats me to it.

"She never wanted me."

"Don't say that."

"It's true mom."

Aww.

Daniel wakes up. "Mom, I didn't know you were preggers."

"Boy hush and go back to bed, before your ass be preggers by a belt."

"Okay."

"Come in sweetie, let's get you settled in."

"Thanks. Daddy?"

"I'll take you to him." We enter the room to see Andre sprawled out, sleeping.

I place her between us. "Monique, quit playing with my nose, I know it's cute." He mumbles turning over. Diamond looks at me.

"Are you ready for bed?"

She nods, I start the water in the tub. Andre wakes up. "Hello."

Andre's POV

"Hello. What's your name?"

She giggles at me. Adorable.

"My name is Diamond Cooper."
