Standing there
with my tail between my legs
the way you look at me
I swear I'm on the edge
Slowly I slip off the cliff
I can't keep feeling like this
Trapped in a world where you and me exist
because in reality
you and me don't exist
When you're gone
You're all I miss
they say I'm delusional but
those who say
don't understand my heart
and the intensity I feel at the idea of
a simple kiss
from you,
I remember then when I met you
In that moment a prophecy
showed me the chaos
showed me the end
I realised that you had me
In a way I never thought a man
would have me
I thought 'not this shit again'
Long story short
I met you and my heart was on the edge
The cornerstone of it all
What I didn't realise was how much
I wanted you to be the end
But then, long story short, we are at war.
Now I have to pretend
not to know you
Now I have to pretend
that, with a hard weak lump
That I was never falling deeply in love
with you
